Nybyggandet sker under tidspress och långsiktigt hållbara lösningar prioriteras inte. Målet är att ta fram ett hus som är anpassat för majoriteten av befolkningen och samtidigt få ett bra och energieffektivt inomhusklimat. En faktainsamling genomfördes för att ge bakgrundsinformation till projektet. Vidare gjordes en planlösning till huset i AutoCAD vilken har använts som grund till utformningen av huset och smarta lösningar.

Antalet programvaror ökar för varje dag och människor använder dagligen en mängd olika sorters programvara både på datorer och på andra enheter. Det finns idag programvara som kallas för fri och öppen programvara som tar upp kampen med gamla klassiska proprietära programvaror. Öppna och fria programvaror släpper sin källkod helt fri så användaren själv har möjlighet att göra ändringar i den programvara som används medan proprietär programvaras källkod är skyddad och hemlig. Dessa tre olika sorters programvaror jämförs och diskuteras utifrån tekniska likheter och skillnader i denna kandidatuppsats. Syftet med denna kandidatuppsats inom informatik är att undersöka vad privatpersoner som är tekniskt intresserade har för tankar och attityder kring proprietär, öppen och fri programvara och visa vilka tekniska aspekter som prioriteras vid val mellan dem. I undersökningen har ett kvantitativt angreppssätt bestående av en webbenkät som besvarats av privatpersoner tillämpats. Resultatet från denna enkät har tillsammans med den teori som insamlats visat vilka tekniska funktioner och skillnader som påverkar en privatperson då val av olika sorters programvara ska ske. Undersökningen har visat att det som användaren prioriterar högst i en programvara är användbarheten som handlar om hur användarvänligt användargränssnittet är och hur lättanvänd en programvara är.

The aim with this thesis is to develop a plugin; Lovefish, for the purpose of allowing non-realistic renderings (NPR) for visualisation in Newtek Lightwave3D. The main purpose with Lovefish is to offer textured tones, something that has not been offered before by any previously existing shader for Lightwav3D. The aim and purpose of this two year's master thesis was to investigate the beha-viour of librarians within the context of Twitter. The objectives of this thesis focus on the query of the informa-tion management aspect of Twitter, and on the investigation into whether Twitter offers the possibility to reach a state of flow while using it, as well as inquiring into the relationship between Mihaly Csikszentmihalyis flow theory and PIM. The theoretical framework of this thesis is centred upon the flow theory and the conditions that are necessary to reach a state of flow. To fulfill the purpose of this thesis a directed content analysis is applied as an investigative method, where its in-depth research aspects will be applied upon the empirical material, which contains 429 tweets.

This report describes a thesis done at the Jönköping University of Technology. The aim of this thesis was to create conditions to optimize an existing automatic electrostatic coating system by changing the technology for dispensing lacquer. To select the technology, a study of different dispensing techniques carried out which concluded that the piezoelectric membrane and electrostatic atomization are the most interesting techniques.In order to perform tests with dispensing techniques a demonstrator has been optimized. The controller and PC software of the demonstrator has been programmed to be able to send out PWM signals that control the dispensers. An adapter card was designed to control the piezoelectric membrane and a steering link to the electrostatic atomization has been developed for PWM signals up to 500V.The work has laid ground for a demonstrator where further testing of the dispensing technologies can be performed..
