Håkan Andersson Mekaniska Produktions AB (HAMEK) arbetar i huvudsak med metallbearbetning och har under kort tid genomgått en stor expansion och befinner sig nu mitt i metamorfosen från verkstad till industri. Denna process är inte helt friktionsfri. En serie problem har adderats till varandra under en längre period och nu nått en kritisk gräns. Bland annat har utdragna bygglovsförhandlingar och övergången till ett mer komplext affärssystem tagit mycket tid och energi. Hög personalomsättning och ökad arbetsbelastning har genererat mycket övertid, många projekt har försenats och stämningen i produktionen sargats.

"Demokrati är ingenting vi kan lära barnen, demokrati är något vi lever och bygger tillsammans i en ständigt pågående process"(Åberg & Lenz Taguchi, 2005, s,64). Mitt intresse för barns inflytande har växt fram under de senare åren då jag arbetat på förskola. Jag har valt barns inflytande för jag tycker barns tankar och ideér behöver synliggöras mer i förskolans verksamhet än vad som görs idag. Min erfarenhet är att det finns en stor vilja att ge barnen större delaktighet och inflytande men att det är svårt att genomföra det i praktiken. Detta arbetet handlar om hur jag och mina arbetskamrater, i ett utvecklingsarbete, provar en metod för att öka barnens inflytande över sin vardag.

The subject is chosen because of the many roles of public libraries. The main query of the study is ?What view does the public library have of its role as third space and how does that relate to the way utilization of the public library as third place is seen??.

This report is a bachelor thesis work in the field of product development and design. The assignment has been to develop a solution for roof racks, normally used for cars, to fit on the open trailer models FS1425 and Alugance. The project was implemented by Johan Andersson and Victor Karlsson, students at the Mechanical Engineering program with a focus on product development and design at Jo?nko?ping?s school of Engineering, in spring 2012.The client wants to use transport solutions in the same way as roof racks on cars. The user of such a product is assumed to desire simplicity, safety and an attractive design with an appealing price, which has been a challenge during the thesis work.Pre-studies have been conducted to examine the potential competitors and gain knowledge in the research area.

Göteborg är en av Europas mest segregerade städer (Andersson m.fl. 2009, s. 7); inkomstsvaga, ofta utlandsfödda bor i hyresrätter i förortsstadsdelar medan de ekonomiskt starka har sina egnahemsområden eller bor i innerstaden. I jämförelse med andra liknande städer i Europa är Göteborg starkt segregerat. Mer än hälften av regionens bostadsområden består till 90 procent av bara en upplåtelseform, de flesta av dem är egnahemsområden, vilket placerar Göteborg i en särställning.

It is essential to reuse- and recycles residues to decrease the amount of deposit materials and reach sustainable energy use. Two ways to work towards this is to recycle wood ashes to the forest as nutrient compensation and extract biogas from combustion of biomass.The aim with this study was to decide whether wood ashes that been used for biogas upgrading with accelerated carbonation also can be used as a nutrient compensation in the woods according to recommendations from the Swedish Forest Agency (Skogsstyrelsen).The ashes that were used in this study came from Johan Andersson who works at JTI in Uppsala, who also treated the ashes with biogas. The ashes have, in both untreated and treated condition, been analyzed in this study according to contents of elements, leaching properties, hardening properties and contents of crystalline phases, to evaluate what impact carbonation with biogas has on the ashes.The accelerated carbonation led to hardening of the ash, and decreased amount of CaO- and increased amount of CaCO3. The CO2-uptake also entails a dilution of the elements, and the content of nutrients and trace elements decreases. However the results show an indication of an uptake of S from the biogas to the ash, since the dilution had a smaller impact on S than the rest of the elements.

Syftet och frågeställningarna med uppsatsen är att fastsälla vilka de betydelsebärande skillnaderna är i filmerna 13 Ghosts (1960) och Thir13en Ghosts (2001) gällande hur kvinnor framställs i aspekterna våld, scener med övernaturligt innehåll samt sexualitet. Syftet är även att ta reda på hur övernaturlighet och våldsscener skiljer sig från varandra mellan filmerna utan att väga in ett genusperspektiv, samt vad det finns för stora skillnader i hur kvinnor framställs i förhållande till männen med betoning på remaken.Teorier hämtas från Karen Boyle och Göran Bolins teorier om våld i film och feministisk filmteoretisk forskning med namn som Marianne Kleberg, Elisabeth Cowie, Laura Mulvey och Shohini Chaudhuri, där sexualitet och objektifiering av kvinnokroppen står i centrum. Vidare behandlas teorier av Emely D. Edwards, Carrol F. Fry, Marina Warner samt Tom Ruffles angående populärkultur och andlighet.Metoden som används i denna studie är en semiotisk analys, där Roland Barthes beteckningar denotation, konnotation och myt agerat grundpelare.Resultat påvisar att filmerna skiljer sig till stor del inom alla aspekter och att kvinnor i remaken oftare är mer stereotypa i sina framställningar.

Andersson, Madelene (2007). Specialpedagogens roll och specialpedagogiska åtgärder, inom förskolan, i en decentraliserad kommun. (The assignment of an educationalist for special needs education and special needs measures, within pre-school, in a decentralised municipality.) Syftet med mitt arbete är att få en inblick i hur organisationen i en decentraliserad kommun är uppdelad när det kommer till specialpedagogen och dennes arbete, samt belysa vad som ligger till grund för rektorernas beslut när det gäller specialpedagogiska åtgärder och specialpedagogens roll i organisationen kring detta arbete. För att få svar på min frågeställning om hur specialpedagogiska åtgärder, inom förskoleverksamhet, har strukturerats i en decentraliserad kommun och vilka konsekvenser det ger för specialpedagogens roll har jag använt mig av kvalitativa intervjuer. I undersökningen medverkade en områdeschef, två rektorer och tre specialpedagoger. Resultatet visar att i den decentraliserade kommun där undersökningen genomförts finns det inga specifika metoder, på lokal nivå, för att organisera specialpedagogiska åtgärder.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate what functions the public library has for parents of small children. If and how they make use of the library and what their opinion is about it. The research questions are: Which functions does the public library have for parents of small children? How do parents of small children use the library and what opinion do they have about it? Which factors have an impact on the parents of small children and how do they influence their use of and opinion about the public library and the functions of the library? The theoretical approach is based on Henrik Jochumsen and Casper Hvenegaard Rasmussen?s model of the social room and the lifestyles and Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model of the public library?s functions. To answer our research questions we have made seven qualitative interviews with parents of small children.
