Upplevelsemarknadsföring: en kvalitativ studie av vilken generations upplevelseproduktion kommunikationsbyråer arbetar med
Ordet upplevelse används idag av många företag i olika branscher för att fylla sina tjänster med värde. Inom marknadskommunikation har byråerna börjat använda sig av upplevelsemarknadsföring för att tränga igenom mediebruset och tillgodose kunder och konsumenter. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur kommunikationsbyråer, som profilerar sig inom upplevelsebaserad marknadsföring, använder begreppet upplevelse och därigenom uppnå förståelse för vilken generations upplevelseproduktion de arbetar med. Jag utgår ifrån Bosjwijk, Peelen och Thijssen (2007), vars modell innebär att det finns tre generationer upplevelseproduktion, varav den första generationen, iscensättning, innebär att organisationen utformar upplevelsen för individen. I den andra generationen, samproduktion, utformar organisationen och individen upplevelsen tillsammans.

The Marketing History of The Coca-Cola Company: A Modernization Perspective examines the development of The Coca-Cola Company?s marketing history, from the founding of the company in 1886 until today. The Coca-Cola Company has been superior on the market for over a century. It has also developed along with the urbanisation of its society, which is interesting in a modernization perspective. The essay investigates the marketing strategies of the company, with focus on three themes: gender, sponsorship and interactive culture phenomenon.

Our reason for this study is to research how non- profit organizations focused on fundraising, market themselves to create and keep the relationships with their potential and existing contributors. With this study we also want to create an image of the meaning of marketing, applied to non- profit organizations focused on fundraisings, struggle towards attracting more contributors. We also aim to research what our respondents believe will be the outcomes of marketing on nonprofit organizations in the future. For this essay we have chosen a qualitative method which consists of six interviews with respondents whom have different knowledge and experiences of the non- profit sector. We chose this method to be able to view our main subject from different aspects and through the interviews also form a more profound picture of the non- profit sector and also, finally, se what the respondents think about the issue.

The purpose of this essay is to elucidate if there is a liability to damages for cardholders, in case of unauthorized use of bankcards, in the event a liability for payment, according to 34 § the Swedish Law concerning Consumer Credits, should not be established between card issuer and cardholder. The purpose is also to elucidate if card issuing companies, in the event a liability for payment is established between card issuer and cardholder, have any possibility to get a larger sum than is allowed by 34 § the Swedish Law concerning Consumer Credits, by demanding damages from the cardholder. Den interna marknadsföringens påverkan på tjänstekvaliteten: en fallstudie av två säsongsbaserade hotell
The purpose of this thesis was to study how internal marketing affects service quality in the tourism industry. It was decided to conduct a case study on two hotels with summer seasonal employees. Pite Havsbad and Strand Hotell Borgholm were chosen as study objects. The case was based on interviews with the hotel manager at Pite Havsbad and the vice president at Strand Hotell Borgholm, who coordinates the internal marketing at the companies. The findings were that seasonal employees do not affect service quality much.

The most dominating type of company in Sweden is the small-sized business and it usually lacks its own marketing department. The purpose of this paper was to analyze several small Swedish businesses which are specialized in different sectors of the Mechanic/Technology industry but they are similar in terms of having niched products and they are leading companies in the world. The objective was to do research about how small businesses work with marketing despite its lack of resources and capital.This survey has shown that customer contacts, customer relationships and especially for those investigated companies, it was very important to focus on globalization and product development in order to build a Point of Difference..

Vid köp av en upplevelse får du enbart en tjänst, med ett löfte omett mervärde. Att köpa en upplevelse är ofta förknippat med enviss osäkerhet och ett risktagande från kundens sida då man intemed säkerhet vet vad man köpt förrän efter arrangemanget ärgenomfört. Kundlojalitet : En studie om hur man skapar lojala kunder inom mobiloperatörsbranschen
The cellular market is today suffering from great customer dissatisfaction. Simultaneously, the services offered by the different cellular providers are very homogenous, causing strict competition where various price strategies have been the main mean of battle. From a business perspective, implementing pricing strategies, to keep up with increased network investments, is a short term solution.In a market characterized by lacking customer satisfaction and harsh competition, research has shown the importance of highlighting customer relations in marketing. This type of marketing, which one could refer to as relationship marketing, is considered an efficient, economic, and strategic method of showing the importance of customer loyalty. To get insight in the relationship between the customers and the cellular providers, as well as to show the importance of relationship marketing, this study has used qualitative interviews to find what develops strong customer loyalty.The results showed that increased customer loyalty is achieved when an emotional bond is created.
En event study av reporäntans effekt på aktiemarknaden
Det är av intresse för aktörer på den finansiella marknaden att prognostisera aktiemarknadens reaktion på en ändring av reporäntan. Flera arbeten har de senaste årtiondena försökt påvisa ett samband främst på den amerikanska marknaden. Denna uppsats försöker sig i stället på att finna en korrelation mellan annonsering av reporänta såväl som förväntningar på reporänta och en onormal avkastning på den svenska aktiemarknaden. I arbetet används en event study på Affärsvärldens index under perioden 1997 till 2007. Perioden är vald så att det initiala trovärdighetsproblem för riksbankens inflationsmål som förelåg före 1997 inte ska påverka resultatet.

The senior essay examines the geographical imaginations, notions of Self and community that were mobilized in the media and by the government in conjunction with an event, namely, the space voyage of Christer Fuglesang ? the first Swedish astronaut in space on December ___ 2006. The study is a critical investigation of media discourses, representations of space, and geographical imaginations that were triggered by the event. The specific issues addressed by this study are (a) which representations of Sweden were mobilized in narrating the event? (b) In what ways has Fuglesang´s space voyage influenced the image of Sweden? (c) How was the event rallied vis-à-vis discourses of entrepreneurial culture and neoliberal growth by the government? (d) Which themes and clichés were mustered in the media dramaturgy of the event? (e) Which topics were excluded in media narratives and representation of the event? (f) Have familiar geographical imaginations, notions of Self and community been reconfigured? If so, how?The present study analyzes narratives of the event in the two largest newspapers in Sweden - Aftonbladet and Dagens Nyheter, as well the two biggest TV-channels ? Swedish Television and TV4.

Since destinations consist of several parts such as the train trip to the destination, restaurant visits, shopping, hotel stays etc., it is difficult for the DMO?s to fully control how a tourist perceive the destination.
