Brämhults Juice AB is one of Sweden?s leading producers of fresh fruit juices and drinks. The fruit drinks last 3 days once opened and when stored in a refrigerator kept at 7°C. Since factors that shorten the drinks? best before date are usually not noticed until the entire batch has expired, it would be advantageous to find a way to accelerate the drinks? natural deterioration, so that an unusal short best before date is noticed before more products are shipped off to the stores.

The project has been done in cooperation with Schenker Åkeri AB in Sweden, Halmstad. Theproject is based on an inspection made by Arbetsmiljöverket, where they found minorshortcomings with distribution of goods for the employees. The project is an investigation ofthe drivers? working environment.Schenker Logistics is one of the world's leading providers of integrated logistics services.Schenker Åkeri AB is a subsidiary to Schenker Logistics and transports 2.4 million tons ofgoods yearly.The project started with a background study to evaluate drivers working environment. Wehave studied goods receptions, the working environment, strain injury and injury mechanisms.Methods used was observations, tests, questionnaire surveys and ergonomic andbiomechanical calculations.One result of the study is a working model, which gives recommendations for the maximumweight a driver should push and pull.

This study intends to investigate the experiences of labeling on people with a ADHD diagnos and how individuals with an ADHD diagnosis handles labeling. In today's society normality is is something that is pursued and the individuals that do not meet the normality are perceived as deviant. The study is conducted with a qualitative method and is based on three autobiographies where individuals with an ADHD diagnosis writes about their life. The study deals with postmodern constructivism which is explaining that the normalization and deviances are constantly changing, both depending on time and context. The results and analysis of this study are presented under three main headings that are related to the study's research questions.

Syftet med studien var att studera lagsammanhållning, prestation och motivationsklimat i lagsporterna innebandy och ishockey för att jämföra eventuella skillnader. I enkätstudien medverkade totalt 106 deltagare varav 50 ishockeyspelare ( n = 50) och 56 innebandyspelare ( n =56). De var spelare från sju lag varav fyra ishockeylag ( n =4) och tre innebandylag Spelarna var i åldrarna 16 år till 32 år (M = 20.58, Sd = 3.60). Lagen var i division 1, 2, 3 eller 4-elit. Lagsammanhållning mättes med: Group Enviroment Questionarie, motivationsklimat med: The Perceived Motivational Climate in Sport Questionarie-3 och prestation med:Vragenlijst Evaluatie Sport Psychologische Begeleiding.

                                                  AbstractThe development of our society has in many ways changed the relationships between the political parties and the citizens. Fewer citizens are active in political parties, which has contributed to the fact that we see a form of catch-all effect and a development of parties that organizes more in forms of professional organisations. This paper has made a research of modells of democratic ideals and values between leaders and party-members in political parties in the local area. The purpose has been to show how these ideals and values can reflect back on the political development. The result shows that the development has created a form of catch-all effect and a professionalism in the parties.

Bakgrunden till vårt examensarbete var att Försäkringskassan hade som mål att sänka sjukfrånvaron hos personalen. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka de anställdas uppfattning om vilka faktorer som ligger till grund för hög respektive låg sjukfrånvaro vid FK:s avdelning för aktivitetsstöd. Våra frågeställningar var:Varför har vissa enheter inom nationellt försäkringscenter på Försäkringskassan låg sjukfrånvaro och andra enheter hög sjukfrånvaro?Hur påverkar ledarskapet anställdas sjukfrånvaro?Hur påverkar arbetsmiljön sjukfrånvaron?Hur uppfattar personalen inom aktivitetsstöd arbetsplatsens fysiska och psykosociala arbetsmiljö?Som fallstudieorganisation valdes Försäkringskassan/Nationellt försäkringscenter/aktivitetsstöd i Östersund. Vi valde en kvantitativ undersökning med tvärsnittsdesign. Våra resultat visade att oavsett om man arbetade på en enhet med låg eller hög sjukfrånvaro, upplevde många anställda brister i arbetsmiljön, höga krav och ett svagt ledarskap.

Detta examensarbete undersöker hur lärare och elever använder sig av formativ bedömning i skrivprocessen för att bearbeta och förbättra elevtexter. Utgångspunkten för detta arbete har varit att ta reda på hur elever tar till sig den formativa bedömningen i den fortsatta skrivprocessen och på vilka grunder lärare gör sina val av kommentarer i den formativa bedömningen. I undersökningen har jag följt fem elever i årskurs 6 och deras lärare under fem dagar för att främst se hur de arbetar i skrivprocessens sista fas där bearbetningen av texten sker. Jag har observerat lärarens och elevernas arbete i skrivprocessen samt intervjuat läraren och de fem eleverna. Elevtexterna använder jag som konkret exempel på vilka kommentarer läraren ger till eleverna och vilket fokus hon lägger i sin bedömning samt hur eleverna bearbetar sina texter utifrån kommentarerna.

Deficiencies have been found at the manure forks basketand needs to be examined.

This essay focus on work related stress and psychosocial Enviroment in working life. The purpose of this study is to present a detailed description of regulation of the the Occupational Safety and Health Act and investigate how well employees are being protected by the law.I will also explain with the help of statistic which employees that most often suffer from work related stress and the results is discussed from a gender perspective.Work related phycosocial health is a big issue in todays workplaces, and people who suffers from stress are supposed to be protecteded by the the Occupational Safety and Health Act, but is that really the truth? The Occupational Safety and Health Act is a frame law, meaning the law is general and needs binding regulations to define the rules, and there is no such act about work related stress at the moment. No employer has ever been convicted for work related stress. At the same time the Occupational Safety and Health Act explains that the employer has a responsibility to take arrangement to prevent mental illness in working life.It?s mostly women who suffer from work related stress.

Introduction: First line managers in the public sector, are under a great pressure from both senior management, leadership, politicians and often from a large group of employees. Few studies have been made on the first-linemanagers psychosocial work environment, even though in the studies found that the manager affects their employees work environment.Aim: How first line managers in municipal elderly describes the psychosocial work environment on the basis of demand-control - support model.Methods: The study was conducted through individual interviews with six first line managers. Respondents were recruited through a strategic selection in a medium-sized municipality in Västernorrland. The interviews were conducted using an interview guide. Qualitative content analysis with an deductive approach was used as a method of interpretation of the results.Results: First line managers point out the difficulty in balancing the requirements and several managers also mentioned the importance of having clear role descriptions and objectives.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur några elever upplever grundskolans specialundervisning. Detta gjorde jag genom att göra så kallade fokusgrupper, gruppintervjuer med elever om ett speciellt ämne. Ämnet som jag ville att de skulle diskutera var specialundervisningen i grundskolan.Resultatet kom fram i olika tema som eleverna upplever som viktiga. Två teman dominerade elevernas upplevelser av specialundervisning, nämligen, förhållningssätt och skolmiljön som finns runt omkring eleverna, lokalerna dvs. deras arbetsmiljö.Studiens resultat pekar på betydelsen av att lärare utvecklar en bra relation till eleven som man arbetar med, för att inlärning skall ske på bästa sätt.

This thesis discuss the matter of non-profit-making associations as a self regulatory technique out of a theoretical concept of power. The object for the study is the non-profit-making association Ditt Nya Hageby, which work in the neigborhood of Hageby, a suburb to Norrköping. In the study the association is placed in a contemporary postmodern social context and analyzed through semi- structured qualitative interviews, accordingly to hermeneutical method, with five active members of the association as informants. The association consists of members who lives in the neighborhood. Together with a hired organizer they realizes their own ideas in to projects which unquestionably improves the social and physical Enviroment in Hageby.

Teching aid in form of schoolbooks plays an importent role. The teacher uses schoolbooks as a tool in its tutoring. I have examined how and whether the pictures in the schoolbooks are presenting people and ethnic minorities biased and stereotypical. The material I have examined consisted of a series of schoolbooks (So-direkt 1-3, samhällskunskap av Bonnier 2003).To find out if that is the case I have used a theory by Stuart Hall, his theory is about people and how they are represented in different types of media, like pictures and text. I studied it by using the method of image analysis where I investigated and interpreted the denotation and konnontation of the pictures.

Bönor har visats ha många hälsofrämjande egenskaper, bland annat en fördelaktig fördelning av makronutrienter och vatten, ett lågt kaloriinnehåll, låg fetthalt, långsamma kolhydrater och viktiga mineraler. Samtidigt vill Livsmedelsverket rekommendera en fyrdubbling av intaget av baljväxter hos det svenska folket. Genom att delvis ersätta animaliskt protein med protein från baljväxter menar Livsmedelsverket att intaget av mättat fett och överflödig energi kan minskas, och därmed minskar också risken att drabbas av övervikt och hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar.Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilken attityd en grupp grundskoleelever har till att äta baljväxter, med särskilt fokus på bönor och linser, och att studera hur mycket bönor och linser de äter i dagsläget. Studien vill även pröva ifall eleverna kan få en mer positiv attityd till bönor och linser om de exponeras för olika måltidstillbehör som är baserade på bönor under en tid.Enkäter delades ut före och efter experimentet för att mäta skillnader i attityd mot baljväxter bland skolungdomarna, med frågor om deras attityd till baljväxter samt vegetarisk mat.Resultatet visade en positiv utveckling av attityden till baljväxter. Studiens sammanställda resultat påvisade en förbättrad attityd till baljväxter hos eleverna.

The purpose of this study is the reports of Peak Oil in Swedish newspapers. In otherwords, how do the news portray or describe the concept and what sources are usedwhen writing articles. With this in mind, I have studied eight published articles in threeSwedish newspapers, Dagens Nyheter, Dagens Industri and Svenska Dagbladet. To studythese articles I've used a qualitative content analysis, as a method, or more specific aCritical Discourse Analysis (CDA). This method was chosen due to it's tools to examinethe text itself and to reveal the structures, unconscious meaning and power of words.Further more I have used theories as agenda-setting (including framing and priming),ideology and newsworthiness to complement the study.The result from the content analysis shows two evident ideologies, one with aneconomic perspective and the other with an environment perspective ? with resourcelimitation in mind.
