Allt fler privata och institutionella investerare väljer att placera pengar i etiska fonder. Fondbolag världen över erbjuder sina kunder att investera i fonder som går i enighet med sina egna moraliska värderingar. Redan under 1700-talet kom idén om att investera etiskt. Syftet med denna typ av ekonomisk förvaltning har dock förändrats något de senaste decennierna. Idag råder det inget tvivel om att åsikter går isär om vilka bolag som bör få ingå i en etisk fond.Den tidigare forskningen visar att fondförvaltarna främst använder sig av två metoder när de avgör vilka bolag som skall ingå i de etiska fonderna.

Detta examensarbete har utförts hos Projekt AB i Stockholm. Företaget är ett kvalificerat projektledningsföretag som arbetar med alla typer av byggprojekt oberoende av komplexitet och storlek. Företaget grundades 1993 och är idag ett av de ledande projektledningsföretagen i Storstockholm.Bakgrunden till arbetet ärt att företaget har velat kartlägga den psykosociala arbetsmiljö som råder bland projektmedarbetare inom olika projekt i företaget. I olika perioder har ämnet våld inom psykiatrin lyfts fram i media, ofta i samband med att ett våldsdåd har begåtts av en ?våldsam psykpatient?. Varken i media eller i den tidigare forskningen är det vanligt att ämnet blir belyst ur ett patientperspektiv. Denna kvalitativa studie försöker fånga ett inifrån-perspektiv och tar sin ansats i att försöka beskriva vad som kan leda fram till att det uppstår konflikt- och våldssituationer på en sluten psykiatrisk avdelning. Studien har genomförts med hjälp av samtal med sju personer med erfarenhet av våld under sin vistelse på en sluten avdelning.

I dagens samhälle möter vi ständigt ledares behov av att öka sin kompetens när det gäller att hantera kritiska situationer inom den offentliga sektorn. Bristande kompetens hos ledarna drabbar inte bara dem själva utan även medarbetarna. Många uttalar sig om att det bristfälliga ledarskapet i den offentliga sektorn ger upphov till rekryteringssvårigheter, hög sjukfrånvaro, ineffektivitet, kvalitetsproblem, resursbrist och brist på kompetens. Även forskningsartiklar visar att det är högre sjukfrånvaro pga. dåliga ledare och det illustreras dagligen i dagspress och nyhetsförmedlingar.I vår kultur saknar vi metoder att hantera problemet med dåligt ledarskap.

Collaborative planning ? a comparative study of theory and practice Why There is today, according to my experience, a growing interest and demand for a more inclusive and transparent planning process. Also, if we are going to be able to reach a truly sustainable society it is my belief that there is a need for a more integrated collaboration between different actors. Where the social, economic and ecological values can influence and benefit from each other. The question then is, how can the planning system accommodate that kind of collaboration? Purpose My aim for this thesis has been to study a selection of the theoretical work that exist about collaborative planning.

Use of lighting is crucial to make public urban places available during dark hours. Landscape architects participate in planning of lighting, but during our education there is very little taught on the subject. Through this study we approach the subject of lighting by looking into lighting methods for urban plant materials during winter. In this thesis we look into ways to emphasize the visible characters and experiences of urban plants during winter season using light. Target audience are landscape architect students and landscape architects without knowledge of lighting. The part of the thesis that describe basic conditions for, and visual characters of plants can be useful to lighting designers without knowledge in this subject. Working methods used were the following: ? Pre-study about light and lighting techniques through literature and dialogues. ? Compiling important visual winter plant characters through photography and literature. ? Outdoor light experiments with plants.

IntroductionTactile Massage is a generic term that for example includes Massage therapy, Effleurage, Gentle touch, Tactile stimulation, Soft massage and Aromatherapy massage (SBU 2009). Tactile Massage has been proven to activate the perception receptors of the body and stimulates the system of oxytocin and in that way Tactile massage increase wellbeing and decrease pain. The Church of Sweden was formally separated from the state in the year of 2000 and by this means created greater freedom in facilitating its own social and Deaconal programs in separate parishes. Since 2004 a few numbers of deacons have been integrating Tactile massage as a method in Deaconal  ministry within the framework of holistic care in the Church of Sweden.Aim/Research questionsThe aim: From a holistic perspective investigate the use of and to increase the problem-awareness of Tactile massage in the Deaconal ministry within the Church of Sweden.The research questions: How is Tactile massage being used and how are we to describe the experiences of Tactile massage in the Deaconal ministry? The farming system is the basis of human existence through its production of provisions for man. By a continuous exchange of information, energy and material, between the ecosystems and the social systems, the farming system becomes an emergent property. The system's own properties, in the sense of farming methods, circulations and institutions, evolve through an adaptive process. Understanding this process and constantly learn from it, is the starting point for creating a sustainable development within farming systems. Thus, future farming system has to develop strategies that produce food provisions while at the same time takes into consideration the ecosystem's resilience and its integrity, but which also enables an ethical discussion. The institutions within the farming system are understood as links between the ecosystems and the social systems.

Biodiversity is under threat in Sweden and many species are on the brink of extinction. This is mainly due to the large-scale drainage projects during the 19th and 20th century and the increasingly intensive land use in agriculture and forestry. The intensive land use with sharply defined boundaries between the production units has in many cases led to either overgrazing or overgrowing. As a result many species have been pushed back to "leftover" habitats like shooting ranges, power line corridors, roadsides, dumps, embankments and other similar areas. Therefore the question has been raised, wether or not it is needed to re-introduce large herbivores into the wild in order to maintain the biodiversity that is related to the extensive land use.This study has been conducted as a literature review and will focus on the European bison?s (Bison bonasus) impact on other species and biodiversity; conditions for reintroducing large herbivores in Sweden are also discussed.Free roaming populations of large herbivores have a positive impact on plants, insects and many other groups of organisms.

Sex och samlevnad är ett mångfacetterat ämne som ska ge biologiska, sociala och etiska aspekter på samlevnad. Under de senaste 100 åren har synen på sex och sexualitet ändrats från att ha varit ett mer eller mindre tabubelagt ämne till att idag i mångas ögon vara överexploaterat. Sex och samlevnad finns idag i läroplanen från årskurs fyra. Tidigare studier har visat att ungdomar varit missnöjda med sex- och samlevnads-undervisningen i skolan samtidigt som den sexuella ohälsan bland unga ökar. Det primära syftet med studien var att undersöka unga kvinnor och mäns kunskap om preventivmedel, sexuellt överförbara infektioner och abort samt inställning till sex- och samlevnadsundervisning.

Corporate Social Responsibility, eller CSR har blivit något av en självklarhet hos företagenidag. Konsumenter accepterar inte barnarbete och de är miljömedvetna. Att ett företag haretiska och moraliska värderingar är inte bara viktigt ur just etiska och moraliska perspektivutan även för att kunna bygga och bevara ett starkt varumärke. Vi tycker att handeln med pälsär ett stort problem. Det finns allvarliga brister i den här branschen.
