Idag är en stor del av Sveriges befolkning sjukskrivna utifrån regeringens uppsatta mål. Därför har regering under 2001 startat ett arbete för att öka folkhälsan och minska sjukskrivningarna genom att tillsätta ett program av 11 stycken åtgärder, 11-punktsprogrammet. Uppsatsens syfte är att utvärdera två av punkterna i 11-punktsprogrammet genom Evert Vedungs måluppfyllelsemodell, samt att redogöra för vad demokratiteoretikerna Robert Nozick och John Rawls anser om statens inblandning och i vilken utsträckning den tillåts påverka befolkningens levnadsvanor för att få ned sjukskrivningarna. Frågeställningarna är: vilka mål har regeringen ställt upp gällande det svenska sjukförsäkringssystemet och då närmare bestämt i två av punkterna i 11-punktsprogrammet? Har målen uppfyllts utifrån Evert Vedungs måluppfyllelsemodell? Och i vilken utsträckning tillåts staten enligt etablerad demokratiteori att försöka påverka människors levnadsvanor för att uppfylla dess mål? Det vill säga, få ned sjukskrivningarna och förbättra folkhälsan.

Vi har gjort en undersökning av frilansjournalisters marknadsföring av sig själva. Ämnesvalet låg nära till hands, eftersom vi båda har en bakgrund på medie- och journalistinstitutioner. Vi har sett och hört hur tiderna har blivit kärvare i mediebranschen i stort och ville veta hur det förhöll sig på frilansmarknaden. Vi har utgått från Henrik Ugglas teorier om varumärkets funktioner samt Evert Gummessons så kallade 30R inom relationsmarknadsföring. Som forskningsstrategi använde vi oss av fallstudier, med semistrukturerade, personliga intervjuer som undersökningsmetod.

The main purpose of our paper is to reconstruct the intervention logic of the Swedish government's proposal to introduce a tax deduction for homework help. Furthermore, we also intend to outline the perceived impacts of this tax deduction in the municipality of Linköping. Our material consists of the government bill regarding the tax deduction, the parliamentary debate which preceded it as well as interviews with key people in the municipality of Linköping. In our study and in the light of Matthew Clarke?s theory of neo-liberalism within education policy, we also ask ourselves if the intervention logic behind the tax deduction and its perceived effects can be seen as a manifestation of neo-liberalism.

In this essay I evaluate the legality of Karl Popper?s criticism against psychoanalysis, regarding this theory of Freud?s being pseudoscientific. Popper?s criticism is based on his theory of demarcation in which he states that an empirical theory must be possible to test by observations in order to be, as most important is, hypothetically possible to falsify based on other empirical statements ? often in the form of new found facts that contradict the original statement/theory. In purpose of assessing Popper?s criticism I perform a modified idea analysis, based on a book by Evert Vedung (1977).

The purpose with this essay is to examine if the Swedish government?s intentions regarding to the mental health care reform, have been fulfilled. We have classified the intentions into three categories, regulation, financing and responsibility for organizing the policy. The intentions have then been compared with the results of the reform.Our theoretical framework starts with a model, developed by Evert Vedung (1998). The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to examine how public libraries use socialmedia for marketing purposes, and what librarians think about this. My focus of this thesislies on what librarians think about marketing of libraries through social media and if theythink that marketing through social media can create a better relationship between the libraryand its users. The questions I wanted to answer were:? Libraries using social media, for what purpose do they use them? ? Do the libraries choose to use social media to market their organization? Why? ? Fighting against accidents with elderly involved have come to be one of the west world's greatest challenges together with the climate changes and epidemics, and in order to fight against these accidents SDF Centre, Gothenburg appointed a man to the post as a caretaker.The aim of this master thesis is to analyse whether the implementation process and the systematic work correspond with Vedungs implementation theory and also put forward arguments for and against a masculine entrance into promotion old-age care; if it strengthens or is a take-off from the classical sexual roles.The thesis main theory is Evert Vedungs theory of implementation, which is constituted of eight factors which facilitates an implementation process. In order to theorise the sexual roles I have appropriated a gender perspective, constituted of multiple researchers and authors.The conclusion I have received through the qualitative interviews carried out with actors involved in the implementation process, is that the security services implementation correspond well with Vedungs implementation theory, hence the implementation has proceeded efficiently. The classical sexual roles is on one hand strengthened through a masculine possession of the security service, and on the other hand can the masculine entrance in the old-age care entail that more men apply for promotion old-age care work..

The purpose of this study is to examine young people?s opinions about libraries using social media for communicative and marketing purposes. There are three research questions: What do young people think about libraries using social media for communicative and marketing purposes? Do they want to interact with libraries in social media and, if so, in what way? Are their opinions and their will to interact influenced by what kind of relationship they have with libraries, their reading habits, and whether or not they use libraries? digital services? Prior research is divided into three themes: library development, marketing, and young people. The theoretical framework is made up of a combination of relationship marketing, using Evert Gummesson?s three catchwords relationships, networks, and interaction, and the engagement pyramid, as depicted by Brit Stakston.

AbstraktEfter riksdagsvalet 1932 hade den socialdemokratiska regeringen svårt att finna stöd för sin arbetslöshetspolitik i riksdagen. På våren 1933 kunde dock en uppgörelse komma till stånd i samarbete med Bondeförbundet, uppgörelsen har kommit att kallas för kohandeln. Uppsatsen beskriver allmänt bakgrunden, syftet och utformningen av kohandeln. Huvudsyfte med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur tre halländska lokaltidningarna samt tre rikstidningar uppfattade kohandeln i sina ledarartiklar. Uppsatsen syftar även till att undersöka om det fanns någon signifikativ skillnad mellan hur kohandeln uppfattades i lokaltidningarna jämfört med rikstidningarna, samt om det går att urskilja något samband mellan respektive tidnings uppfattning av kohandeln och dess politiska tillhörighet.

Riksdagen fattade i december 1996 beslut om en ny uppgift till totalförsvaret  ?stöd till civila samhället?. Detta innebär att totalförsvaret skall kunna utnyttjas vid svåra påfrestningar på sam-hället i fred. Denna uppsats utvärderar  implementeringen  av denna uppgift på den lokala nivån inom totalförsvaret på Gotland. Hur fungerar denna samverkan och planering inom ramen för den nya uppgiften mellan de viktigaste myndigheterna: Försvarsmakten, Gotlands Kommun och Länsstyrelsen Gotland, från tiden för försvarsbeslutet 1996 och fram till idag?Uppsatsens teori baseras på Evert Vedungs ?åttapunktsprogram? där jag i min utvärdering valt sex av dessa punkter.

Utvärderingen av den regionernas internationella verksamhet utgår från två regioner, Kalmar och Östergötland. Uppsatsen bygger på material från de regionala aktörerna, offentligt tryck och intervjuer, och är skriven utifrån en processutvärderingsteori av Evert Vedung.Regionernas internationella arbete är idag en naturligt och integrerad del av verksamheten, ett internationellt arbete vars absoluta tyngdpunkt i dag ligger på arbete inom EU. Det finns dock en vilja att lyfta perspektivet utanför EU och i undersökningen visar Östergötland upp samarbeten med Kina, Ryssland och Iran.Styrdokumenten ger en otydlig bild av hur verksamheten ska formas och utvärderingen visar att verksamheten inte har reglerats eller getts några ramar från centralt håll, utan de internationella frågorna har formats inom det ?öppna mandat? som de regionala aktörerna anser sig ha. Från länsstyrelsehåll efterfrågas ett ramverk i högre grad än från regionförbunden.Det internationella arbetet är en viktig del för aktörerna i deras roll som presumtiva arbetsgivare samt en hörnsten i det regionala utvecklingsarbetet, varför det finns skäl att tro att verksamheten kommer att utvecklas och utökas.

What happens when historical theories are used as evidence in a trial? Is it possible for historians to use their own scientific tools when acting as participants in a juridical process? And how do judges deal with historical evidence? The aim of this study is to answer these questions by analyzing a specific trial, known as ?Härjedalsmålet?. Härjedalsmålet was a court case about the Sami people?s right to let their reindeer graze on private property grounds in Härjedalen during the winter season. Their claim to this right was based on prescription of time immemorial.
