Med grund i kundens förändrade roll på marknaden har företag på olika sätt tvingats ändra sina produkt- och tjänsterbjudanden för att bättre möta kundens mer specifika önskemål och krav. Något som kommit att bli allt vanligare och användbart är att i varierande utsträckning involvera kunden i processen med att skapa den optimala produkten eller tjänsten. Att involvera sina kunder i skapandet av produkten påstås, tack vare graden av individanpassning, öka sannolikheten för att kunden ska bli nöjd. Kunden är idag dessutom mer mogen än tidigare och kompetent nog att kunna involveras i olika steg i skapandet av produkten. Ytterligare en effekt av den ökade kundnytta som kommer med medskapandet betonas vara en stärkt relation mellan företag och kund. En stark relation menas öka sannolikheten att få behålla de kunder företaget en gång lyckats värva.

Målet med att anlita en fastighetsmäklare är tydligt, bostaden ska bli såld till ett tillfredställande pris. Social media provides a new position of power to the single individual within PR and marketing campaigns. When a company uses social media as a communication tool in their PR and marketing practice, they have to adapt themselves after the customers' needs and the new communication structure within social media. Communication in social medi is different from traditional media, which is more one-way communicative and visual in its interaction, rather than the digital media that are more two-way communicative av viral through dialogue. If a company creates PR and marketing campaigns within social media without adjusting to the new rules of communication through dialogue, and instead try to apply traditional one-way communication to their social campaigns, they put themselves and their brands in risk of public humiliation and loss of customers; the speed of the viral dialogue over social media can spread bad news fast, and with the newfound power of the single individual, the impliacations can thus be devastating for a company and its brand. If an organization does not respond and take part of the criticism that may be directed at them through the customers' comments, the negative dialogue among clients and the public within social media can quickly create a hazard enviorment for a company and its brand to be seen in. The public within these social media platforms are more independent and continuously conversing with each other on a local an global scale.

Nattklubbslivet i Karlstad ser idag helt olika ut vid en jämförelse mellan torsdagar och helgdagar. På torsdagar har Arena mest gäster medan Nöjesfabriken och Blue Moon Bar har de flesta gästerna på helger. Studenterna spelar här en viktig roll då främsta anledningen till Arenas popularitet på torsdagar beror på att de anordnar studenttorsdagar. Arena ser sedan ett mönster att studenterna väljer de andra nattklubbarna på helgerna och det här vill de ändra på. Syftet med uppsatsen är att klarlägga vilka faktorer som ligger till grund för studenters val av nattklubb, att försöka hitta förklaringar på studenters attityder gentemot nattklubben för att försöka ändra dessa samt att klargöra genom vilka kanaler som studenterna med fördel kan nås.Den teoretiska referensramen är indelad i tre olika avsnitt; begrepp, konsumentbeteende och marknadskommunikation.I en kvantitativ enkätundersökning som gjorts vid Karlstads universitet har 184 studenter svarat på frågor vi funnit relevanta för syftet.

In this study, we have explored a new area called ?gamification? ? a word and concept that was first introduced on the Internet autumn 2010. Gamification concerns integrating game design, with emphasis on game mechanics and game dynamics, into non-gaming contexts ? such as marketing. At its basic definition, it concerns the process of transforming all kinds of activities into games.

Nya banker etablerar sig kontinuerligt i Sverige. Det är därför av stort intresse för etablerade banker att ha nöjda och lojala kunder för att klara av marknadens hårda konkurrens. Uppsatsen riktar sig mot banksektorn och undersöker bankkundernas åsikter kring vad kundnöjdhet är och vad de efterfrågar från bankerna för att vara nöjda och lojala.Genom en fokusgrupp har denna studie undersökt hur lokala bankkunder upplever bankerna utifrån ett kundnöjdhets- och lojalitetsperspektiv. Fokusgruppen bestod av sju deltagare som fick svara på frågor i en diskussionsform. Data från fokusgruppen ställs mot vald teori och sammanställs i en analys.Resultatet av uppsatsarbetet visar att kundnöjdhet hos bankkunder inte är resultatet av hur väl företag lyckas överträffa kundens förväntningar.

As trucks are getting more and more advanced, information about their weight has become a key factor for controlling them in a more fuel efficient and safe manner. Knowing the mass of a heavy duty vehicle in real time has been a difficult challenge for the truck manufacturers. With the processing power for electronic control units in trucks steadily increasing, more advanced algorithms for calculating the mass has been developed, but at the moment there still is a wish for better performance.Since there is a lack of good information regarding the external forces acting on the vehicle, forces that depends on the slope of the road, foundation of the road and the wind, the methods have to be able to disregard these. Such an approach, based on an indirect least square solution, has been evaluated in this thesis.
