Barns inflytande i förskolan : En studie om och hur pedagoger arbetar när det gäller barns inflytande under skogsutflykter
According to pre-school curriculum, the children´s needs and interests from the basis for the design and planning of the educational activities. The curriculum also highlights that all children should have the opportunity to satisfy their increasing ability to influence the content and approach. The purpose of this study is to examine whether and how teachers work in involving children's influence and interest in forest excursions.The essay is based on a qualitative approach in which we have chosen to carry out unstructured observations by a team of three educationalists. The study includes children of 3-5 years of age.The results show that the educationalists take advantage of children's interests and needs foremost in conversations. The children are given the possibility of influence that of which concerns only themselves and nobody else.

The aim of this bachelor?s thesis is to develop knowledge about how librarians experience their professional identity, argue for their competence and describe their profession based on their professional skills, tasks, and status. The method that is used to answer the questions of the study is semi-structured interviews with five public librarians. The theory used in this essay is Ørom?s six librarian identities plus Schreiber?s experience intermediate identity.
Karakterisering och klassificering av gotländska ytvatten enligt ramdirektivet för vatten
In this study the practical work with the EU Water Framework starts on the island of Gotland. 33 lakes and 32 streams have been characterized and classified regarding to their ecological status. The aim with the characterisation is to create a uniform discription of all waterbodies and a comparable estimation for the future. The aim with the classification is both to study the waterbodies ecological status and to gain knowledge of where the resources should be concentrated so that the ecological status in all waterbodies will be good in 2015.The characterisation has been done according to the EU Water Framework Directive, and the factors that have been applied are the mean depth and area of the lake. The length and size on the catchment area are the factors that have been used on streams.
Medveten närvaro med skolbarn i grupp : Påverkan av socioekonomisk status och etnicitet
Forskning har visat att många skolbarn lider av psykisk ohälsa och att ohälsa påverkas av socioekonomisk status och etnisk tillhörighet. Studiens syfte var att undersöka om gruppbehandling med medveten närvaro kan minska skolbarns oro, ångest och nedstämdhet i ett område med låg socioekonomisk status och etnisk mångfald. Aktiv behandling jämfördes med kontrollbehandling (avslappningsövningar). 50 skolbarn i åk 3 deltog. Behandlingen omfattade 12 sessioner á 30 minuter under sex veckor.
"Jag sätter på mig genusbrillorna" : en kvalitativ undersökning om fem pedagogers uppfattningar om och arbete kring genus och jämställdhet i förskoleklass
The purpose of this paper is to examine preschool educators conceptions on gender pedagogy. Based on preschool teachers own words, we want to get an insight into the use of gender in the curriculum in preschool classes. We also examine the conditions and setbacks of conducting a gender-sensitive educational way of working the curriculum.In order to examine our research question, we choose the method of qualitative interview, and previous research in the theory of gender pedagogy from a sociocultural perspective, in which social interaction is very important. We have interviewed five educators in preschool classes, all with similar educational backgrounds.In the results and analyses section the educators' definition of gender pedagogy is presented and how they take part in gender educational theories strategies. The result of the survey show that the importance of the educator?s own approach to and further education in, the subject matter, makes it possible to really understand the gender norms.
Ojämlik Fysisk Aktivitet på Recept : En kvalitativ intervjustudie om kopplingen mellan Socioekonomisk status och FaR
Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna studie var att genom intervjuer kartlägga samordnarnas arbete för fysisk aktivitet på recept(FaR®) i sex landsting. Tre av de landsting vars invånare i genomsnitt har bland den lägsta respektive högsta socioekonomiska statusen i Sverige. Statusen är baserad på disponibel inkomst, nivå av utbildning, antal mottagare av ekonomiskt bistånd och introduktionsersättning till flyktingar, arbetslöshet samt arbetslösa i arbetsåtgärder. Intervjuerna genomfördes för att undersöka om, och i så fall i vilken utsträckning, den socioekonomiska statusen hos invånarna har en koppling till FaR-samordningen och mängden förskrivna FaR i landstinget. Med detta var tanken att se om något tyder på att invånarna i de landsting vars invånare har lägre socioekonomisk status missgynnas.Metod? Vilka hinder respektive förutsättningar för FaR-samordningen finns i de sex landsting som ingår i studien?? Finns det tecken på koppling till den socioekonomiska statusen hos invånarna och FaR-samordning enligt samordnarna?? Hur ser omfattningen gällande antalet förskrivna FaR ut i respektive landsting?Som metod i studien användes kvalitativ ansats med halvstrukturerade intervjuer där sex informanter med rollen att samordna FaR i landstingen intervjuades.

This paper conducts a qualitative examination based on interviews with four high school librarians. The purpose is to illustrate their professional role in proportion to that of the teachers from working with students? reading comprehension and from their role, if any, in the school?s educational activity. The work is based on the following questions:- How does the high school librarian describe his or her work to increase the students' reading comprehension and contribute to their reading development?- How does the high school librarian describe his or her involvement in the schools? educational activity?- How can one understand the high school librarians' relation to the teachers with reference to the librarians? jurisdiction and the formal and actual legitimacy of the school library profession?The theoretical framework constitutes of the concept of jurisdiction and of formal and actual legitimacy.

The information technique is developing at a fast pace and almost all new technique is being welcomed with opened arms. The newest on the market is the tablet device, it´s a device used for surfing the web, sending email, watching movies and playing games. It is now also being used in some schools for educational purposes. My research goal has been to find out how the teachers feel about using the tablet device for educational purposes. I have conducted interviews to find the answers to my questions.
Design och implementering av utskriftsredovisning och statusrapportering för utskriftshanteraren LPRng
This thesis presents the design and implementation of an accounting and status notification system for the LPRng print spooler. A solution using SNMP to query for needed accounting and status data is presented, a design built upon this, and an implementation produced. As the system derives from the requirements specification, it will make no attempt to solve all printer accounting problems or to offer compatibility with all printers, database management systems or print spoolers. However, several solutions for printer accounting are discussed and the best solution derived from the requirements specification will be chosen..

This paper studies the philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein during his years (1920?26) as an elementary school teacher in remote Niederösterreich, Austria. The paper gives a survey of his life, and also a brief account of three of his main works: Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus, Philosophical Investigations and Remarks on the Foundations of Mathematics. Attention is given to his alphabetical word list, Wörterbuch für Volksschulen, published for educational use in elementary schools. The study is focused on Wittgenstein?s educational practise, and establishes a connection between his experience as a teacher and his late philosophy..
Språkstörning i förskoleåldern : En etnografisk studie om hur en kommun organiserar det specialpedagogiska stödet för barn med tal- och språksvårigheter inom förskolan
The purpose of this study was to investigate how the special education, for children with language impairment in preschool, was organised in a municipality in Sweden. The study was based on interviews and field studies as the primary research tools in qualitative and ethnographic method. The result showed that special education teachers were localised in different geographic areas of school and that there were preschools that lacked special educational expertise in language impairment. Literature and the importance of playing for language development were emphasised as well as the use of signs and visual aids as augmentative and alternative communication. In the preschool for children with language impairment, the teachers carried their knowledge into practical and pedagogical work.
Åtgärdsprogram : En undersökning av hur begreppen individ- grupp- och organisationsnivå tillämpas i grundskolan
Research now shows that the Individual Educational Programs (IEP) are dominated by individual- oriented actions. This despite the fact that the school`s policy documents advocate that IEP should be viewed in context of the school`s activities. Support must be seen from a holistic perspective and the student`s difficulties will be related to the whole school environment. In an attempt to understand why the individual- oriented actions are still there, I have studied how specific IEP are formulated, and how it relates to the school`s policy documents.In the study, I used discourse theory as a method. By examining the I E P in educational activity, I wanted to find the meaning with which the concept of individual, group and organizational level were filled.The results show that the IEP in comparison with the policy documents mainly differ on the definition of group and organizational level.
Konsumtion : Hur ungdomar talar om identitet och status i ett konsumtionssamhälle
Syftet med undersökningen var att påvisa hur ungdomar talat om förhållandet mellan konsumtion, identitet och status. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten har hämtats från bland annat Bauman och Giddens tankar om konsumtion och postmodernitet. Den tidigare forskning som gjorts om konsumtion belyser bland annat vilket förhållande ungdomar har gentemot märken, vilka olika påverkan som finns, vad som betecknas som statuskonsumtion samt vilken betydelse konsumtion har för individers identitetsskapande. Respondenterna bestod av 12 ungdomar mellan 16-18 år. De delades in i en killgrupp, en tjejgrupp samt en blandgrupp för att påvisa några eventuella skillnader mellan grupperna.
Socionomutbildning i internationellt perspektiv : En komparativ studie av Sverige, Tjeckien, Italien och Skottland
The aim of this study was to compare educational systems in Sweden, Czech Republic, Italy and Scotland. In the light of the Bologna Declaration signed in 1999, I was particularly interested in comparing social work educations in these four countries. Especially to clarify how far they have come to fulfill the goals of the common European educational policy.Central questions asked were: How do the educational systems look like in each of the four countries? How are the social work educations organized in each of them? In what ways do the social work educations differ? How can we explain such differences?Each country in this study represents a different welfare regime, and therefore I was challenged to find out if this has an impact on the implementation of the incentives of the Bologna Declaration. By studying various documents from the European Union, documents from each country and presentations of various social work programmes, I have come to the conclusion that the differences found mainly depends on the historical and socioeconomic traditions in the countries.
