A classic solution to the problem is encryption of individual files, but ithas some drawbacks as it puts a great responsibility on the users and unencryptedinformation can be left by mistake. Idag används affärssystem inom de flesta verksamheter. Syftet med att använda sig av ett affärssystem är att det ska stödja verksamhetens handlingar och bidra till effektivitet inom organisationen. I dagens läge har de flesta verksamheter infört eller tänkt införa/byta ut ett affärssystem vilket ibland inte är så lätt. Införandet och användandet av ett affärssystem kan potentiellt leda till många förändringar. Jag kommer att med denna studie påvisa vilka faktorer verksamheter behöver ha med sig för att lyckas med ett affärssystemsinförande men samtidigt ta upp vilka fallgropar man ska se sig för vid införandet.

The purpose of the study is to highlight the issue of student loans securitization, and assure the importance and benefits that could be realized by performing such a transaction. The methodology is a case study for The National Board of Student Aid. It is a qualitative study, mainly using interviews, literature and scientific articles. By using this information we construct a securitization transaction structure ?CSN 2006-1?, and conduct a cost/benefit analysis.

Syfte: Vårt syfte är att undersöka och försöka säkerställa ett statistiskt signifikant samband mellan volatilitet och avkastning i olika regioner samt globalt. Metod: För att hypotespröva vårt syfte har linjära regressioner med 5 % signifikansnivå utförts, där nollhypotes lyder att det inte finns ett linjärt samband, medan mothypotesen lyder tvärtom. Regressionsanalys har genomförts med hjälp av en databas, som vi skapade själva, samt med dataprogrammet E-views. Teori: Eftersom vi har valt att skriva om risk och avkastning, ansåg vi det vara rimligt att använda oss av portföljvalsteorin, samt att titta på olika typer av risk som en investerare utsätts för när den placerar sitt kapital i värdepapper. This is a study of the phenomenon enterprise education in a Swedish school. Enterprise education is a rather new concept in Swedish schools, and it has yet to be clearly defined and sufficiently studied. In order to investigate the various aspects of the education properly an analysis of the language used by its proponents needs to be performed. The authors have used discourse analysis from a perspective provided by Laclau and Mouffe. This is for the purpose of determining how the phenomenon is expressed by four teachers in the school mentioned previously.

Problem discussion: Syncron experience a challenge in realizing the full market potential of its newly developed IT-based price management system, Global Price Management (GPM). The system has already been implemented and is currently running with success within the IT-structures of the first customer. The fact that the development of the system has been initiated by a customer, and thereby has left Syncron oblivious of the real underlying drivers and incentives for the development, is part of the problem. Understanding the customers? incentives for developing their pricing process thus reducing the application uncertainty is a good starting point.
