Syfte: Huvudsyftet är att undersöka effekterna av införandet av IAS inom fastighetsbranschen och se om de nya principerna har lett mot en mer värderelevant redovisning. Delsyftet är att se på införandets effekter på det egna kapitalet, samt att utröna förhållanden före och efter införandet, då sett till två tidsperioder 2000-2004 och 2005-2009.Metod: Undersökningen är en totalundersökning som innefattar tio stycken företag. Studien sträcker sig från år 2000 - 2009 där 2000 - 2004 är perioden innan införandet av IAS 40 och perioden 2005 - 2009 är efter införandet. CAPM och Tobins Q används för att se om det finns skillnader i eget kapital samt eget kapital i förhållande till börskurs före och efter införandet.  Teori: Undersökningen utgår från Finansieringsteori, Effektiva marknadshypotesen, Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), Tobins Q, Redovisningsteori, Beslutsfattande och Human Information ProcessingEmpiri: I kapitlet illustreras undersökningen i tabeller och diagram. Statistik programmet SPSS har använts för bearbetning av data och illustreras även i diagram för CAPM och Tobins Q.

At the broader picture, the nature within urban areas is profitable in many ways. It is therefore important for the municipalities around in Sweden to work for sustainability within the urban areas. This thesis is a product of research about how implementation issues occur due to the relationbetween bureaucrats and politicians. Our study treats the democratic dilemma that occurs whenschools are to implement environmental certifications. Through a comparative study we comparetwo schools in Norra Hisingen, a district in Gothenburg municipal where one of the schools iscertificated and one is not. By using theories from top down and bottom up approaches toimplementation we develop key factors that will lead us to answer our research questions.Through text analysis of policy documents and through interviews with bureaucrats we analyzewhat may be the causes for only one of the two schools to be certificated though Gothenburgmunicipal wish all schools to be. Through our analytical tool we can establish that the policydocuments are well formed according to our top down-theory and that these documents does nothave a major impact on the fact that one school is certificated and one is not.

The work was carried out on Termisk Systemteknisk?s office in Linköping. The aim was to create a computer system with infrared camera technology for quality control and temperature monitoring of manufacturing processes in industry. The system should be configurable such that it can be used on several different issues, including those where the real-time analysis of camera images is required.The developed system is based on an existing framework, Panola, to deal with measurement results and images in a database. The framework is built for the system continually check for new data , and the task was to create a foundation upon which to build systems that use the framework, but fully or partially utilize direct calls .

The government´s intensions were to give the individuals more influence in their housing, to increase the variety of accommodation and thereby create a freedom of choice when selecting their housing. They also saw opportunities to reduce segregation and increase the total production of houses and or apartments with this new type of ownership. The introduction was supposed to give the building companies a possibility to build with a new type of ownership and thereby create new and an increased number of projects for the future. This new accommodation form has however not gained the penetrating power that was expected.

The nitrogen cycle in freshwater bodies is complex and consists of many separate processes affected by a number of important factors for example oxygen concentration in the water, temperature and circulation. Knowledge of the different components of the nitrogen cycle exists; however, a complete and comprehensive picture is difficult conceptually as well as theoretically. The available literature illustrates that the research on nitrogen and the related freshwater processes is still associated with high uncertainty of how much of the supplied nitrogen from the catchment is transported with the water versus and how much is lost due to denitrification, sedimentation or uptake by plants. This report is an interdisciplinary survey of Nitrogen discharge permitting. The research focuses in particular on the decision-making process, the levels of scientific standard and the administrative framework.Application for Nitrogen discharge permits are decided by the Environmental Court with council from their own experts as well as relevant government authorities and organisations.
