Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor bär ansvaret för omvårdnadsarbetet med patienterna och förväntas agera adekvat i såväl vardagliga som komplexa situationer. För att klara av dessa situationer har de olika verktyg att använda sig av för att exempelvis kontrollera vitalparametrar samt underlätta kommunikationen. Studier visar att sjuksköterskor upplever att det är viktigt med god kommunikation och bra samarbete när patienter ska flyttas över från intensivvårdsavdelningar till vårdavdelningar.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av övertagandet och omvårdnaden av patienter från intensivvårdsavdelningar samt att undersöka om sjuksköterskorna upplever att något skulle kunna förbättras.Metod: Studien genomfördes via en kvalitativ intervjustudie med deskriptiv design. Intervjuerna bestod av semi-strukturerade frågor och insamlad data analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Deltagarnas upplevelser kring övertagandet och omvårdnaden av patienterna skiljde sig och påverkades bland annat av erfarenhet. En känsla av osäkerhet, främst hos de mindre erfarna, förekom ofta inför övertagandet.

Intresset för studien härrör sig från många års arbete med läsinlärning i skolår ett som lågstadielärare. Där har jag sett stjärnögon tändas när barnet knäckt koden men också sett ögon släckas när hon/han inte lyckats. Jag har länge funderat över vad pedagoger kan göra och hur de kan samspela med barnet för att se så många ögon som möjligt tändas i glädje över att ha knäckt koden.Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur erfarna lågstadielärare säger sig arbeta med läsinlärning och då hur de utnyttjar samspelet, samt även att lyfta fram vilka möjligheter som finns i dessa situationer. Perspektivet har varit lärarens. Studien är en del i ett större projekt i en kommun i mellansverige.Metoden har varit att kombinera intervjuer med observationer.

Denna studie har som syfte att undersöka i vilken mån den tysta kunskap som finns hos varje individ, framvuxen ur ett yrkeskunnande, kan synliggöras och överföras till en annan person när inte förutsättningarna för ett långsiktigt samarbete finns, utan endast en kortare introduktion till arbetet är möjlig.    Konsumentverket omlokaliserades från Stockholm till Karlstad och konsekvenserna av den flytten blev att majoriteten av den erfarna personalen på myndigheten slutade. Kunde den tysta kunskapen då överföras från de anställda som slutade till dem som nyanställdes?I centrum för studien står ett antal begrepp som jag relaterar till tyst kunskap. Dessa begrepp är: ?tyst kunskap i arbetslivet?, ?yrkeskunnande?, ?överförande och mottagande av tyst kunskap?, ?synliggörande och utveckling av tyst kunskap? samt ?lärande?.

ECG-Screening for young elite athletesAbstractBackgroundSudden cardiac death (SCD) during physical activity is a frightening and emotional tragedy that draws huge media attentions when it occurs. Fortunately it is a relatively uncommon occurrence but happens nonetheless to young athletes who often seems to be in perfect health. SCD is used as a term for sudden unexpected complications on the cardiovascular system that leads to a deadly outcome normally within the first hour of onset of symptoms and the cause is some sort of underlying cardiovascular disease that gets triggered by physical activity.Normally athletes gets divided into two groups dependent on age, over and under 35 years, and this studies focus is on the younger group since it is often during this period athletes are at the elite level. It is also in this category the most unexpected sudden deaths occur that is not due to coronary atherosclerosis, which is the dominant cause of death, and drastically increases, for people over 35 years old.AimThe aim of this study was to scientific and unbiased analyze peer-reviewed clinical articles todescribe the pros, cons and cost to implement an ECG-screening as a standard before physicalactivities for specifically defined elite athletes.MethodA systematic review was performed and after all data collection 21 articles was chosen to beused as a base for both background and analyze. At the end 10 articles was fulfilling the criteria to be used at the analyze and later the results.ResultsThe implementation of ECG-screening has reduced SCD in Italy by 89 % between the years 1979-2004.

Bakgrund: Många företag är exponerade mot ränte- och valutarisk. För att hantera de konse- kvenser som dessa kan medföra använder sig företagen av derivat. Dessa har tidiga-re inte inkluderats i företagens finansiella rapportering utan redovisats off-balance. När noterade koncerner från och med 1 januari 2005 skall tillämpa IFRS och då speciellt IAS 39 kommer denna redovisning att förändras. I standarden föreskrivs kontinuerlig omvärdering av derivat till verkligt värde vilket kommer att medföra att noterade koncerner drabbas av svängningar i de finansiella rapporterna.

This paper is a critical evaluation of the Swedish system with special mediation. The district court has the opportunity, in cases that are amenable to out-of-court settlements, to refer the dispute to special mediation. However, this is extremely rare, even though the legislature expressed a desire to increase the use of alternative dispute resolution. In 2011, a series of measures were taken to increase the use of mediation and strengthen mediation attractiveness. What effect can be inferred from these actions today, over three years after their introduction? This study analyses the main reasons offered for why mediation is not used more, and what should be done to increase the use of mediation.

An art director has also been interwiewed to receive information about genderdesign from a practical wiew.Main results: There is no difference out of a gender perspective between the colors on the bottles in aspect of lightness but colors on ladieperfumes are generally more saturated and they are also more often located among yellow, orange and red shades on the color chart while perfumesbottles for men tend to consist of yellow, green and blue colors in more unsaturated versions. The results of the study of shapes showes that there are more cubes among the male perfumes than there are in the group of womensperfumes. Concidering the study of fonts does results prove that fonts on labels of male perfumes mostly belong to the most common group of fontfamilies. This compared toperfumes for ladies where the the fonts varied between the two current fontgroups of the study, and therefore are bort rare and common.

Swedish sawmills of today suffer from unsatisfying economy with high costs and low benefits. The economical result depends on how well the sawmill can use their raw material. Iggesund Timber AB, a sawmill in the Holmen group, produces a large amount is enduse orientated products for the woodworking industry. Therefore the aim of this student thesis was to investigate the possibility of automatic enduse orientated quality grading of Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) saw logs by using a gamma-ray log scanner. Iggesund Timber AB has the possibility to grade logs automatically with TINA, a two way gamma-ray log scanner. Grading and classification of Scots Pine logs in Sweden today are mainly manual but can in some rare cases be automatic.

Scholarly research on comical popular theatre is rare in the Swedish context even though the genre has attracted large audiences throughout the 20th century. Nils Poppe is one of the greatest Swedish actors in the comical genre and he is famous for his playful acting style. With my Master?s dissertation I aim to shed some light on both the genre and this great actor. Another aim of this Master?s dissertation is to gain understanding of what causes the audience?s laughter experiencing Nils Poppe?s comical acting.

Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att skaffa en både bredare och djupare förståelse för hur olika platser påverkas av hur marken är formad. Hur påverkar markens form hur en plats upplevs, hur det känns i kroppen, hur människor agerar, rör sig, tittar? Huvudfrågan har under arbetets gång varit: hurdan är den rumsliga upplevelsen av en plats, med hänsyn till markens form och lutning? Metoden för att finna svar har varit att dels söka i litteratur, se vilka teorier det finns om detta sedan innan, och om det finns några motstående teorier. Dels har jag valt ut och besökt ett antal platser där jag iakttagit både mina egna upplevelser samt andra människors agerande. Trots att höjdsättning av mark och utformning av mark ? med olika terrasseringar, slänter m.m.

Studien unders?ker ett begr?nsat antal l?rares f?rv?ntningar p? specialpedagogen n?r de upplever en frustration i m?tet med elever. Studien har inspirerats av en fenomenografisk ansats. Studien genomf?rdes i form av en kvalitativ intervjustudie med nio semistrukturerade intervjuer, som transkriberats i sin helhet f?r att sedan analyseras och kategoriseras.

This master thesis is about the collaboration between the custom dairy heifer grower and thedairy producer.The custom dairy heifer grower is a rather unusual strategy of reproductive management inSweden compared to other countries like U.S. and Denmark where the specialization withindairy production gone much further. In these countries the research also has reached muchfurther within this type of industry. However in Sweden there has been research made in thearea of collaboration, but then only within collaborations in the industries of crop production,dairy production and pork meat.The down going trend of profitability within dairy production together with poor profitabilityin the beef industry could partly remedy if more collaborations around heifer contractingwould arise. But since the industry still is of a rare kind in Sweden the knowledge about howthese types of collaborative arrangements works and their contracts are put together is poor.By that the aim of this master thesis is formulated as follows: "how is usually thecollaborative arrangement between the dairy producer and custom dairy heifer growerdesigned".
