Syftet med studien är att ta reda på hur förskollärarna ser på barnens inflytande och delaktighet i förskolan.I studien har fokus lagts på två frågeställningar:? Hur ser förskollärarna på inflytande och delaktighet? ? I vilka situationer tycker förskollärarna att barnen ges bäst möjligheter till inflytande och delaktighet?Den metod som valts i studien är semistrukturerade intervjuer för att ta reda på förskollärarnas tankar och deras erfarenheter om arbete med inflytande och delaktighet i förskolan.  I studien gjordes valet att intervjua fem förskollärare på två olika förskole-områden i samma kommun i mellan Sverige för att kunna se skillnader och likheter mellan olika områden i samma kommun.Resultatet visar att förskollärarna ser på inflytande och delaktighet som en vardaglig sak, alla förskollärare har samma tankar kring inflytande och delaktighet samt med arbetet med både inflytande och delaktighet. Skillnaden mellan hur mycket inflytande förskollärarna gav barnen var beroende av behovet i barngruppen man hade för tillfället, vad den barngruppen behövde..

The purpose of the work is to highlight schools work to prevent bullying and abusive treatment, find out about schools work to prevent bullying and abusive treatment follow what is written in the governing documents and how schools can work preventively against the same. The questions have been investigated through qualitative interviews and analysis of documents or in the theoretical background. The interviewees and partially schools were selected through an arbitrarily selection. In each plan against abusive treatment states that the monitoring and evaluation should be conducted in a manner that is not consistent with the responses from leisure Educator 1, 2 and 3. School B's plan does not contain an overview of the measures needed to prevent and stop abusive treatment of children.

The purpose of this study is to describe and understand how children?s participation and influence is described in the curriculum of preschool. The purpose includes how Educators perceive, working with and what opportunities and challenges they believe that there is in the process of participation and influence. The methods I used were qualitative text analysis and e-mail interviews. I studied text in the curriculum and interviewed four Educators to find out their views on children's participation and influence.

The purpose of this study is to examine how four Educators in two different departments at two different preschools in Stockholm, selects children's literature in preschool and how literature is used in the activities and how much influence children have in the choice of literature. Based on qualitative interviews as a method we have interviewed pedagogues to get answers to our questions. We will also interview some children to find out how involved they are in the purchase of literature on the departments we examined. We consider the social cultural perspective to be a well rounded starting point for our survey, because the theory gives us the opportunity to study how the interaction and meetings between Educators and children develop for each reading encounter. And through the analysis a thorough display between Educators and children towards literature will be shown.

The aim of my thesis was to examine if Educators need to be critical of what they read to the children from a gender perspective. I examined how picture books depict gender and if the books enhances or breaks perception of gender roles. I also examined Educator?s perception of gender and if they think picture books can affect children?s perceptions of gender, but also what Educators think about gender equality through picture books. The study is based on analysis of five picture books and interview with five Educators.The results of analyzes showed that picture books are stereotyped and enhances perceptions of gender roles.

Over the past thirty years the political parties in Sweden have lost five out of six members. In order to retain existing members leadership in these organizations has become increasingly important. The aim of this paper is to identify what group leaders for party groups within the municipal council believe are the driving forces that underlie the councillors' voluntary commitment, identify the group leaders' leadership style and identify whether there exist a relationship between these driving forces and the leadership style. The approach applied is qualitative consisting of twelve interviews with twelve group leaders from six different municipalities in Stockholm county. The theoretical framework of this paper includes the Volunteer Functions Inventory and the Full Range Leadership Theory.

My aim with the experience-based essay is that I want to explore the implications of mathematics on children's development. I also want to examine my approach in relation to the various mathematical tasks. Why do we think that mathematics is important for pre-school children? What does the research say about how the teacher is thinking about mathematics? Can the teacher combine playing and learning and create meaningful moments and activities related to mathematics? I also want to explore our policies and the objectives that the teacher should relate to. What is required of me as a teacher in order to meet those goals?My essay is about mine and my boss?s view of the mathematical tasks that I usually perform in the preschool.

I min uppsatts kommer jag att utgå från en berättelse som beskriver ett fall av orosanmälan som jag upplevde i mitt arbete på förskolan. Anmälan grundades på barnets berättelse och resulterade i ett samtal på ett kriscentrum i närvaro av polis, psykolog och åklagare, utan föräldrars vetskap.Jag valde essäform för min uppsats därför att den skrivformen bjuder på ett reflekterande tillvägagångssätt och lämpar sig för mitt känsliga ämne. Genom att gestalta anmälningspliktens skuggsidor vill jag försöka bringa förståelse för den väldigt känslosamma företeelsen.Jag kommer att belysa vad anmälningsplikten går ut på samt undersöka vilka är mina skyldigheter som pedagog vid anmälningar. Jag kommer att reflektera kring barnets utsatta position, föräldrars samt de anmälande pedagogernas svåra läge.Min uppsats genomsyras av tanken att anmälningsplikten kan te sig som en hård lag men ändå en lag som skall följas utan förbehåll. Pedagogens eget omdöme bör inte förekomma vid orosanmälan.

The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine the role of librarian in order to illustrate how the librarians work, how their competence and education have changed and developed during the last decade, and ultimately to see what the role of librarian looks like in the 21^st century. After describing the librarians work, competence and education in the 21^st century, we discuss whether or not the changes that have arisen during the last decennium have affected the possibilities for librarianship to develop into an accepted profession. The method of investigation is a qualitative analysis of printed sources. As a basis of the discussion and analysis Andrew Abbotts theory of professions is used. We also use Per Tengblads analysis model, which includes six important steps in analysing the professionalism of an occupation.

 The purpose of my study is to illumine the aesthetic learning process significant in the preschool. Focus has been on allowing Educators in different preschools to answer questions valid the use of aesthetic learning processes. I chose to do my study using an opinion poll and a literature review. The result shows that the preschools use aesthetic learning processes and according to the Educator?s aesthetic learning process is a very important tool for education in the preschool.  The notable in this study is that the Educators have different views of what aesthetic means. The first view is that you only work with aesthetic subjects.

In today's preschool teachers should strive for us to have an inclusive preschool regardless of background, knowledge, culture. The conditions that everyone should have the right to education. Therefore the purpose of this study to enhance the understanding of the informants' views and thoughts regarding the inclusion of children with special needs. My study focused generally on children with special needs, but not against any particular diagnosis or a particular area related to children with special needs. To get answers to my questions I used qualitative interviews.

Background: Officers in the Swedish Armed Forces educates their soldiers in various skills and arenas. The Officers get their educational training in officer training courses conducted by the Swedish Armed Forces or the Swedish national defence college. The aim of this study was to find out how the cadets, belive that they are formed into Educators, their views on the literature being used in the Swedish armed Forsces, and their views on leadership and educational science.Methods: The data for analysis were collected in spring 2010, by use of a questionnaire among cadets studying the tactical/operational program Ta/Op 07/10 at the Swedish national defence college. The respons rate was 69, 6 %.Results: The majority of the cadets thought that experience was the most important factor in becoming a good Educator. Most of the cadets also thought that the literature being used by the Swedish armed forces was good, however, few cadets stated that they will use the material for reflection on their own teaching when working as officers.Conclusions: The Cadets had a positive attitude towards the educational philosphy and literature being used, but few will use the literature in reflecting on themselves as teachers.

Syftet med denna undersökning har varit att beskriva och analysera sex pedagogers syn på sitt ledarskap. För att göra detta har jag genomfört sex kvalitativa intervjuer med olika pedagoger. De intervjuade är: tre förskolelärare, två lärare för yngre barn och en fritidspedagog. Pedagogerna är från olika städer och olika arbetslag. Jag har utfört undersökningen utifrån fyra huvudfrågor:? Vad innebär ledarskapet?? Vad är det som påverkar ledarskapet?? Hur kan man utveckla sig själv som ledare?? Vilken sorts ledare behöver barn idag?Resultatet visar att ledarskapet i läraryrket framförallt innebär att lära barnen det sociala samspelet.

Abstract Iribarren Cortes, Laura & Lundh, Pernilla (2010) Vad gör en specialpedagog/speciallärare? ?What does a special Educator do? Malmö: Lärarutbildningen, Malmö Högskola. Grunden för arbetet har varit att ta reda på vad en specialpedagog och en speciallärare gör. Frågeställningarna omfattar vad deras uppgifter är och vilka strävansmål de arbetar utifrån. Huvudsyftet med undersökningen är att ge läsaren en större inblick i vad en specialpedagog och speciallärare gör och även belysa hur deras arbetssätt och arbetsmetoder kan se ut och skilja sig åt. Syftet besvaras genom observation av två arbetsmiljöer inom den specialpedagogiska verksamheten samt intervjuer med en specialpedagog och en speciallärare.

Detta examensarbete handlar om förskollärares tankar om verbal och icke-verbal kommunikation i samlingssituationer. Syftet med studien är att visa förskollärares upplevelser av förhållandet mellan verbal och icke-verbal kommunikation under samlingssituationer i relation till den pragmatiska aspekten av barns språkutveckling. Frågeställningarna som arbetet bygger på är: Hur ser förskollärares uppfattningar ut beträffande användandet av den icke- verbala kommunikationen i samlingssituationer på förskolan? Hur ser förskollärares uppfattningar ut beträffande användandet av verbal kommunikation i samlingssituationer på förskolan? Det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom intervjuer av verksamma förskollärare och utgör tillsammans med tidigare forskning samt relevant litteratur för ämnet grunden för resultatet och analysen. Analysen har sin utgångspunkt från Maurice Merleau-Ponty utifrån fenomenologin.
