Our purpose with this research is to highlight that there is a scope for increased value creation in the Experience room during concerts, and how value-enhancing strategies can be a competitive advantage for different venues. In our investigation of this we have worded the following research question: How is the perceived customer value affected during a concert in the Experience room and its physical environment? With the background in this question we have identified three key concepts that we believe are the influence of the total concert Experience which are; sensory Experiences, interaction and identity. From these concepts we have drafted a number of propositions to test the reality by our empirical data collection. .

The process of value creation is rapidly shifting from a product- and firm-centric view to personalized consumer Experience today. Informed, networked, empowered and active consumers are increasingly co-creating value with the firm. The interaction between the firm and the consumer as well as the Experience factor plays an increasingly important role in determining the success of a company?s offering. In this study, a special type of co-creating Experience is investigated - ?omstartspex? - where the audience is interacting with actors during the play.

The purpose of this Bachelor Thesis is to examine what happens when the solitary reading Experience becomes a social activity. The study is based on semi-structured interviews with three women belonging to the same reading group. I have used Sten Furhammar?s reading dimensions and categories to explain their reading Experience, and Jenny Hartley, Elizabeth Long and Immi Lundin to explain the function that the reading group has for them, and the relationship between reading Experiences in a book-discussion.My result shows that they started the reading group because they lacked an opportunity to discuss their readings with people that had the same interest in books. They do all have different ways to read, which is displayed by Furhammar?s categories personal and impersonal reading for Experience.

The aim of this study is to explore how the people with a mental functional disorder Experience living support. This studies research questions are; What kind of help do the clients receive from living support? Do they feel that they need more help or do they receive more help then they fell that they need? What does the relationship look like between the clients and the supporter? To answer these questions a qualitative research approach was used. Four clients where interviewed. The results are presented using themes and quotations.

This study, carried through interviews with six individual elderly persons, describes their stories in regards to how they Experience growing old in Sweden as well as the connection between having a different ethnic background in the aging process. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to highlight important themes and issues, i.e. the shortcomings and the advantages of growing old in Sweden, which these persons Experience in their everyday life. As many of them have not by their own choice chosen to grow old in Sweden, the importance of having a relationship with fellow countrymen, being able to communicate in their own native language as well as have a basic knowledge about the elderly care system are aspects these individuals emphasize to be of great importance. The result of this study, based on several theories that reflect over individuality and perspective ethnicity, indicates that aging is based on an individual primary process Experience and that there are no rights and wrongs of how one should deal with/Experience the growing old process.

Background: Parents attitudes about illness and health reflects on their children. When the child has acute pain the parents often reacts with fear and confusion. The demands on the parenting role increase and therefore it´s important that the nurse show consideration for the parents Experience and practise family nursing. Antalet variationer och möjligheter minskar drastiskt när webbdesigners anpassar sig efter dessa standarder.Den här undersökningen syftar till att utveckla nya metoder och strategier för att främja innovativ webbdesign och undersöka hur modebranschens konstanta strävan efter innovation skulle kunna inspirera och kanske till och med förändra webbdesign utvecklingen. Genom att bryta ner, analysera och sammanfoga designprocesserna för haute couture och webbdesign skapas en designmetod som ger medvetenhet i designval och hjälper att ifrågasätta standarder samt att undersöka alternativa lösningar.

The purpose of this thesis was to explore how Swedish librarians working with educational matters In Swedish: studiebibliotekarier Experience his/her pedagogic work in the context of a public library. My intention was thus to reach an understanding of how they Experienced their educational work. The following questions were asked: 1 How do the librarians Experience the physical environment created for their students? 2 How do the librarians Experience the co-operation with others involved in their work? 3 How do the librarians Experience the formal task that he/she now is given? 4 How do the librarians Experience their own pedagogic qualifications regarding the demands that are made upon them by the students? I have interviewed six librarians and incorporated theories on pedagogic roles in an educational context. I reached the conclusion that these librarians believed the environment to be important for the outcome of the students success with their studies.

Since the release of Avatar in 2009, the 3D movie industry has Experienced an apparent growth. Almost all blockbuster movies are being released in 3D at the cinema, but the 3D format has been met with mixed opinions by the consumers. Some argue that 3D is the future, while others believe that the 2D format is enough for an appreciated movie Experience. Through a qualitative survey, twenty participants with 3DTV in their homes answered questions regarding their Experience of 3D movies and what improvements they desire. We suggest that 3D film creates immersion, realism and effects that 2D films can´t handle.

Background:Approximately 300 children get a malign cancer diagnosis every year in Sweden, 80 % of them survive. Parents of the children who have a cancer diagnosis Experienced that they didn't have mental health, nurses care of parents are to keep a mental health so they can handle their parent role. Nurses should meet families through their life-world because caring should be done with dignity and integrity.Aim:The aim of this study was to describe how parents Experience the daily life with a child who has a cancer diagnosis.Method:The method used in this study was a literature study based on autobiography, which means analysis of autobiographies. Four books were analyzed.Results:Four categories emerged from the analysis of the autobiographies, Experience of powerless, desire of a regular, Experience of anxiety and fear, to Experience joy and have hope.Conclusion:This study shows how life changes when a child in the family gets a cancer diagnosis and how it affected the parents. The Swedish academic libraries have gone trough radical changes during the last decades. The development of information technology, the educational expansion and new pedagogical ways of learning within the higher educational system have changed the conditions, not only for the academic libraries, but also in many ways for the librarians. The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine how Swedish librarians Experience their pedagogic role and task in the context of an academic library. The following four questions in this investigation were asked: How do the librarians Experience the formal task that they have? How do the librarians Experience the physical library environment? How do the librarians Experience the co-operation with others involved in their work? How do the librarians Experience their own pedagogic knowledge and competence in their daily practice? The study showed that these librarians believed the physical environment to be very important and is seen as a pedagogical tool in their daily work.
