The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to see how public libraries have adopted the new e-book readers and how the libraries think the e-readers will affect them in the future. There are three different theories in this study which are used to see how the e-book reader influences the libraries as an innovation and as a remediation from the paper book as well as its Evolution. The authors have used four qualitative interviews where they have tried to find the most relevant librarians for the purpose. It was found that all the libraries in the study think that they need to learn about the e-reader and its functions to be able to understand users? needs, but they haven´t agreed if they should have the e-reader as a library loan.

Vi har valt att granska Tragetons metod för skriv- och läslärande. Enligt Trageton (2005) har de senaste tjugo årens forskning pekat mot att skrivning är lättare än läsning. Detta är bakgrunden till att Trageton vände på ordföljden i uttrycket ?läs- och skrivinlärning? till skriv- och läslärande. Vi anser att det genom åren har skett en Evolution i samhället där datorn mer och mer har fått en central roll och betydelse.

Detta arbete har testat att använda en genetisk algoritm, en teknik inom artificiell intelligens, där uppgiften har varit att automatiskt generera nivåer till pusselspelet Solve It. This essay is a study regarding the existence of Bronze Ages and Iron Ages battlefields in Scandinavia and the possibility to trace and find them by using the Battlefield Archaeological Method.Based on a theoretical background and results from historical battlefield research and excavation experiences, the discussion deals with some of the problems and possibilities of applying the Battlefield Archaeological Method on older places. The existence of these battlegrounds is also an unknown factor, and a major part of this study is trying to find evidence of their existence. For that purpose I am using as an example a deeper analysis of an Iron Age battlefield archaeological excavation in Germany in order to compare and draw parallels with the Scandinavian society of that time.
