Med mitt examensarbete vill jag förklara vad FMT-metoden är. Jag berättar kort musikterapins historia och jag ger också en förklaring på metoden. Förklarar kort Rett syndrom och autism. Jag beskriver vidare mitt praktikarbete där jag valt att undersöka vad det är i metoden som gör att det känns meningsfullt för adepten. Trots att jag inte kunnat se några större förändringar efter 15 gånger har adepterna ändå tyckt det varit roligt att komma till sessionerna.

Due to long time of overconsumption of antibiotic, the possibility of an effective infection treatment is now threatened. Bacteria have begun develop resistant against antibiotic, witch is most due to bacteria that do not normally develop resistant. Med detta examensarbete vill jag redogöra för hur Funktionsinriktad MusikTerapi kom till, och vad dess metod (den s.k. FMT-metoden) går ut på. Med två fallbeskrivningar vill jag redovisa hur jag arbetat med metoden med två personer. Utifrån de två fallbeskrivningarna ska jag försöka svara på om, och hur FMT kan skapa förutsättningar för utveckling av stabilitet. Min slutsats är att jag, med hjälp av olika sätt att ställa upp instrument, användning av attribut och sätt att utforma en session, kunnat stärka och utveckla de två personernas stabilitet..

Jag beskriver i detta examensarbete FMT (Funktionsinriktad MusikTerapi) utifrån följande aspekter: historisk bakgrund, teoretisk grund och praktisk tillämpning. Mitt syfte har varit att undersöka om, och i sådant fall hur, man i FMT kan stimulera en individ att utveckla sin förmåga att samverka. Det har jag gjort utifrån följande frågeställning: Hur kan FMT-metoden användas för att påverka förmågan att samverka? Undersökningen bygger på fallbeskrivningar av två individer med Down syndrom, med vilka jag arbetat under min praktik. Den utgår därtill från dels fakta kring FMT-metoden, dels kunskap förmedlad via ett finskt projekt om hur samspel kan främjas hos individer med svår utvecklingsstörning.

Bipolar disorder is a severe, affective illness which causes a person to alternate between episodes of pathologically elevated mood (mania) and depression ? in between these episodes the mood is normal. The length and intervals between the episodes are highly variable among the ill, as are the severity which is divided into two major subgroups: bipolar I and II. Bipolar I disorder is the most severe because of the patient?s inability to realize that he or she is currently in a manic phase, in the case of bipolar II disorder, the patient is aware that he or she has an abnormally raised mood, a state which is called hypomanic state instead of manic.

Studiens syfte var att studera vad coachingmetoden innebär för personalen på Arbete-och Integration Centrum (AIC).Det som jag ville undersöka var på vilket sätt menar intervjupersonerna att metoden kan hjälpa långtidsarbetslösa till arbete. Den kvalitativa metoden användes och det empiriska materialet inhämtades genom intervjuer.I min studie deltog fem intervjupersoner: två deltagare, två coachingledare och en socionom. Studien visar att metoden kan hjälpa individerna till förändring och skapa motivation som kan leda till arbete eller vidare utbildning som i slut har samma syfte det vill säga arbete. Coachingen har resulterat i en ökad självkännedom vilken inneburit att deltagarna blivit tydligare i hur de vill ha det. Det framkommer att effekterna av en coaching kan innebära att man får bättre insikt i realiteter och skapar på så sätt ett bättre beslutsunderlag utifrån nya infallsvinklar.Uppsatsen visar att coachingmetoden kan användas i samband med arbetslöshet.

Motivation är en kraft som driver oss framåt mot ett mål. För att komma fram till målet, krävs det energi, ofta i form av rörelse, som leder till handling. Personer med funktionsnedsättning i någon form, kan ha svårighet att hitta den rätta energin. Med stöd av Funktionsinriktad Musikterapi ? FMT, finns möjlighet att locka fram spontana handlingar som leder till ökad helhetsutveckling hos individen.Under min utbildning till FMT-terapeut vid Musikhögskolan Ingesund i Arvika, som tillhör Karlstads universitet, har jag haft praktik med två barn med diagnosen autism och intellektuell funktionsnedsättning.

This paper aims to increase the knowledge about the relationship between football and social sustainability by investigating football as means of crime prevention. In recent times, Sweden has faced a situation where there is an increased level of young people involved in criminal activity. The government has formulated various strategies to deal with the situation and a specific part of civil society that has been given a prominent role within the crime prevention strategy are football associations in socio-economically vulnerable areas. This study therefore examines football coaches' experiences of using football as a crime prevention measure in socioeconomic vulnerable areas. The data has been collected by qualitative interviews with three football coaches.

Introduction: Sleep is necessary for human survival. Difficulty sleeping occurs in about one in four adult person in Sweden, insomnia in every ten. There are several reasons for difficulty sleeping, where stress is one of the most common. The quality of life and health are affected negatively. Treatment with proven efficacy against insomnia is not only sleep medication, but also cognitive behavioral therapy, CBT.

Den här uppsatsen handlar om EMDR- metoden.En psykoterapeutisk metod som syftar till att bearbeta minnen från traumatiska händelseroch mildra de psykologiska konsekvenserna. Francine Shapiro utvecklade denna metod 1989 för behandling av trauma. Det påstås att 84- 100 % av dem som behandlas mot Post traumatisk stress syndrom med denna metod blir fria från symptom på endast 1-3 behandlingar.
