This report is a description of a developed educational simulator over rail vehicles and its components. The simulator is a hardware-based prototype over a door system on rail vehi- cles. System specialists and technicians will use the prototype. The Simulator should give the user a technical demonstration on how components work in a door system. The proto- type consists of motor, switch, relay and sensor.

ProblemstÀllning: Det existerar idag en betydande forskning som berör digitala system för kunskapsöverföring. Emellertid ser vi en tydlig brist i forskningen kring anvÀndandet av de olika systemen. Detta beror till stor del pÄ problemet med att kunna mÀta att en medarbetare verkligen anvÀnder systemet för kunskapsöverföring. Genom att studera kunskapsutbytet i organisationerna hade det varit möjligt att kartlÀgga de omrÄden som pÄverkar anvÀndningen av digitala system för kunskapsöverföring. FrÄgestÀllning: Vilka faktorer pÄverkar anvÀndningen av digitala system för kunskapsöverföring? Syfte: Syftet Àr att skapa en modell som visar de faktorer som pÄverkar anvÀndningen av digitala system för kunskapsöverföring, samt att genomföra en första prövning av modellens giltighet genom en studie av tre företag.

Due to the climate change natural disasters expects to increase and in some areas the conditions for dissemination of hazardous pollutants from contaminated areas could be affected. Different inventories and mapping has been made to identify areas of risk for flood or avalanche around the country. At the same time inventory and treatment of potential polluted areas (MIFO objects) is progressing. In Ljungans run of area in VĂ€sternorrlands county is a exposed area due to the amount of clay and silt in the ground that are sensitive in the context avalanche. The area has also a lot of MIFO objects and risks of flood.This essay aims to investigate what data material that is available regarding MIFO objects, flood- and avalanche risks in Ljungans run of area in VĂ€sternorrlands county.

Kraven pÄ dagens trÄdlösa förbindelser kommer hela tiden att öka och med detta följer Àven högre krav pÄ nya produkter som kan tillgodose de ökade kraven. För att göra processen frÄn idé till produkt snabbare krÀvs enkla verktyg för att snabbt kunna gÄ frÄn den formulerade standarden till en hÄrdvaruprototyp. Detta arbete har anvÀnt sig av ett av dessa verktyg som idag finns tillgÀngliga, Xilinx System Generator for DSP 1.1, för att ta fram sÀndare och mottagare för en del av den trÄdlösa standarden IEEE 802.11a. Arbetet ger en beskrivning av hur sÀndare och mottagare Àr uppbyggda samt Àven synpunkter pÄ System Generator och beskrivningar av problem som uppstod under arbetet.

Deontic Action Logic Multi Agent System (DALMAS) Àr en typ avmultiagentsystem dÀr agenternas handlingar regleras av ett normativt system. Teorinför DALMAS bygger pÄ deontisk logik, och normer i det normativa systemetuttrycks i termer av Kanger-Lindahls teori om normativa positioner. Syftet meddetta arbete Àr att försöka reda ut vilka eventuella fördelar ett normativt system kange samt hur man ska kunna skapa effektivt sÄdant. GÄr det att skapa ett normsystemsom kan lösa samma problem som ett konventionellt MAS löser? För att kunnajÀmföra de olika normsystemen har kriterier för hög effektivitet tagits fram.Testresultaten visar bl.a.

Vi har utvecklat ett tidregistrerings- och faktureringssystem Ät Xeratech Systems AB i Karlstad. MÄlet med vÄrt arbete var att utveckla ett system som var mer anvÀndarvÀnligt och mer funktionsenligt Àn Xeratechs gamla system - XSIS. Huvudfunktionen med systemet Àr att kunna registrera tider som anstÀllda pÄ Xeratech arbetat pÄ olika projekt, vilket sedan ska kunna sammanstÀllas till fakturor. Vi har skrivit en kravspecifikation för systemet efter diskussion med Xeratech, och sedan implementerat tidregistreringsdelen av specifikationen. Resultatet av vÄrt arbete Àr ett vÀl fungerande system som fÄtt positiv respons vid testkörning hos Xeratech.

Students at the School of Engineering at Jönköping University have on behalf of the swimming organization ?NÀssjö Sim och LivrÀddningssÀllskap? conducted research on how to monitor and evaluate swimmers and swimming groups in a simple and efficient manner with a focus on usability and user friendliness. Since no system existed that could meet these requirements, the client had a desire to tailor and develop such a system. The purpose of this work was to develop a system that would work as a tool to be used by coaches and swimmers alike and allow them to eventually follow the development of swimmers and swimming groups. Interest in the implementation of AGV-systems (Automated Guided Vehicle) has in recent decades increased. The reason is that it allows companies to perform reliably and secure internal transport while reducing the need of personnel. It is one of todays most advanced and complex material handling system that can independently make their own decisions regarding flow paths and traffic control. An AGV-system consists of transport units carrying cargo from point A to point B, and communicates using a computer.The purpose of this study is to develop a model on how to proceed in order to design an AGV system in heavy industry. The model is tested by a case study of a company in the metal industry to determine if the model works and gives the correct result.

This thesis is the result of the author?s interest in music and electronics, namely the design and manufacturing of a stereo sound system with an active crossover. In short it can be stated that an active crossover has many advantages over its traditional passive counterpart. The active design naturally results in a more complex system comprised of a multiple number of components. This report deals with the theoretical aspects of preamplifiers, crossovers and power amplifiers as well as power supply and control.

Detta har tvÀrvetenskapligt undersökts utifrÄn en lexikografisk grund med bidragande inslag frÄn biblioteks- och informationsvetenskap. Uppsatsens empiriska material utgörs av en kvalitativ studie i ordboksanvÀndning bland folk- och universitets­bibliotekarier. Resultatanalysen har givit tre dimensioner av ordboksanvÀndning: individuellt bruk, bruk i referenssituationer och lÄntagarbruk. Relaterat till tvÄ av informationsbeteendeprocessens komponenter, informations­behov och informationsuppsökning, varierar dimensionerna i intensitet och omfattning.

This thesis has been performed for the company System Andersson as a part of the bachelors degree in information technology at the School of Engineering in Jönköping. The thesis is based on the development of an iPhone application.System Andersson has an application for Android that is being used for their MPS system (material and production control system). Their customers, however, have also showed interest in being able to use this application for iPhone.The students handle the subject of iOS developing, including the design of the application, the use of the development language Objective-C, the use of the scripting language of Json used for server connections and SQL.The primary goal with this thesis has been to improve the students knowledge in such subjects as application development for mobile platforms, in such areas as Xcode, which is the development platform that Apple uses and Objective-C, which is the development language being used. The result of this thesis is an almost fully functional iOS application, similar to the Android application with some functionality missing..

In this Master we have studied classification system and alternative arrangements of books in a public library. The public libraries in Sweden use the SAB classification system. This system was created nearly a hundred years ago in order to suit the librarians and the Swedish society at the time. Today many library users find the system difficult to understand. This and other factors have inspired a number of libraries to arrange books in an alternative and more user-friendly way.

This thesis investigates if a system for small scale electricity production located in anurban environment can be profitable. The work has been divided up into two parts,one extensive literature study and one case study. The purpose of the literature studywas to investigate the area, resulting in a choice of which technology to be studied indepth in a case study.In the case study a system containing small scale wind turbines and photovoltaicsmounted on GrÀnby Centrums roof was examined. From data containing wind power,wind direction and total irradiation, possible production from a system weresimulated. Three products of each technology were examined in the simulations.From the simulated production an economic analysis was carried out, this toinvestigate if a system is profitable.
