Denna studie syftar till att undersöka hur en medelstor kommun kan arbeta strategiskt med problematiken gällande kompetensförlust samt att vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare inför kommande pensionsavgångar. Vidare syftar studien till att, utifrån resultatet, arbeta fram ett förslag till HR-strategi för den problematik de förestående pensionsavgångarna för med sig. För att få svar på våra undersökningsfrågor har vi utfört en fallstudie i Falu kommun och för denna använt oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer med fyra personer i chefsposition och en mångfaldskommunikatör, samt en fokusgrupp bestående av fyra medarbetare från HR-avdelningen. Detta gav oss flera perspektiv på problematiken, vilket vi anser stärker tillförlitligheten i resultatet. I efterhand kan vi dock se att ett större antal intervjupersoner hade varit att föredra, detta för att få fler medarbetares tankar och åsikter om ämnet.

De strukturomvandlingar på marknaden som uppstått till följd av globaliseringen, finansiella marknadens framväxt och den informationsteknologiska-revolutionen har inneburit att företag idag präglas av ett högre tempo och hårdare konkurrens. Detta har i sin tur inneburit att företagen blivit allt mer konkurrensmedvetna och anpassat sina verksamheter efter de nya förutsättningarna. En del i detta är att göra organisationen mer flexibel för att ständigt kunna anpassa sig efter förändringar i efterfrågan. Företagens flexibilitet kräver att även arbetskraften blir mer flexibel. Detta handlar i praktiken om att företagen i större utsträckning erbjuder tillfälliga anställningar och deltidsarbete istället för heltidstjänster.  Arbetsgivarorganisationen svensk Handel (2011) uttalar sig: ?Vi måste kunna ha personal i butikerna på de tider när kunderna vill handla.

Ronneby kommun har år 2009 antagit en ny profil, Den moderna kurorten, som ska förtydliga vad kommunen har att erbjuda och vilka mål den sätter för framtiden. Detta arbete syftar till att söka svar på om denna nyantagna profil och vad den står för har speglat av sig i kommunens fysiska planering. Detta görs genom att söka upp kommunala dokument med uttalade kopplingar till denna profil. Profilens betydelse kommer sedan att analyseras för att sedan jämföras med fallstudiernas åtgärder. På så sätt kan arbetet hitta kopplingar mellan den aktuella fysiska planeringen och kommunens profil och därmed avgöra om Den moderna kurorten har satt spår i planeringen. Arbetet kommer även undersöka fallstudiernas möjlighet, grundat i forskning, som fungerande komponenter i Ronneby kommuns marknadsföring.

Introduction: Men who have sex with men (MSM) is a vulnerable group with regard to HIVbecause of biological factors, lifestyle, discrimination and, in some parts of the world,criminalization. From a public health perspective it is important to include MSM in order to securea high-quality HIV prevention but also to safeguard human rights (HR) for this group. However, itis only recently that the Swedish development cooperation agencies have begun to integrate MSMin HIV prevention. Objective: To examine how employees of Swedish institutions responsible fordevelopment cooperation manage the vulnerable group MSM when providing support for HIVprevention programs and human rights programs. Topics relate to challenges and strategies tointegrate MSM in HIV prevention, which achievements have been obtained, and how to practicallydeal with the criminalization of the group.

Young men who commit sexual abuse is a complex topic. This study is based on litterature on the subject and the material is processed through a qualitative content analysis. The study aims to study how the litterature describes the reasons why young men commit sexual abuse. It also aims to explore what is described to be effective treatment of young men who committed sexual abuse. The study found that most of the young men who commit sexual abuse comes from families where violence and psycohological abuse occurs. Many have themselves been victims of sexual abuse.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the ways in which emotion regulation and mood affects risk taking when it comes to decision making competence. Emotion regulation is an essential part of the attachment process, the development of an autonomous self and functional stress coping systems. Research indicates that there is a relation between a distorted emotion regulation and some psychological disorders like depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders and borderline (or instable emotional personality disorder). There is a definite need to analyze the relation between emotion regulation and decision making competence since it is relatively unexplored. A digital questionnaire was distributed amongst the participants.

The purpose of my study was to examine adoptive parents' experiences of adopting children older than three years of age. I wanted to look into what kind of information, help and support every adoptive parent had received. I also wanted to examine if the adoptive parents worried about anything concerning the children's emotional needs and in what way the adoptive parents prepared themselves for this, before the adoption. I asked the adoptive parents about their knowledge regarding the children's experiences from the time before the adoption and how things had been going since the children came to Sweden. To achieve my purpose I interviewed six adoptive parents from five families, with a total of eleven internationally adopted older children.The research findings of my study showed that a risk exists for older adopted children to suffer emotionally because of earlier experiences.

 Syftet med studien är att undersöka samband mellan autistiska drag, emotionell smitta och anknytning i en normalpopulation. 214 personer i åldrarna 18-39, från Örebro och Karlstad universitet, besvarade en enkät bestående av Autism-Spectrum Quotient, Attachment Style Questionnaire och Emotion Contagion Scale. Könsfördelningen var 90 män och 124 kvinnor. Det fanns samband mellan autistiska drag, emotionell smitta och anknytning. Det visade sig att ju starkare autistiska drag, desto mindre mottaglighet för emotionell smitta.

Problem: The great interest towards the company?s values has contributed to it becoming more common for individuals to seek out organizations that have a strong corporate culture. Where you work and whom you work for has thus become the dominant factors instead of what you are working with.Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine how the corporate culture, the rational and emotional benefits are experienced by the employees of the company. The aim is also to examine whether the corporate culture can become a management control measure by good communication between employees within the organization.Methodology: The essay is based on a qualitative research method and empirical data were collected through interviews from the company MTR Stockholm.Theoretical Frame of reference, Edgar Schein, Three Levels of Culture, Seven dimensions.Results: The study has shown that there are different cultures within the company. But also that there is a strong corporate culture within the business, the respondents feel an affinity with working within the underground rather than working for the company MTR Stockholm..

Stroke innebär ofta fysiska, kognitiva och beteendemässiga funktionsnedsättningar som påverkar både den drabbade och dennes familj. Tonåringar, speciellt flickor, anses ha störst risk att utveckla emotionella problem när föräldern blivit sjuk. Förälderns stöd till barnet är väsentligt men även sjukvårdspersonalens. I denna studie undersöktes hur barn uppmärksammas till strokedrabbade föräldrar samt vilket stöd som erbjuds. Fem överläkare och fem sjuksköterskor på en neurologisk rehabiliteringsklinik i Mellansverige intervjuades.

The aim of this qualitative study was to examine bereaved individuals? experiences of support from their social networks and participation in support groups. The theoretical framework is based on theories about social support and parts of the attachment theory. Data were collected from four interviews and analysed by the study?s theoretical framework.

TFT (Thought Field Therapy) och EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) är två energipsykologiska metoder som använts vid ångestproblematik. Energipsykologi är ett samlingsnamn för metoder med influenser från bland annat traditionell kinesisk medicin. TFT och EFT har diskuterats som ett komplement till vedertagen behandling vid traumatisering. Föreliggande uppsats syftade till att undersöka området energipsykologi och belysa TFT och EFT för traumabehandling. Datainsamling genomfördes i två steg genom en litteratur- och intervjustudie, som jämfördes med varandra.

Through this study we want to enlighten how different companies work with their internal branding and how well they succeed in this process. We also want to examine if there are any differences in this work depending on the companies market position. This thesis examines how techniques from place marketing, developed to market places, can be used in the process of designing a visual identity for an institution. The thesis is a case study of the development of a new visual identity for the public art institution Malmö konsthall. The essay presents Malmö Konsthall, defines the term visual identity and describes the main principles in place branding. I then define target audiences and key values, discuss the application of place marketing principle and go through the design process of the new visual identity. The process showed that theories about flagship buildings, signature design and signature districts have the biggest influence on the design.
