The aim of this report is to analyse the use of the capacity at the CNC (computer numerical control) cutters and show how the level of set up time for these cutters at Stålöv AB. This assignment is concrete whereas there are no subjective questions to this matter and there are only cold figures presented.Production economy is getting more important as the competition hardens and there are several different ways to increase productivity and efficiency in a company. In order to increase productivity and efficiency work studies are used to, through an analysis, find developments in methods that result in improved work methods and to establish the time that are used. Increased production of different parts and customer driven production in combination with increased demands on rationalisation of capital have led to an enlarged interest for shorter set up times in the production.To point out the use of capacity and the set up time of the cutters at Stålöv AB we used frequency studies. Frequency studies are work measure methods based on random observations on predetermined events to calculate the relative occurrence of these events.

Introduktion: Problematiken kring mag/tarmkanalen blir ofta förbisedd och ges lägre prioritet hos patienter inom intensivvården på grund av den högteknologiska miljön och då det i första hand handlar om att hålla patienten vid liv. Flera studier har visat på hur införandet av standardiserade dokument för bedömning av avföring förbättrat för patienter inom intensivvården. Vi vill nu undersöka om införandet av mag/tarmschema inte bara gör sjuksköterskor mer observanta på patienters mag/tarmproblem utan om det påverkar hur de journalför sina observationer.Syfte: Hur påverkar implementeringen av mag/tarmschema sjuksköterskans dokumentation av patienternas avföring och mag/tarmstatus på en intensivvårdsavdelning? Hur dokumenteras förebyggande åtgärder för mag/tarmfunktionen?Metod: Studien har en kvantitativ ansats och genomförs som en kvasiexperimentell design med pre-/posttest. I pilotstudien granskades ett stickprov av 10 respektive 15 % systematiskt utvalda journaler från en neurointensivvårdsavdelning i Sverige ett år före implementering av mag/tarmschema och ett år efter.Resultat: Pilotstudien visar på att det inte blev någon signifikant skillnad i dokumentationsfrekvens och tid till första dokumentation av mag/tarmstatus eller Elimination efter införandet av mag/tarmschema.Diskussion: Efter vad som framkommit i pilotstudien och i relation till den forskning vi läst anser vi att det finns ett behov av att standardisera vården kring patienters mag/tarmproblem.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur outsourcing av kundserviceaktiviteter förändrar kundrelationen och företagets möjligheter att implementera framtida kundstrategier. Som utgångspunkt har outsourcingteori ställts mot relationsmarknadsföringsteori. Företag vill till största mån vara så nära sina kunder som möjligt, men genom att outsourca kundservice tillförs ett ytterligare led mellan företaget och kunden. Outsourcing av kundservice-aktiviteter kan ifrågasättas ur ett relationsmarknadsföringsperspektiv. För att ta reda på förändringen av företagets kundrelationer vid outsourcad kundservice har vi genomfört en kvalitativ undersökning av företag som outsourcar sin kundservice och de företag som tillhandahåller outsourcingtjänster.

The aim of this thesis has been to discuss whether remainders of colonial influences exist within the UN's definition of torture or not. The discussion has been presented from a postcolonial point of view, in dialogue with contemporary power critical theorists. In order to raise awareness of a potential colonial influence, the following questions were intended to be answered:?                                        Are there any reasons, if so ? which ones, to regard the UN's definition of torture as a colonial project? And;?                                        To what extent is the term ?inhumane? limiting for the prohibition against torture from a postcolonial perspective?One of the most central arguments of the chosen theories is that the term ?inhumane? evokes prejudices that a racializing apparatus within the social norms of the UN automatically produces. These prejudices are, according to the theorists, influenced by images of people in non-western and non-secular (especially muslim) societies as more prone to exercise ?violence? and ?cruelty? towards their own citizens as well as towards the population of the world in general.

Enligt svensk lag måste alla katter vara minst 12 veckor vid försäljning. I bl.a. Storbritannien kan kattungar dock säljas vid 8 veckors ålder. Med utgångspunkt från detta har jag ställt upp de två frågeställningarna ?hur påverkas kattens beteende om avvänjningen från modern sker före 12 veckors ålder?, och ?vilka problem kan man som djurägare få med sin katt om den avvänjs för tidigt?. Med begreppet beteendeproblem menas beteenden som anses oacceptabla av djurägaren, som ?wool-sucking? eller överdriven vokalisering.

Studiens första syfte är att med institutionell teori kartlägga det kontraktsnät som konstituerar den europeiska marknaden för professionella herrgolfare. Det andra syftet är att analysera och diskutera vissa utvalda aspekter av detta kontraktsnät som utmärker Europatouren från traditionella vinstmaximerande företag. Den europeiska marknaden för proffsgolfare har organiserats i ett företag för att det är ekonomiskt fördelaktigt. Med Europatouren som en sammanhållande länk begränsas transaktionskostnaderna bl.a. genom att antalet kontraktsvägar reduceras och genom att utrymme för långsiktiga relationer med viktiga parter skapas.

Lean production härstammar från företaget Toyota och Taiichi Ohno?s begrepp ToyotaProduction System. Metoden är idag ett dominerande styrmedel bland organisationer. Därmedhar konceptet implementerats i allt fler västerländska resultatstyrda organisationer, varsparametrar för kontroll skiljer sig mot de lean production utgår från. Dess innebörd sträckersig över stora delar av en organisation, vilket bidrar till begreppets komplexitet.

The present paper is part of a project carried on by the Swedish Section of the International Commission of Jurists. Sweden has ratified several major international human rights instruments. Most of the rights are covered by national law, and only in exception is there a discrepancy between national and international law. Such a discrepancy is found in the UN Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination, in which the State parties agree on penalizing and prohibiting the founding of and participation in racist organizations. Sweden is not complying with this statute, despite the fact that the government has ratified the convention.

The world is changing and the business context is no exception. One of the clearest tendencies is a tougher business climate with harder competition due to increased international trade and the expansion of the e-business. At the same time the customers are becoming more sophisticated and demanding. The last decades have also meant that tougher and more frequent demands are being aimed at the businesses from a wider variety of stakeholders; demands regarding how environmental issues, social responsibilities and business ethics should be dealt with. All of the above have driven companies towards implementation of different management systems to be able to cope with the demands as well as to ensure that these issues are being dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.

In connection with the admittance of the EC-directive (99/31/EC) in Swedish politic, through the constitution of waste depositing (2001:512) at year 2001, the rules about management the landfills and leachates tightened. At the landfill Vissberga in the municipality of Hallsberg, a leachate treatment plant was constructed just a year thereafter. This treatment plant consisted of an aerated pond with a following land treatment and a willow cultivation to replace the land treatment during the summer. In this case the parameters, which were estimated as the most important to reduce, were iron and nitrogen. The iron would react with the oxygen-rich water in the aerated pond and precipitate to ferric-hydroxide and than settle in a calm zone of the pond.

AbstractThe assignment were assigned by Camatec Industriteknik AB. Camatec is a Karlstadlocated consulting company, they make everything from pilot studies to complete projects in mechanical design and calculation. They even have their own patented product, Camcoil. It is a winder for steel strips and is used for example with hardening of the steel strip. The assignment has been to solve the problems encountered by some customers within this product.

Syfte: Reglerna angående revisionsplikten för små företag i Sverige är sedan år 2010 förändrad. Det har sedan dess förts diskussioner om huruvida gränsvärdena i Sverige bör ändras eller inte och därför kan revisionsplikten anses vara ett aktuellt ämne. Denna studie syftar till att beskriva och analysera huruvida de tre storlekskriterierna angående revisionsplikt (nettoomsättning, balansomslutning och antal anställda) är lämpliga och tillräckliga för att mäta fördelarna med revision för små företag. Studien syftar även till att undersöka olika faktorer som kan komma att påverka valet av frivillig revision.Metod: Undersökningen har en deduktiv ansats med kvantitativ metod. Genom att formulera hypoteser som är grundade på tidigare forskning har vi därefter undersökt om dessa hypoteser kan accepteras eller förkastas utifrån vårt empiriska material.

Further, the paper analyzes and critically examines three different normative solutions provided by Irish Marion Young, Nancy Fraser and Jürgen Habermas for the realization of a welfare state that includes women.Habermas argues that the welfare state has created a situation of dependency and state paternalism which reduces both individual and collective self-determination. Young follows Habermas? argument. She argues for a political climate where justice is reduced to the distribution of material goods rather than the Elimination of underlying relations of domination and gender specific patterns.

Abstract One of the leading causes of food borne infections in the world is due to Salmonella by con-suming poultry products including eggs and meat. According to US Food and Drug Admin-istration (2009), 2 to 4 million cases of Salmonellosis in humans occur every year only in US. Salmonella causes wide range of diseases with enteric and typhoid fever, food poisoning, di-arrhea and gastro-enteritis. Many serotypes of Salmonella do not have host specificity and cause disease in all kinds of animals and humans. Salmonella has capability to modify accord-ing to the changing environment and it can develop resistance against routine Elimination practices of sanitation, chemical treatments and antibacterial drugs. Newly established poultry industries in Pakistan are confronting various infectious diseases including Salmonellosis while in Sweden Salmonella prevalence in animal products con-sumed for humans is extremely low.
