Vår kandidatuppsats handlar om användning och utveckling av Kustpilens biljettautomat. Vi har, genom etnografiska metoder, studerat hur människor använder sig av biljettautomaten vid köp av en tågbiljett. För att generera designidéer och utveckla vårt designförslag har vi utgått från dessa studier. Vi har sett hur viktigt det är för användarna att få feedback på utförda handlingar. Biljettautomatens design är viktig för att uppmana kunderna till rätt användning.

ABSTRACTProblems with high turnover in nursing has escalated during the last years both nationally and internationally. according to previous research job satisfaction and quality of care was connected to specific features of the hospital work environement. It was also recommended by Coomber & Barriball (2007) to analyze job satisfaction at ward level with qualitative interviews to get a deeper and more extended insight in which specific features are of importance.The aim of this study was to investigate and describe the experiance of job satisfaction in relation to quality of care from nurses perspective. This study was carried out at an orthopaedic ward with primary nursing as organizational context of care.Two focus group interviews were conducted, they comprised nine nurses with at least two years experiance of primary nursing. A qualitative content analysis with inductive approach was used in order to develop more detailed insights of potential factors influencing work satisfaction at ward level.

Background: Studies showed differences in attitudes towards patients with mental illness in nurses who worked in somatic care compared to nurses who worked in psychiatric care. The nurses in somatic care stated more negative attitudes to mental illness in relation to the nurses in psychiatric care. Studies also showed that work experience affected attitudes towards mental illness. Nurses who often came in contact with people with mental illness had less negative attitudes and prejudices against mental illness. Aim: The aim was to examine the experiences from nurses in somatic care, caring for patients who also have a psychiatric diagnosis.

Bakgrund: Tidigare forskningen visar på ett lärande som pågår hela tiden och att det på varje arbetsplats finns specifika lärprocesser. Hemtjänsten bör i detta avseende också kunnas ses som en lärande arbetsmiljö. När man talar om lärande, talar man underförstått om kunskap. Vårdpersonal har i tidigare studier, uttryckt att de är stolta över sina kunskaper, men att de samtidigt är bekymrade över att allmänheten inte vet och förstår vad de gör.Syfte: Vårt syfte är att utifrån personalens individuella erfarenheter belysa den kunskapsform som ligger till grund för hemtjänstarbetet, lärandet i arbetet samt de villkor personalen upplever är av betydelse för deras lärande.Metod: Studien bygger på ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt, med kvalitativa intervjuer som insamlingsmetod.Resultat: Empirin visar att undersökningspersonerna upplever att de har varierande uppgifter, i form av praktiskt, socialt, medicinskt samt administrativt arbete. Den kunskapsform som är mest central, är den kunskap som sker i handling, men den teoretiska kunskapsformen förringas inte.

The aim of this study is to examine the opinion of teachers as to the situation of young people suffering from Aspergers syndrome in the Sixth Form(gymnasium. In order to find this out I have chosen to interview four teachers with work experience of Aspergers in three different gymnasium in middle Sweden. They were confronted with the following questions: What resources are available for these pupils in the gymnasium? How do they experience that the school situation functions and how would they as teachers like the school situation to function for these young people at school?The result shows that special teachers have an extremely important function to fulfil. Those interviewed felt that there are sufficient resources available, for example guidance and further education for techers as well as both support and means for helping the young people.However, every teacher does not understand this handicap.

ABSTRACTBackground: People with colorectal cancer undergoing rectum amputation get a permanent colostomy, which affects the social life. It may be valuable for health care what these people experience living with colostomy in order to provide the greatest possible support. Objective: The aim of this study is to describe how people who received a colostomy experience their daily lives and the support they have received from the health services.Method: Qualitative interview study with six people, with a descriptive phenomenological approach.Results: The analysis of the interviews about how it's like to live with a colostomy resulted in three themes: 1) Living with a colostomy gives an uncertainty that affect the social life, 2) Physical and psychological impact of getting a colostomy and 3) Support for health care and relatives.Conclusion: Subjects had a positive attitude towards life, which contributed to that they could adjust to living with a colostomy and feel a meaningfulness of life. The study shows that all the interviewed people overall were satisfied with the information provided by the healthcare personnel. It was good with both oral and written information and very appreciated with repeated information. One aspect that could be improved was the information given aboute the closure of anus during surgery and the following complications.

The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of organizational culture among salespeople at a specific workplace. The purpose was also to investigate what motivates these salespeople in their work and the impact culture has on their motivation. We have used a qualitative research method to collect the empirical material. With the help of seven interviews, including six salespeople from one of Sweden?s biggest electronic retailer and also one information interview with a sales consultant, we attempted to find the answer to how they perceive the organizational culture and how it affects their work motivation. The following questions are used to fulfill this purpose: ? How do the salespeople experience the organizational culture? ? What motivates the salespeople in their daily work? ? What effects does the organizational culture have on the salespersons motivation? As analytical tools we have used are the concept of organizational culture, Schein's description of the three components of culture and Herzberg Motivation-Hygiene theory. The results of the study indicate that the salespeople experience a positive organizational culture and that this culture promotes fellowship and unity between colleagues, which in turn contributes to an enhanced motivation.

Abstract Children with neuropsychiatric disorders often require special arrangements from the society. These measures could target the child itself, its parents, or other parts of the social network surrounding the child. Parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders are often deeply engaged both in their child and in these measures.Three parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders, and four counselors in different habilitation centers, were interviewed. The purpose of this qualitative interview study was to describe the methods with which the counselors worked to support parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders, and to understand how the parents experienced this support offered by the counselors.The qualitative interviews with counselors and parents followed a thematic interview guide. A structured interview form was used.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur skolelever upplever, känner och reagerar inför ett skriftligt prov, i detta fall ett nationellt diagnostiskt prov i matematik, nämligen Diamantdiagnosen. Jag vill också ta reda på om läraren har ett utvecklande syfte med provet eller om det bara används som bedömningsmaterial för elever i enlighet med Skolverkets riktlinjer för de diagnostiska proven.Tanken med min studie är att intervjun skall genomföras på ett kvalitativt sätt med eleverna och med deras lärare. Med hjälp av intervjun kommer jag förhoppningsvis att få svar på hur eleverna upplever diagnos- och provmomenten, detta sker genom att ställa öppna frågor och även ge eleverna chansen att kommunicera fritt kring frågeställningen.Jag utgick från definition av några centrala begrepp som t.ex. summativ bedömning, formativ bedömning och feedback. Jag gick också igenom vad forskningen har att säga om effekterna av prov och bedömning på t.ex.

The goal of this qualitative essay is to approach the knowledge of people who commit crimes. From a development psychology point of view, questions relating to childhood ang growth are some of the important subjects we choose to discuss. Our purpose is also to reveal the linkage between criminal behavior and different theories of the above mentioned perspective. To bridge the gap between the general and the individual, our survey was based on profound interviews with four inmates in prison. This offer an opportunity to capture the individual´s inner thoughts, feelings and experience about the criminal action.

The Essay starts with studying the time after the Second World War and its boom, the force behind many of the abandoned locations we see in our city today. Thereafter the idea of place is looked into, its importance for the individual and how the own individual experience affects the experience of place. It is about how we can create own places and through that recapture the city and give it meaning and contents again. The social aspects are being discussed as an important component of creating a feeling of reality. Further studies the abandoned rooms historical values since the past have an ability to raise the experience of a place. How decayed depends highly of economy and how we have gotten so used to changes that we accept capitalism as a driving force to decay is also being discussed. Thereafter the planers roll for the abandoned places in the city is being raised.

Uppsatsen analyserar behovet av intern förändringskommunikation mellan ledning och medarbetare vid bildandet av kommunalförbundet Räddningstjänsten Syd. Vidare studeras också uppkomsten av brister i den interna kommunikationen och hur detta kan ligga till grund för medarbetarnas negativa attityd till förändringsarbetet. Studiens empiriska material är insamlat genom intervjuer med ledning, medarbetare samt mellanchefer. Uppsatsens huvudsakliga resultat är att organisationens hierarkiska struktur har en negativ påverkan på kommunikationen mellan medarbetare och ledning. Detta på grund av att information försvinner på vägen samt att medarbetarna, till följd av de många nivåerna organisationen är uppbyggd på, inte ges möjlighet till att ge feedback gällande de beslut som tas som vidare också påverkar deras arbetssituation.

Denna uppsats syfte är att analysera hur musikartister använder sig av YouTube som marknadsföringsverktyg, samt vilken betydelse YouTube har för dessa artisters marknadsföring. En kvalitativ och induktiv metod har tillämpats, medan ett antal intervjuer samt en innehållsanalys genomförts som grund till det empiriska materialet. Detta för att få en inblick i musikbranschens syn på ämnet, samt även ge en objektiv bild av hur plattformen används som marknadsföringsverktyg. Slutligen menade studien att ge artister och andra arbetande inom musikbranschen, en bild av hur användandet av denna marknadsföringskanal kan förbättras för att skapa en mer effektiv marknadsföring.  Den teoretiska referensramen har utgått från tidigare teorier kring YouTubes betydelse, roller och potential inom musikartisters marknadsföring. Teorier kring YouTubes möjliggörande för artister att upptäckas av A&R personer eller nya fans, YouTubes påverkan på musikvideons roll som marknadsföringsmedel, samt teorier kring plattformens påverkan på maktbalansen inom branschen har legat som grund.

The aim of this essay is to bring up and mediate a teacher?s life story and professional history to take part of her experience of an animated pedagogy. As a tool I use the life story method, which is a qualitative interview method which purpose is to put the narrative person?s life history in the centre.One of the goals for an animated pedagogy is to learn how to be. Animated pedagogy is about making teaching living and making it meaningful and exciting.

The objective of this thesis was to investigate how young adults view their own employabilityand to see if there was a connection between their view and their social background. Themethod used in the thesis is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach. The interviews includedwere of semi-structured kind. The main result is that respondents in the thesis expressed similarviews on their perceived employability regarding commitment and energy at work, networkingand contacts and job discrimination but there were some distinctions noted regardingtheir view on education and working life experience. The respondents from working classbackgrounds tended to focus more on education than the respondents from middle class/uppermiddle class backgrounds.
