Med mitt examensarbete vill jag förklara vad FMT-metoden är. Jag berättar kort musikterapins historia och jag ger också en förklaring på metoden. Förklarar kort Rett syndrom och autism. Jag beskriver vidare mitt praktikarbete där jag valt att undersöka vad det är i metoden som gör att det känns meningsfullt för adepten. Trots att jag inte kunnat se några större förändringar efter 15 gånger har adepterna ändå tyckt det varit roligt att komma till sessionerna.

Denna studie bygger ett försök att använda ?KIT Metoden? för att förbättraarbetsmiljön för maskinförare på ?Transporten?, en interntjänst på företaget SSAB.Metoden används då författarna anser att den kan lämpa sig bra för personal utan attdet stör deras arbete. KIT metoden är utarbetad för att fånga ?nuet? och den är intetestad på ett tillverkande företag. Författarna ansåg att förbättringsarbete tillarbetsmiljö kan lida av att de brister som uppkommer under förarens arbetspass ofta ärdolda problem som förarna inte kan kommunicera på något bra sätt till andrainblandade.

Casemetodiken är en relativt ny pedagogisk metod i Sverige. Metoden bygger på att de studerande får träna sig i att analysera komplexa situationer, argumentera sakligt, leva sig in i andras sätt att uppleva samt att tolerera alternativa sätt att tolka en situation och agera i den. Idag används metoden främst inom högre utbildningar, men är metoden även användbar inom sjuksköterskeutbildningen och Omvårdnadsprogrammet på gymansieskolan? Syftet med arbetet var att via litteraturgenomgång studera Casemetoden och genom en empirisk undersökning i form av enkät, undersöka i vilken utsträckning metoden används inom de båda vårdutbildningarna. Enkäten skickades till 7 universitet/högskolor med sjuksköterskeutbildning och 19 gymnasieskolor med Omvårdnadsprogram.

This study is preformed at Westbaltic Components placed in Töcksfors Sweden. Themain target in this study is to make one of the company?s assembly lines better andmore effective. The assembly line constructs vending machines for different stores allover Europe.It will contain tobacco, snuff, cigarettes and shaving blades and many more similarproducts.The first step in our study is to locate the daily problems and find out a good way toreduce them and make them disappear. A good way to do this job easier was toconstruct a visualizing board.

Problematiken för anskaffning av standardsystem inom en verksamhet kan bli omfattande,särskilt ifall företaget tar förhastade beslut, och därmed blir anskaffningen en belastningistället för tvärtom. Metodutvecklingen för anskaffningen av standardsystem är ett områdesom inte är utforskat i stor utsträckning. Idag finns det en generell metod som används vidanskaffning av standardsystem. Metoden kallas för SIV-metod (Standardsystem iverksamheter) och har utvecklats av bl.a. Anders G.

The aim of the present literature review was to describe and evaluate the effects and experiences within the complementary approaches such as aromatherapy, tactile massage and acupuncture amongst palliative care patients. Search through Medline (through Pub Med) database and additional manual search was conducted. In total 16 articles fulfilled the inclusion criteria and were reviewed. The result was presented under respectively category: aromatherapy, tactile massage and acupuncture. Physical and psychological effects as well as experiences from the treatments were also documented under the different complementary approaches.

The society strives for sustainable development, in the construction industry it is expressed through sustainable building. Energy and LCC analyzes increases the ability to make conscious decisions in the process. A problem in the construction industry is that energy and LCC analysis is not used to the desired extent, as they are perceived as complicated and time consuming. The report aims to achieve a more sustainable building through increased use of energy and LCC analyzes.The goal is to show how BIM can be used to improve the efficiency of the energy and LCC analyzes.The study was conducted with a literature review and a case study to answer which information that is required in a BIM model to perform energy and LCC analyzes. The study also shows which software can be used in BIM based energy and LCC analyzes and how the analyzes can be carried out efficiently.The result shows that effective analyzes may be performed if the BIM-model contains the relevant information for making analyzes.

Drug related messages in antidrug campaigns and music related media -A qualitative study about young people?s perceptions Youth are exposed to both promotional and critical drug and alcohol messages in their daily media consumption. The purpose of this study is to examine how youth perceive anti-drug campaigns and drug-promoting messages in music-related media. The empirical material consists of qualitative data, including a focus group and two individual interviews, consisting of youth between the ages of 18 and19. One main finding is that young people perceive anti-drug messages differently, yet they are virtually unanimous about what makes such messages effective.

Podcast is a new audio media in Sweden and has become larger and increasingly more popular in the past few years. In line with this, companies have seen the opportunity to use this type of marketing in the new coveted media and have created a new marketing tool in the form of sponsorship. Previous studies in this field indicate that this is a very effective method to reach a broad audience, but it still is a relatively new area with very little research in existence today. This study is an analysis of how receptive listeners are to marketing through podcasts and the ability companies have to create a sustainable and effective strategy for successful marketing through this type of medium. The collection of data for this study consists of two different qualitative interviews, the first one with listeners that were chosen, and the second with the sponsor company for two of the largest podcasts in Sweden. The essay´s empirical evidence shows how receptive listeners are to marketing via podcasts, what their podcast habits look like, what form of approach in marketing they prefer, and how often they take part in different offers. From the interviews with listeners and sponsoring companies in the study, it is concluded that the best and most effective strategy for marketing through podcasts is to weave advertising in the conversation and therefore increase the credibility and disturb the listener as little as possible.

Internal communication is an important factor in organisations today. For many system development teams it?s critical that the communication works well. Without communication, success would be impossible. This study aims to highlight the effect communication has on the members of agile project teams.

Fler och er anvander idag kohesiva modeller vid simulering av limfogar mednita element analys (FEA). Ett stort problem ar emellertid bristen pa bra ochdetaljerad materialdata. Denna rapport beskriver metoder for att extraheramaterialdata for ett epoxylim (Araldite 2015 fran Huntsman) genom tva olikaexperiment som vardera beskriver limmets egenskaper i olika lastriktningar. Detva provmetoderna kallas "End Notch Flexure" (ENF) och "Double CantileverBeam" (DCB) dar ENF-provet anvands for att beskriva limmets egenskaperfor skjuvning i planet och DCB-provet for egenskaper i planets normalriktning.Experimenten har genomforts i rumstemperatur och i forhojda temperaturer foratt fanga temperaturberoende egenskaper. Vid provningen har sa kallat "DigitalSpeckle Photography" (DSP) anvants for att mata vinklar och forskjutningar.For att validera den erhallna materialmodellen har experimenten aven simuleratsmed FEM.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka vad som har studerats och uppmärksammas om metoden Att skriva sig till läsning samt undersöka lärares åsikter och uppfattningar om metoden och hur de använder datorn i undervisningen. Samt hur pedagoger i spänningsfältet mellan lärare, elev och en specifik metod uppfattar perspektivförskjutningen från läs-och skrivinlärning till skriv-och läsinlärning. Med studien synliggörs en beskrivning av metodens fördelar och nackdelar samt uppfattningar av metodens lämplighet för alla elever. Metoden som användes var kvalitativa intervjuer med lärare och en deltagande observation. Resultatet visade att lärarna var positiva till arbetssättet där de använder datorn som verktyg i läs-och skrivinlärningen.

The society today is full of new changes within the companies and their middle chiefs. Middle chief?s visions have changed during recent years. The female chiefs have grown in numbers, and because of that people have started to focus on whether there are any similarities or differences between the female and male leadership behaviors. The essay is about similarities and differences between female and male middle chief?s idea about effective leadership behavior.Our analysis is based on a qualitative study, where we have made four interviews with four chiefs in industrial companies.

Regarding school-teaching most people have had the traditional idea that the teacher is the owner of all knowledge and the student is the receiver of that knowledge. Tradition tells us that the way the student receives the knowledge has been by listening, repeating, reading and memorizing what the teacher has taught. Research about teaching from the last decades show that there are other strategies, ways, and qualitys for helping students in learning. One of those ways is by integration of different school subjects.According to research every human being creates her own knowledge based on personal experiences. Johan Krantz and Pelle Persson (2001) wrote that learning is a process with experiences, ideas and opinions.

Background: Hypochondriasis is associated with marked impairments in physical and psychological functioning, work performance and increased health care utilization. The prevalence among medical outpatients is estimated to be between 4,2 % and 6,3 %. Notwithstanding there is deficient research in this area. Until recently no specific treatment has been clearly demonstrated to be effective. Objective: The aim was to investigate experiences of what it is like to live with hypochondriasis, but also to examine different treatment options.
