Purpose/Aim: The purpose of this essay is to examine the ways two Swedish tabloid newspapers portray and describe the non-Socialist parties during the Swedish election of 2006.Material/Method: We have been studying 388 articles about the non-Socialist parties, derived from the two largest tabloid newspapers in Sweden, Aftonbladet and Expressen, during the month before the election. The method for the study is quantitative content analysis.Main results: The main conclusions drawn from this study are that Aftonbladet had twice as much written material about the non-Socialist parties, despite the fact that the paper is traditionally Socialist, while Expressen had consistently larger headlines. Both tabloids function to a higher degree as political actors than arenas for politics. The results are in accordance with earlier research, which shows that the degree of attention the non-Socialist parties acquired as a whole in the 2006 election, is remarkable. More than half of the articles in both tabloids portrayed the non-Socialist parties as a single political actor.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att studera hur förskollärare förhöll sig till fenomenet utvecklingssamtalet. Metoderna vi använde var kvalitativa intervjuer samt brukstextanalys av insamlat material. I undersökningen deltog fem personer från olika förskolor i en kommun i Norrbotten. Resultatet visade att förskollärarna såg att utvecklingssamtalet hade olika syften: att följa upp och visa på barnets utveckling och lärande, att skapa bra kontakt med föräldrarna, att använda utvecklingssamtalet som ett informationstillfälle samt att stödja föräldrarna i sin föräldraroll. Utvecklingssamtalets utformande visade sig ha två dimensioner: om barnet var delaktigt i samtalet samt om samtalet hade en dialog med drag av monolog eller en öppen dialog.

During springterm 2010 Erik Persson and Magnus Hansson performed their ThesisWork with DIAB Laholm, in Hallands County for University of Halmstad.The project has been a product development project without exterior customers. Thusit had a great emphasis on functionality and less emphasis on marketing and such.This reflects the ambition to develop machinery to be used within the productionfacilities of DIAB Laholm, not to be sold to exterior customers.Main objective has been to create machinery which enables the production ofrotational symmetric work pieces within a NC-milling machine with 5 axles. Thework pieces milled will be made of DIAB?s material Divyncell with varyingdensities.The project has followed Fredy Olssons method involving Principal ? Primary ?Manufacturing constructions. However a complete manufacturing construction hasnot been made since DIAB just wanted a good Primary construction which will serveas a base for finishing touches at DIAB.By the end of the project material including calculations has been sent to DIAB andthey will finish the work and manufacture the machine if they find economic viabilityin this.The work method has been suited for this by several reasons, it was created withthese projects in mind and it?s also the method most familiar to us..

This master thesis investigates the methods of manufacturing for boring bars at the manufacturing unit GVH4 at Sandvik Coromant in Gimo, Sweden.

This master thesis focuses mainly on the concept of quality and how the librarians responsible for phonogram purchase use it. The main object is to investigate how the librarians responsible for the purchasing of phonogram works when in the process of selecting the phonograms and how they speak about the concept of quality. Based on this main object four problems has been addressed. The empirical material is interviews made with the seven librarians responsible for phonogram purchase at seven Swedish libraries. The result of this investigation is analyzed based on a theoretical framework created by Sanna Talja, which focuses on what a phonogram collection should contain.

Syfte och nollhypotes: Syftet med föreliggande studie är att testa hållfastheten hos lagat varmpolymeriserad PMMA och termoplast med och utan monomervätning av ytorna som sammanfogas. Samt jämföra termoplast lagad med kallpolymeriserad PMMA och termoplast lagad med tillhörande lagningsmaterial. Nollhypotesen är att det inte finns en signifikant skillnad mellan material och tekniker. Material och metod: 30 stycken provkroppar i varmpolymeriserad PMMA och 40 stycken provkroppar i termoplast tillverkades. Varje grupp bestod utav 10 provkroppar.

The study has used a critical discourse method formed by Teun a. van Dijk to analyse the material, mainly through macro- and microstructures.

Geotextildukar används idag som tillfällig kontroll av sedimentgrumling vid vattenarbeten. Syftet med examensarbetet är att ge ökad kunskap kring olika geotextildukars genomsläpplighet med avseende på suspenderat material, PAH (Polycykliska aromatiska kolväten) och kvicksilver vid suspension av sediment från Karlbergskanalen. Detta har gjorts genom en laboration. Resultaten visar att det inom några minuter bildas en filterkaka på de tre undersökta dukarna. Dukarna blir täta då de utsätts för finpartikulärt suspenderat sediment med koncentrationen 57 g/l hämtat från Karlbergskanalen.

Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur viktigt bygg och konstruktion är i förskolan och hur man kan arbeta med det som en kreativ process. I läroplanen Lpfö -98 står det att barn ska få möjlighet till att vara kreativa på olika sätt, vilket även innebär genom att få konstruera och utnyttja material och tekniker. För att skapa en plats för detta behöver det inte kosta så mycket pengar och man behöver inte så stora utrymmen menar Mylesand (2007), engagerade pedagoger är det viktigaste och att materialet som finns att arbeta med väcker nyfikenhet hos barnen.Metoden har varit att forska i litteratur och praktisk utveckla en bygghörna på en förskolas utegård. Dagens filterkrav för gruvdammar är svåra att uppfylla praktiskt med krossade material och det finns ett intresse hos gruvindustrin att använda sig av det krossade material som de producerar, vilket är fördelaktigt både ur ekonomisk och ur miljömässig synpunkt. Industrins riktlinjer som hittas i GruvRIDAS har till stor del baserats på naturliga material och för konstruktionen av vattenkraftdammar. En ökad kunskap om de krossade materialen är viktig för deras användning som filter. För att bidra till en ökad kunskap har i det här examensarbetet krossade och naturliga filtermaterial jämförts. Resultatet har tillämpats på befintliga filterkrav för att undersöka konsekvenserna.

Syftet är att beskriva ett projekt inom Entertainment och identifiera dess Key Success Factors. En fallstudie gjordes av privatteaterproduktionen HippHipp! [paw rihk-titt] som gavs i Lund 2003-2004. I en induktiv studie genomfördes nio stycken intervjuer som resulterade i ett empiriskt material. Detta material analyserades och relaterades till teorier om projektledning (Briner m fl), adhocrati (Mintzberg), Key Success Factors (Grant) och Experience Economy (Pine & Gilmore). Studien beskriver ett framgångsrikt projekt inom Entertainment och förklarar framgången med projektet genom att presentera sex stycken Key Success Factors.

This bachelor thesis explores how librarians are portrayed in fiction literature. The aim is to see how the librarian and their work tasks are described. Our material consists of 12 fiction novels from the years 2000 to 2012 (with an exception of a book from 1998). We have used discourse analysis in order to examine the picture of the librarian.We have used three major questions: How is the librarian portrayed in our selected fiction literature from year 2000 until today (the beginning of 2013)? How are the librarians profession portrayed in our selected fiction literature? Does our selection of the fiction literature give a positive or negative image of the librarianand how can that affect the view of the profession?Our analysis resulted in the discourses the librarian and literature and the librarian and the library.
