The criteria for ?design for all? are among other things flexibility, user friendliness, comprehensibility and a high tolerance for mistakes.The purpose of this essay was to investigate the mobile phones graphic user-interface from the theory of a universal design.

Lean is one of the recent years most popular methods for organizations to use in order to increase efficiency, productivity and quality. Despite Lean's increased popularity, Lean is still difficult to define and can be explained and described in different ways. Previous studies have also shown that Lean is difficult to implement and challenging to maintain successfully. Knowledge of Lean is viewed as a necessity in the implementation of Lean, which leads to that organizations often chooses to bring in this knowledge through external consultants or other experts in order to implement Lean in their organization. Thus, it is interesting to examine the consultants view on Lean and the implementation process of Lean.

The Swedish Armed Forces have undergone a significant change where we have gone from recruitment through duty and replaced it with a voluntary based defence. Across Europe, countries that have undergone the same type of change demonstrate change in the quality of those recruited. The focus in this paper is how recruitment quality looks in Sweden after three years of volunteer based defence and if officers at P7 can see a change in quality on those recruited. This work aims to investigate whether soldier quality has changed from conscription recruited to voluntary recruited soldiers. The question that the work tries to answer is whether one can see a change in quality in soldiers and in that case how.The result can be summarized as one begins to see a change in recruiting quality but it is not something that is visible at the regiments.

In this thesis, a computer program that in a simple way can calculate the performance of control loops at the refinery Preemraff Lysekil has been created. The computer program has been adapted to the environment at Preemraff Lysekil. Theories for evaluation has been studied in aspect of reliability and of automatic implementation. The evaluation has been carried out from data collected directly from control loops at the refinery and from simulated control loops with implemented errors. Among the studied methods are Harris index and Stattin´s oscillation index.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of how a bank?s features and internal factors have affected its choice of method in calculating the capital requirement.Theoretical and Empirical Method: The research strategy of this study has been of a qualitative nature with a deductive approach. The purpose of this essay is to study the debate concerning reforms of the Constitution and identify values expressed by the parties. Moreover the goal of the essay is to connect the identified values to the three democratic ideals, which are; electoral democracy, participation democracy and deliberation democracy. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the suitability of the three instruments SERVQUAL, SERVPERF and Zone of tolerance to measure service quality, from the respondents' perspective. This study has been carried out by a quantitative method in which respondents answered three questionnaires, which was based on the three instruments. The SERVQUAL instrument is a revised version based on criticism by Carman (1990). It is based on the five dimensions; reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility, with 22 items in which each dimension is associated with a number of items. SERVPERF is the instrument most similar to SERVQUAL and is also composed of the same five dimensions.

I vår uppsats har vi som syfte att kartlägga hur lokalaevenemang marknadsförs via Internet, för att sedan dra slutsatser om hur deraswebbplatser kan förstärka och förlänga upplevelsen för besökaren.Studien bygger på en kvalitativ metod där vi har gjort semistrukturerade observationer avåterkommande, större och lokala evenemang som låg nära i tiden för sitt genomförande.Den undersökningsmetod vi tillämpade var att utföra observationer med hjälp av ettschema. Detta schema var baserat på teorier och modeller från litteraturgenomgången. Iden teoretiska delen beskrivs teorier om Event marketing, Internetmarknadsföring,kundvärde, besökarens deltagande och engagemang samt hur upplevelser kan förlängas.I resultatet presenteras och analyseras de observationer vi har gjort och vi uttalar oss omtendenser och mönster.

By using a creative approach and utilizing creative processes new innovations emerges. An industry that has grown in recent years is the computer games industry. Competition is fierce and for the companies to succeed, the product need that extra something to make it stand out among all the produced games.The project manager's role in the creative process and the ability to be creative within a distance based company is not something highlighted by previous research.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the quality notions used by the library personnel responsible for the video game department at Malmo City Library. Furthermore, the thesis aims to assess how these notions of quality relate to properties of the actual collection of video games. The empirical results are based on interviews with the responsible library personnel. The result is then analyzed by an interpretation of Carl Gustav Johannsen?s library adapted, theory-based, model of quality definitions.

Trots att det är svårt att fastställa betydelsen av ordet så är en god service avgörande för eventföretagens framgång.Bakgrund: Vid värdering av service finns det mycket att ta hänsyn till. För att ett eventföretag ska kunna ge sina kunder en god service är det viktigt att de först vet hur de ska arbeta med den interna servicen. Detta för att servicemöten ska kunna hanteras på ett professionellt sätt av personalen.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på hur eventföretag arbetar med sin interna service och vad de anser att begreppet service står för.Metod och material: Uppsatsen är baserad på tryckt litteratur samt vetenskapliga artiklar som berör ämnet service inom eventbranschen. Som grund till studien har även fem semistrukturerade intervjuer utförts för att ta reda på vad eventföretag anser om ämnet och hur de arbetar med det.Resultat: I resultatet framkommer respondenternas svar på vad företagen de arbetar på har för syn på service, hur de arbetar med det internt samt vad de har för strategier och målsättningar kring det.Slutsats: Företagen inom eventbranschen har liknande värderingar av begreppet service.
