Det här är en undersökning om hur proposition ?Prop. 2008/09:119. Strandskyddet och utveckling av landsbygden ? har gett upphov till en förskjutning av makt i strandskyddets dispensgivning.

Förmånsrättslagen ändrades den 1 januari 2004. Denna lag behandlar den ordning i vilken en borgenär får utdelning när ett företag utmäts eller försätts i konkurs. Avsikten med lagförändringen är att företagsrekonstruktioner skall underlättas, konkurserna skall bli färre och likabehandlingen av fordringsägare vid konkurssituationer skall öka. Dessutom skall ändringarna förmå bankerna att genomföra bättre kredituppföljning och att bankerna fokuserar mera på återbetalningsförmågan istället för säkerheter. Den lagändring som ligger till grund för den här uppsatsen, har inneburit stora förändringar för förmånsrätten och då i synnerhet avseende företagsinteckningen som har fått en försämrad ställning som säkerhet. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka och beskriva vilken påverkan förändringarna i Förmånsrättslagen har på bankernas agerande vid kreditgivning när företagen har företagsinteckning som säkerhet.

Syfte ? Studiens syfte är att öka kunskapen om hur fordonstillverkares affärsmodeller påverkas vid förändring av statliga regelverk genom att studera ett framtida införande av HCT i Sverige. HCT, High Capacity Transports, är ett samlingsnamn för lastbilar som är tyngre och/eller längre än vad gällande lagstiftning tillåter. Regelförändringen övervägs för att sänka kostnader och miljöpåverkan. Metod ? Arbetet har genomförts i form av en case-studie.

Background: Climate changes are a growing concern all over the world today. In June year 2006 the European Union accepted a new strategy for the Unions work against a sustainable development. The concept of taking consideration to all the aspects of an organisations/a company's activity is something that have been in focus during later years. Social and ethical aspects are in focus and questions regarding these aspects are more commonly included in the companies yearly reporting. A sustainability report is characterised by that it takes into account not only environmental aspects, like ordinary environmental reports, but also social and ethical aspects of a company's activity with it's surroundings.

Unemployment amongst Swedish citizens is higher within the group which falls under the designation foreign-born. The aim of this thesis is to examine which municipal factors that can explain the differences in unemployment amongst foreign-born relative to native born.The empirical models are examined with both cross-sectional data for the year of 2010 and panel data for the years of 2002-2012. The examination is implemented through a linear regression analysis of the type Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and Fixed Effect regressions. A theory section will be presented where the theory on Non-Accelerating Inflation Rate (NAIRU), theories on discrimination and country-specific human capital are illustrated.The result from the cross-sectional data shows that the amount of foreign-born, the level of foreign-born immigrated from Nordic countries have a significant negative effect on unemployment amongst foreign-born. The general unemployment shows a significant positive effect on the unemployment amongst foreign-born.

The web has a broad affect on the global economy and can among other things be used for web based information systems (WIS). These systems have grown from being used as a market platform to support all activities in the work of an organisation of today. To survive in a turbulent competitive environment, companies must start to cooperate with their customers instead of just collaborate with them. Can an IT-consultant company use a WIS as a tool for keeping in contact with existing customers to attain this cooperation? A WIS could strengthen the relation between customer and supplier and through that have a possibility to increase the customer use since it can facilitate business processes and imply that services can be offered in a new way.

Syftet med studien är att genom en demokratiaspekt synliggöra de faktorer unga anser vara avgörande för att de skall uppleva ett reellt inflytande över beslut i frågor som rör dem. Det är en kvalitativ studie med ett explorativt tillvägagångssätt som bygger på gruppintervjuer med ungdomar, deltagande observationer och sekundära källor av statistiskt material och utredningar från Ungdomsstyrelsen. Dess teoretiska utgångspunkter tas i makt och demokrati genom framförallt Giddens, Baumann och Bourdieu. För analysen av det empiriska materialet har symbolisk interaktionism och Asplunds teorier om social responsivitet använts.Situationerna som behandlas omfattar det som ungdomarna själv har ansett viktiga men innehåller inte frågor som berör hem och familj.Den demokratiska aspekten är tydlig. Genom regeringens proposition om en speciell ungdomspolitik lyfter man fram vikten av tillgång till verklig makt och rätten till välfärd.

Syftet med strategierna a?r att attrahera kompetent personal. Ett sa?tt att attrahera personal a?r att kartla?gga ansta?lldas och potentiella arbetstagares motivationsfaktorer fo?r att utforma ett medarbetarlo?fte.

Syftet med denna studie är att öka förståelsen för hur värderingar kan användas som styrmedel och dessutom klarlägga dess fördelar och nackdelar sett ur ett medarbetarperspektiv. Vi kommer i vår undersökning ta reda på vilken funktion värderingarna har på ett företag och dessutom undersöka hur de anställda på företaget upplever användandet av värderingar. Eftersom syftet med undersökningen är att öka vår förståelse för fenomenet värderingar valde vi att använda oss av en kvalitativ metod. Studien är gjord på ett företag i tjänstesektorn som vill vara anonymt, och vi har sammanlagt genomfört sju intervjuer, där en av intervjuerna hölls med en representant från ledningen. Genom att diskutera och resonera kring ämnet värderingar har respondenterna hjälpt oss att svara på våra frågeställningar som vi presenterar i olika kategorier som urskiljt sig ur vårt insamlade material.

This thesis work has been performed on request by SWT (Scandinavia WeldTech AB). SWT manufactures, develop and sell ready to assemble building systems for concrete rafter beam applications. The beams in this system consist of a u-beam that is welded to a flange. To be able to fill the beams with concrete there is holes in the beams top end. The holes are made in a ?punching machine?.  These holes are cut out and the remaining steel piece is bent down in the u-beam.

The essays main intent is to examine whether there has been a proper implementation of the Council?s directive 1999/70/EG into Swedish law regarding the requirement for measures to prevent the abuse of successive fixed-term employment contracts. To achieve this purpose there is a need for an examination of current law. The essay also has some secondary purposes. One of these secondary purposes is the question of whether the implementation of the Council?s directive 1999/70/EG has lead to a reduction of the workers employment protection, which is closely connected to my main question and the violation case.

The main aim of this master thesis was to examine the visual ergonomics and the systematic work environment management concerning lighting issues for nurses within domiciliary care. Further aims were to examine a few existing lighting solutions, to come up with ideas for future possible lighting solutions, and to evaluate if the legal regulations for lighting is satisfying and if the regulations are obeyed in domiciliary nursing.The methods used were a questionnaire completed by 55 nurses, field studies of used lightings in cooperation with a student in industrial esign, test of ten existing lighting solutions in a laboratory environment, and a field test of five existing lighting solutions tested by nine nurses in the home of the patient.The result indicates that 40 % of the asked nurses were dissatisfied with the working light in the patient?s homes. All respondents reported poor working light close to the patient, 50 % reported that this problem occurred daily. One third reported that they had to work in uncomfortable working postures due to insufficient working light, and 15 % reported risk of making mistakes due to the same reason.

BakgrundÅr 1994 trädde den första upplagan av Mervärdesskattelagen i kraft i Sverige och lagen har sedan dess reglerat den svenska skatteinbetalningen. Sedan Sveriges inträde i EU påverkas vår lagstiftning av bestämmelser inom EU, så som direktiv och förordningar. EG:s förändringsarbete inom mervärdeskatteområdet syftar bland annat till att modernisera regelverket utefter förändringar i handeln och att bevara medlemsstaternas skatteintäkter. Under år 2009 har svensk regering lagt fram en proposition som syftar till att införliva ett antal EG-direktiv där tre stora förändringar kan urskiljas; bedömning av omsättningsland för tjänster, periodisk sammanställning samt återbetalning av moms. Dessa förändringar är tänkta att träda i kraft i svensk mervärdesskattelag i januari 2010.

How do the leaders of the organisations interpret governing and strategic management? Whatconcepts are used? How is the leadership constructed?How do they discuss the demands of management and structure coming from outside theorganisations? How are the organisations shaped by accountability and normative conceptions of leadership?What is their view on the demands coming from within the organisations? What role does thedemocratic governance body have in relation to the employees and the management?What is their view on employment, relations with trade unions and employer associations andthe managerial position of the organisations?The Swedish context with strong emphasis on membership and democratic rights for themembers and volunteers has not gained a large impact on the international researchconcerning non-profit management. Instead the service delivering organisations working withgovernment contract and hired recruiters and volunteer management is in focus. This makes ita very interesting area of research.
