Ungefär 16% av alla kvinnor drabbas av sjukdomen Provocerad vulvodyni (PVD), tidigare benämnt vulvavestibulit, som ger vaginala smärtor och påverkar kvinnorna fysiskt, psykiskt och reproduktivt. Varför kvinnor drabbas av sjukdomen är fortfarande okänt. Tidigare forskning har påvisat samband mellan sjukdomen och psykosociala faktorer, men det har inte gått att avgöra om de psykosociala faktorerna orsakar PVD. Det finns ingen rekommenderad standardbehandling av PVD, utan flera olika behandlingsmetoder används. Oftast kvarstår symtom efter avslutad behandling.

My purpose in this essay has been to gain an understanding of why we treat children differently and analyse the underlying causes. The method of choice was to reflect on some significant events that occurred at my preschool and to use relevant literature as a basis for analysing these events. Society is constantly changing and my focus has been on what happens to the children at preschool if we are not sensitive to this development. There is a need to highlight the underlying social and human values, in order to ensure that children are treated on equal terms. As educators we need to understand the impact of our lack of legal knowledge for children in the development of their understanding of their rights and obligations in a democratic society.

Problem: How do delivery logistics work in practice at the building site? Where are the big problems? How to make building logistics more effective? Do the site management and the haulers agree about questions concerning both parties? What is possible to gain by using better logistics? Is it possible to gain time with better logistics and by that reducing the costs? Purpose and aim: The purpose is to discover if there are any disagreements between the site management and the haulers. If disagreements occur they will be examined and probable measures based on the problems will be suggested. Another intention is to bring key ratios concerning time spent for deliveries forward. One aim is to update a similar report made in 1972.

The aim of this study was about how librarians in Sweden work with their web page to reach young people between the ages of fifteen and nineteen. Most of the youths in Sweden today use Internet every day for several reasons, and the library should have an obvious place there as well. It shouldbe obvious because almost all youths uses Internet every day and therefore the library needs to be seen there as well to reach out to them. Earlier research has shown that librarians and youths think differently in this question. Youths think that the library web page is more important for the librarythan the librarians do.How do the librarians work with marketing for youths on the web page? Do their policy documents help them in their work?To study this area we have interviewed librarians from six quite large public libraries from different parts of thecountry.

Göran Hultgren är författaren till eTjänster som social interaktion via användning av IT-system (2007), vilken är en praktisk teori som syftar till att vara till hjälp vid analyser av eTjänster. Eftersom Hultgrens avhandling går ut på att analysera befintliga eTjänster saknas det riktlinjer för hur teorin kan tillämpas praktiskt under utvecklingen av nya eTjänster. Syftet med dennauppsats är att ta fram en systemutvecklingsmetod utifrån den praktiska eTjänsteteorin.eTjänstemetoden som vi tagit fram är baserad på en litteraturstudie av Hultgrens avhandling.Metoden består av ett antal steg som man kan följa vid utvecklingen av en eTjänsten. The essay, based on interviews with eight people, deals with name changes from a foreign-sounding name to Swedish-sounding name. The aim is to investigate the reasons behind the name change and whether experiences of ethnic discrimination were among these reasons. Furthermore, I explore the consequences of the name change, and whether the name change was an effective strategy to avoid ethnic discrimination. The study employs qualitative method; I carry out eight interviews with four women and four men, and analyze the empirical material by means of post-colonial theory in which categorizing, otherness and passing are significant terms. The results show that the name change takes place primarily to reduce a sense of otherness, and the discursively locked positions a foreign-sounding name creates.

The practical work of the examination is about, trying to find a better way to take care of the current heat recovery. That may be one way or another, rather easy to implement in the existent construction.Through the work to increase the efficiency of the gas engine, implement of some external cooling system by heating exchange device. That gives an opportunity to heat (primary) the digester, (but even all internal public areas) with its own superfluous heating.The report shows that if the management group may invest 422 704 crown to implement a heat exchanging device, it gives more space to reduce the need to buy expensive external energy. Gatukontoret´s pay off time, for buying machines, is 20 years, with reservation to calculate with 4 percent internal interest, leads to the yearly mount of 31103 crowns.If Gässlösa increases the gas engine time in (effective) duty approximately (correspondingly) 48 hours a month the entire investment will generate a profit in January in year seven after the implementations.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur sjuksköterskor med invandrarbakgrund upplever främlingsfientligt bemötande från patient. Metoden vi har använt för insamling av data och analys är den deskriptiva fenomenologiska humanvetenskapliga metoden enligt Giorgi. Urvalet består av sju legitimerade sjuksköterskor med invandrarbakgrund som är verksamma inom region Skåne. Data har samlats in genom djupintervjuer. Resultat: Det centrala resultatet i studien beskriver att främlingsfientliga åsikter hos en patient kan ta sig uttryck på olika sätt och att informanterna varit allt från mycket ledsna till opåverkade av händelsen. Sex olika copingstrategier har identifierats. Det organisatoriska stödet efter händelsen anses av informanterna ha varit allt från mycket positivt till helt obefintligt.

Syfte med vårt arbete är att identifiera och analysera framgångsfaktorer vid en kommuns förändringsarbete mot en modern, effektiv och medborgarorienterad förvaltning, en så kallad 24-timmarskommun. För att nå detta syfte har vi valt att göra en fallstudie av Mjölby kommuns arbete med utvecklingen av 24-timmarskommun.Fältarbetet har utförts med hjälp av kvalitativa semistandardiserade intervjuer med ämnesområdets relevanta personer inom kommunen. Analys av empiridata har genomförts med hjälp av förändringsanalys enligt SIM-metoden.Resultat av vår undersökning visar att införande av 24-timmarskommun bör ses som en del av kommunens förändringsarbete mot en modern förvaltning. För att detta arbete ska vara framgångsrikt krävs det strategiskt ledarskap som ska ta fram, förankra och kommunicera visioner och målbilder av den moderna förvaltningen i organisationens alla delar. Samarbete, systematisk process- och brukarorienterad verksamhetsutveckling och den professionella kompetensen utgör en garanti att uppställda målen och visioner for 24-timmarskommun kan förverkligas.

Bakgrund: I Sverige lever cirka 5000 personer med spinalskada. Där spinalskadan lett till nedsatt blåsfunktion är ren intermittent kateterisering (RIK) den metod som rekommenderas i första hand.Syfte: Att undersöka hur personer med traumatisk spinalskada som använder ren intermittent kateterisering (RIK) upplever detta. Syftet var även att ta reda på vilka hanteringsstrategier som finns för att underlätta det dagliga livet.Metod: En kvalitativ metod med semistrukturerade intervjuer användes där fem personer med traumatisk spinalskada som använder RIK intervjuades.Resultat: Att behöva tillägna sig metoden väckte blandade känslor. Män upplevde det lättare att RIKa jämfört med kvinnor. Den egna kompetensen och kunnandet om metoden RIK ökade med tiden och de hittade nya hanteringsstrategier för att underlätta vardagen.

 AbstractSystem methodology is in the very heart of system development, it is a crucial part of how you define your work, how you choose to approach the actual problem at hand and how to solve it. Researchers in the system development field has shown that not all methods in theory are in compliance with how it is practiced by the companies who use them. In our thesis we have studied a larger international IT- company and one of their local offices in Sweden, who some years back changed their system development method from a more traditional to an agile one. Our aim of this study has been to establish whether both of these methods has differed between theory and in actual use, and if so, why this has occurred and what the underlying rationality might have been to promote this change. Our questions that we sought to answer were; 1.

A persistent problem in the construction industry is its low margins of profit. It is often difficult to earn money due to low efficiency and high costs. Logistics on the construction site answers for a large amount of these costs and it is therefore of interest to find new, more efficient logistic solutions. The purpose of this thesis is to compare two different logistic systems and further to evaluate which one that is the most efficient and profitable. A comparison is made between the traditional logistic systems used for years and a new logistic system developed by an industry association called BEAst.
