Min slutsats vilken jag lägger fram i avsnitt 5 är att kollektiv mycket väl kan vara autonoma agenter. Jag kommer även kortfattat att utveckla ett resonemang kring skillnader i kollektivs och människors moral. Skillnaden kan anses vara en förutsättning för att kollektivet ska kunna uppnå fullständig autonomi eftersom antropocentrisk moral i ett kollektiv kräver mänsklig påverkan..

Although Sweden is considered to be one of the world?s most equal countries, studies show that social work to a large extent is characterised of stereotype conceptions about men and women. This implies that clients with addiction problems are treated by there gender belongings and not from there individual needs. The purpose of this qualitative study was to examine how aware the social services are regarding gender perspectives and equal opportunities among male and female addicts. The social workers that were interviewed had different opinions about what extent the gender perspective had in the treatment of the clients.

För en producent som ska utöka sin affärsverksamhet i nya länder finns många alternativa distributionsformer att välja mellan, exempelvis egna anställda, agentur eller återförsäljare. Valet beror till stor del på hur integrerad producenten vill att distributionen ska vara med den egna affärsverksamheten samt vilken grad av kontroll producenten vill ha över distributionen. Genom att använda en agent som distributör ökar producentens möjligheter att kontrollera distributionen eftersom denne i agentavtalet bland annat kan bestämma till vilka priser och inom vilket geografiskt område agenten får sälja producentens varor till tredje man. Det beror på att agentavtal, till skillnad från återförsäljaravtal, enligt praxis från EU-domstolen inte omfattas av förbudet mot konkurrensbegränsande avtal i artikel 101.1 FUEF. Av den anledningen kan det vara mycket förmånligt att utse en agent som distributör istället för en återförsäljare.För en producent är det i dessa fall mycket viktigt att veta hur avtal med en vald distributör ska utformas för att principerna som gäller för agentavtal ska vara tillämpliga.

De allra flesta fastighetsmäklare i Sverige arbetar med provisionslön. Syftet med det här arbetet är därför att förhoppningsvis skapa en diskussion i fastighetsmäklarbranschen om det är nödvändigt med provisionslön. The major difference between venture capital-firms and other financiers is that their business idea is not only providing capital but also knowledge in business development. The ownership structure of an venture capital-firm can be private as well as public. The Swedish government is today one of the major actors in the Swedish venture capital-industry. The purpose of this study is to shed light on how venture capital-firms involve itself in its portfolio firm and if this contributes to an increased value of the portfolio firm. We also try to shed light on differences in how a public and a private venture capital-firm gets involved in its portfolio firm and if there is any difference in how they can contribute to added value.We have chosen to interview two public and two private venture capital-firms and one of their portfolio firms.

The purpose of this dissertation is to describe small businesses? opinions about the auditor as a business adviser as well as their need for advice, dependent on which stage of the lifecycle model they belong to. This dissertation has a qualitative approach as the authors wanted to gain a deeper understanding about the problem area. As the lifecycle model in this dissertation consist of three stages, the authors have interviewed six small businesses, two in each stage. The interviews were conducted with the owner and took place at the location of the business.

Enligt en svensk utredning om den lagstadgade revisionen för alla bolag är det föreslaget att förvlatningsrevisionen skall avskaffas helt. Om denna tas bort försvinner även revisorns uttalande om att bevilja styrelse och vd ansvarsfrihet.Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka ledningens inställning och nytta av förvaltningsrevisionen samt att utreda ifall även ledningen främjas, genom en förbättrad och smidigare relation till ägarna, av förvaltningsrevisionen.Metod: För att uppnå syftet med uppsatsen har en internetbaserad enkät med en kvantitativ insamlingsmetod använts. This thesis aims to examine the conditions for entrepreneurship in Taiwan by the occurrence of cultural phenomenon guanxi. Based on the concept of familiness and guanxi, the family is central in this study of family business. Traditional descriptions of the Asian culture claim that guanxi is vital in the business context. Though, recent studies indicate that significance of guanxi seems to be changing. Therefore the purpose of this thesis is to create an understanding of the importance and relevance of guanxi in the context of Taiwanese family business.By travelling to Kaohsiung, Taiwan to interview six managers of Taiwanese family firms this study?s empirical material was gathered for further processing based on a qualitative approach.

Purpose: To examine how video-game releases affect the share price, and if video-game reviews have any impact on the share price of gaming corporations. Method: A quantitative deductive research approach is applied with event study methodology used as basis. The investigated companies were the five largest gaming companies listed on the U.S. NASDAQ exchange. A total of 29 video-game launches and 85 reviews where examined.  Theory: The study is based on The Efficient Market Hypothesis, Agent Theory, Public Relations Theory, Nextopia and previous research.Results: The result contains 114 observations in five companies.
