This Essay deals about bilingualism and lifepaths. The Essay is based on a qualitative study, where eight individuales have been interviewed, all of them from Gränsskolan in Haparanda. Before the interview´s a study of relevant research literature was made.The main purpose with the Essay, is to study if the informant?s life paths have been affected by their bilingualism, i.e. if the informers moves and education etc.

In this Essay we have been trying to get an understanding of what Swedish charter tourists cares for when they are going on vacation. The Tourism industry is a major field with a lot of winners, but it also comes with consequences.
