Bakgrund: Inom de närmaste 5 åren planerar var fjärde småföretagare att dra sig tillbaka, detta innebär ungefär 60 000 företag eller 180 000 företag om även egenföretagarna räknas med. Detta beror på att 40-talisterna är en stor demografisk åldersgrupp och likt de yngre 60-och 70-talisterna har de inte sålt av sina bolag i samma utsträckning. Vad som händer med dessa bolag är osäkert, en del har en färdig plan för generationsskiftet andra är mer osäkra på vad som kommer att ske, omkring 10 procent av småföretagen väntas läggas ner, ytterligare 25 procent har ingen plan för hur ägarskiftet kommer att ske. För att belysa läget ännu mer så säger sig 42 procent av landets småföretagare att de har som avsikt att dra sig tillbaka inom 10 år (Företagarna, 2009). Detta ser inte alla som ett problem i sig utan det finns nu möjlighet att köpa sig ett företag istället för att starta eget.

In Scandinavia today many old harbour areas are developed into residential and commercial areas. For example are both Helsingborg city and Malmoe city in south Sweden planning to restructure some of their harbour areas to accommodate shops, schools, offices, residences et cetera. In Copenhagen in Denmark new plans for Nordhavn is also underway. In almost every plan proposal to redevelope an old harbour area the harbour activities are set a side to give room for new development. In Reykjavik, however, this has not been the case.

The secondary control must be part of the production plan, since the capacity will bedeployed in advance, just as the primary control. The activation of the new frequencycontrol should be preformed in Vattenfall's operations centers (DC) to minimizecommunication delay. Vattenfall needs to work towards a more holistic optimizationsystem. The main issue for Vattenfall Generation is not how we produce but ratherwhen, which is done with creation of bids. This is where there is the mostopportunity for improvement.

My purpose with this study is to examine whether or how teachers are gender-conscious in preschool everyday situations. That is, if they are aware of their attitude and treatment of work on gender and what gender concept has relevance for educators. In much of the practical literature that I read, it appears that many teachers are not aware of their responses and attitudes to children based on gender aspect. I have examined how the gender work differs in the two preschools that I chosen to study.The questions that this study is based on isDoes the educators at the preschools work gender conscious in everyday situations?-Is it boys or girls who get the most attention from educators in everyday situations?What do the teachers at the preschool concept of gender?What approach have been the teachers of preschool to counteract traditional gender patterns in everyday situations?I have made ??a qualitative study where I interviewed five educators and made ??observations on the two preschools.

Sammanfattning En bra grund är en grundläggande förutsättning för varje husbyggnation.  Den vanligaste grundläggningsmetoden är platta på mark som i sitt grundutförande kräver plant underlag. En konsekvens av rationaliserade byggmetoder har blivit att man vid grundläggning på berg spränger en plan yta att förlägga grunden på. Att spränga i berg skapar irreversibla skador. I Sotenäs kommun, en kommun belägen på Bohusläns kust, finns berg som genom sin särprägel blivit klassade som riksintresse enligt Miljöbalken. En tradition i Bohuslän är att anpassa bebyggelsen efter naturens förutsättningar, vilket bland annat resulterat i grunder byggda efter bergets formationer.

Detta examensarbete vill beskriva de nya förutsättningar för att behandla vindkraftsetablering i tematiska tillägg till översiktsplaner, som uppstått i och med att prövningen av vindkraftsverk 2009 till stor del förts över från plan- och bygglagen till miljöbalken. Examensarbetet omfattar också ett förslag till tema-tiskt tillägg till Motala kommuns översiktsplan. Där prövas en analys av hur estetiska och landskapsrelaterade bedömningar kan göras. Fokus har lagts vid hur bedömningar kommer att hanteras när vindkraftverk som bygglovbefrias enbart genomgår en tillståndsprövning. Reflektioner och slutsatser bygger på egna tankar från utarbetandet av det tematiska tillägget och erfarenheter av efterföljande arbete inom Motala kommun med att omvandla planförslaget till en kommunal produkt Dessutom har intervjuer gjorts med representanter från kommunens stadsbyggnadsenhet, bygglovenhet och från länsstyrelsen.

When the local authorities establish a plan for land use planning, they have to judge if the influence on the environment could be of such a grade that they have to make a special Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), following national laws and EU-directives. The laws for the process in Sweden is set by the Swedish Parliament, with advisory given by the central government authority, the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning, Boverket. For EU, the laws is set by the European Parliament and the Council. The laws and directions for this process have been changed for Sweden in recent years, and the aim of this study was to compare the contents of three different Environmental Impact Assess¬ments to see if there has been any change in appearances and content in later years, as well as to see if different municipalities and authors have effect on the EIAs. According to different studies some of the EIA done are without insufficient focus on main environmental issues in the EIA, or even that some information is missing.

Barns värld är på många sätt en helt annan värld än vuxnas. Tankarna och kommunikationen är på ettannat plan. Detta är något som alla som arbetar med barn, speciellt om man har ett yrke där man haren kommunikativ funktion, bör vara väl medvetna och kunniga inom. Smärta hos barn är ettproblemområde som på grund av skillnaderna mellan barn och vuxnas värld alltså blir svårhanterligtpå ytterligare ett plan. Ett möjligt sätt att minska procedursmärta hos barn som vi valt att undersökaär användningen av olika avledningsmetoder.

Civil disobedience constitutes an interesting ethical phenomena in the democraticstate since the people performing it consciously brakes laws and norms in societyfor purposes they themselves judge to be morally good and just. This thesisexamines whether the phenomena of civil disobedience is justifiable in ademocratic society.In this study civil disobedience is analyzed on two levels. First the problem isanalyzed on a theoretical level in relative to the three, by us established, values:respect for the law, the will of the majority and equality. Second, civildisobedience is analyzed on a more practical level where we test our theoreticalline of argument with the help of two example groups who engages in civildisobedience. The justification of civil disobedience is also analyzed through twoethical perspectives on acting, deontology and consequentialism.Our conclusion is that civil disobedience is justifiable on a theoretical level inrelative to the values we discuss.

Following is a study of fathers 'experiences of balance between work and home life. The method the researchers used was based on qualitative interviews aimed at describing father?s own experiences and values, which affects them. The researchers chose to specifically study situations where the fathers were faced with situations where their children needed to be cared for in the home because of a cold or similar illness since this is a situation that directly affects the time that was meant for work, but now risk being moved to areas of life that the researchers define as home life. This is to see whether the respondents felt that this situation affected the balance between work- and home life.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate the working conditions of professional photographers at the start of the 20th century. The aim of this essay is to provide a glimpse into this specific time-period with the main question: How were the working conditions for professional photographers? More specifically, this essay will provide a detailed picture that focuses on the difficulties women encountered, when attempting to make photography a legitimate professional career and combined with the traditions as wife and woman.The essay is divided into three main parts. By looking at statistical databases such as Swedish National Archive?s and other recourses, the first part establishes what Swedish society was like after the reforms that had taken place by the end of the 19th Century.

The aim of this study is to examine the existence of norms in three Spanish textbooks intended for upper secondary school in Sweden. One category of norms, gender norms, is selected for analysis. The focus of the analysis is on how gender norms are represented in the textbooks. The concept of gender also includes - in addition to the relation between man och woman - ethnicity, sexuality and disability. The three analysed textbooks are Caminando 3, Vistas 3 and El Sur paso 3.

Automobilpalatset i Jönköping, ritat av byggnadsingenjör Birger Lindström, uppfördes under åren 1929-1930 och var ett av de första parkeringshusen i Sverige. Förutom parkering fanns det utställningshallar och bilförsäljning, service och bensinstation-långt före bilismen var en del av folks vardag. Efter rivningshot byggnadsminnesmärktes huset år 2001.  Idag finns andra affärsverksamheter i gatuplan, resterande våningar står relativt tomma och mycket nedgånga. Automobilpalatset ägs av kommunen och det finns för närvarande ingen plan för förändring.  Jag vill i mitt förslag addera människan till Automobilpalatset. Stadsbilden och synen på bilen har förändrats sedan 1930.

Today equal representation between the genders in parliament is something to be desired. One way to reach the goal of equal representation is by using quotas. The purpose of the study is to research the lack of equality in elected institutions by using a perspective on qoutas.  The study also seeks to find answers to if using quotas is a good method according to gender studies. A text analysis is being used to find reasonable solutions to the study´s presented complivations.  By analyzing different texts about quotas some of the more common arguments in the discussion about using quotas in parliaments were highlighted. Some of the more frequent arguments to implement quotas are that it would be more just but also that women and men may have different interests, experiences and therefore equal representation would be a question of resources.

VLL (Västerbottens läns landsting) genomför just nu en process där de ser över sina fastigheter på NUS (Norrlands Universitets Sjukhus) med fokus på dess framtida utveckling och behov. Ett steg i den processen är att undersöka sitt nuvarande fastighetsbestånd och se om det redan där finns utvecklingsmöjligheter innan det kan bli behov av att expandera området. Detta projekt ingår som en del i denna undersökning och innefattar en utredning av en eventuell påbyggnad av en byggnad med två parallella huskroppar 10A och 10B, som idag består av tre verksamma plan med en gemensam källare. Studien förutsätter att det är statiskt möjligt att bygga på de aktuella byggnadsdelarna. Därför är syftet med detta projekt främst att se om det är praktiskt möjligt att genomföra en påbyggnad med avseende på en intilliggande helikopterplatta, den pågående verksamheten och en fungerande APD-plan där fokus ligger på kranplacering.
