Many of the schools premises are neglected and the physical Environment has not been prioritised. Instead the focus is set on scientific learning methods and pedagogic. The need for an Environmental shift has not got an essential place in the governing documents for schools, although the focus on school premises should be suited to the purpose of the activity and for the pupils needs. Today the interest and the need of research within the physical Environment is evermore increasing. The Swedish Work Environment Authority, present in their activityplan for 2006, that the schools premises and equipment is not adjusting to today?s activity and it is in bad condition that can lead to work-related injuries.The purpose of this essay is to bring to light a different pedagogic train of thought around the surrounding Environments importance, for students learning and to compare these with our study of a selection of classrooms and what the teachers to these classrooms consider about the Environments importance.

This paper exemplifies how the physical Environment affects clients? experienced service quality and how companies work with the physical Environment. In the empiric study, we conducted a case study and studied two hairdressing saloons. The study showed a connection between physical Environment and experienced service quality in the business of hairdressing. Owners of hairdressing saloons perceive that a combination of the personal meeting and the physical Environment influence the clients? general impression and their experience of quality.

Abstract  The purpose of this essay was to study understandings, determine the meening of a good learning Environment in the school class, and how teachers and principal can contribute to it. On the basis of existing research that says: the common attitudes and standpoints between the school management and the teachers, is fundamental in case a good learning Environment will occur in the classroom, the study has analyzed if the principal?s and the teacher?s attitudes in this study, are the same. The study is based on four main questions:  What is a good learning Environment, according to teachers, principal and existing research?  How can teachers and principal contribute to a good learning Environment, according to teachers, principal and existing research?  Do the teacher?s and principal?s attitudes concerning what defines a good learning Environment, agree?   Do the teacher?s and principal?s attitudes concerning how teachers and principal can contribute to a good learning Environment, agree?  To reply to the purpose of the study, five qualitative interviews were made. The interviews were done with five teachers and one principal, working in the same school. Research and litterature of interest, has been read, and these are presented in this essay. The study result shows that the existing research gives a wide definition of what a good learning Environment is, and how a teacher and principal can contribute to it.

In this study, we investigate various lighting applications in a virtual Environment, where we compare between light based in naturalism (natural light) and pictorialism (artistic light). The purpose of this study is to gain further knowledge in lighting, which is increasingly important for game graphics. Theory are examined to gather information and recommendations on how to use various light settings that convey different emotions. We then use this information to illuminate the Environment that we have built. The Environment is presented in Unreal 4 for respondents who are allowed to move around freely in the Environment.

The following study explores the relation between psychosocial work Environment and individual health. The purpose of this master thesis is to create, test and evaluate an analytical instrument for children?s library Environment based on a theoretical framework consisting of Howard Gardner?s theory of multiple intelligences and Thomas Armstrong?s pedagogical application of the original seven intelligences.
