This essay will discuss the process of drawing a restaurant ? the position of the house lot, requirements from the authority and architectural quality.During the summer months are many people celebrating their spare time in the beach in Jönköping, by the shore of Lake Vättern. There is some existing buildings in this area that is not used by a general public. In cooperation with the municipality of Jönköping and a person who wants to operate a restaurant on the beach, is this essay a proposal of how this part of the shore of Lake Vättern can look in the future.The focus of the work is to design a restaurant. This is made on the basis of the interviews that have been made with the operators of the area and a thought building, and from the existing rules of the performing and designing of a restaurant.The planned restaurant is placed in an area where it today is a public toilet.

The aim of the present study was to investigate response time variations in tasks for assessment of high level language functions and how response time is related to education, age and gender. Response time is defined as the time to complete a task after it has been presented. 103 subjects, aged 20 to 80 years, were tested with the Assessment of Subtle Language Disorders, Sentence analysis and Morphological completion. The subtest Comprehension of ambiguous sentences showed the longest response time and Morphological completion the shortest. Correlations were found between increasing age and longer response time for Comprehension of metaphors and between education and response time for several subtests.

SAMMANFATTNINGBakgrund: Vid behandling av ätstörningar hos barn och ungdomar konstateras att föräldrars delaktighet har en betydande roll. Sjuksköterskan kan möta föräldrar till barn och ungdomar med ätstörning inom olika vårdinstanser och vårdformer och för att kunna ge stöd och god omvårdnad med familjen i fokus, är det av intresse att belysa upplevelser och erfarenheter hos föräldrar, av att leva med och/eller vårda barn/ungdom med ätstörning.Syfte: Att beskriva föräldrars upplevelser och erfarenheter av att leva med och/eller vårda barn/ungdom, med diagnostiserad ätstörning.Metod: En litteraturstudie genomfördes utifrån nio artiklar av kvalitativ ansats. Artiklarnas resultat analyserades och sammanfördes.Resultat: Föräldrar upplevde social isolering, förändringar i vardagslivet samt svårigheter att förhålla sig till ätstörningen. För många var den känslomässiga bördan tung och känslor som oro, frustration och maktlöshet var vanliga. Vidare blev ekonomi och egen hälsa lidande till följd av sjukdomen.

This report is about helping Q-Med AB in Uppsala to start its implementation of uncertainty of measurements analyses in their manufacturing department. Prior to this, the company relied solely on personal experience or did not take this uncertainty into consideration at all during different kind of measurements, which means that some of the processes that the company previously believed were within specified acceptance limits, will actually fail when considering these sources of uncertainties.Q-Med AB needed some sort of instruction to help the company, in a systematic way, to investigate different types of disorders that are affecting all kinds of measurements. This instruction includes a short summary about measurements and uncertainty of measurements in general and a detailed procedure about how these uncertainties are going to be handled in their daily work.The goal was to be able to use this instruction to systematically locate, eliminate (when possible) and analyze all kinds of disorders when measuring. Q-Med is using a lot of different types of instruments when measuring different types of quantities, including temperature, mass, pressure and density. This instruction will hereafter be used for every instrument, regardless of quantity and type of instrument.The instruction is tested through 4 different kinds of measurements, for mass, temperature and humidity.

Sjuksköterskans arbete innebär att kunna ge en bra vård till människor med olika typer av etnisk bakgrund, tro och värderingar. Ätstörning är ett tillstånd av psykisk ohälsa där den drabbade har utvecklat vad som kan likna en fobi för normal kroppsvikt. Den fysiska hälsan blir också påverkad på grund av de olika metoder som den drabbade använder för viktnedgång samt på grund av näringsnedsättning. Livskvailtet är hur en människa upplever sin tillvaro och om personen känner någon mening i sitt liv. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur ungdomar och unga vuxna med ätstörningar upplever sin livskvalitet.

The following study examined whether similarities in motor speech deficits in Parkinson?s disease and in developmental stuttering could be observed. Furthermore, intelligibility was examined. Assessments of 16 people with Parkinson?s disease, 35 people with developmental stuttering and 49 matched controls were performed with the tests Dysartribedömningen and the Swedish Test of Intelligibility.

This study is about inmates, who reflect upon their time in school, their experiences of school and how different things have influenced and affect them later in life. The aim with this study is to examine how different kinds of school related issues have affected the inmates in different ways. The aim is also to look at how school can spot in early years, children within the danger zone and provide for those children, so that they can be helped in different ways and so that they can be able to achieve different in life, not to end up becoming criminals later in life.The main questions in this study are:How did the chosen inmates experience their time in school?Can you by looking at research tell that these persons already in their childhood were children within the danger zone?What kind of school related issues could have contributed to a criminal lifestyle later in life?The result of this study shows that all five have been children within the danger zone. In all five cases there have been school related issues that have affected those men.

Dessa screeninginstrument kan distribueras på olika sätt, till exempel som enkät eller som intervju. Tidigare forskning har kommit fram till motstridiga resultat gällande vilket distributionssätt som ger den mest tillförlitliga informationen. Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka om det finns skillnader i svar till följd av distributionssätt.

In this paper, I design a new concept for a patio at Hotel and Restaurant Villa Anna in Odinslund, Uppsala, Sweden. Through this design, I examine how urban farming can thrive in a restaurant-context. The purpose of the design is to give the visitor a sense of the core values of the cuisine and to strengthen the sense of place by storytelling. My methods are comprised of a literature study on urban farming and storytelling as well as a discussion with the res-taurateur Rafael Löfstedt. I create a story of the place by examining its historical background and connect it to the current philosophy of the Villa Anna restaurant.

The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to investigate if there might be a possiblecorrelation between young women´s fascination with the vampire narrative andtheir search for identity in the late modern age. With the help of contemporarysociological studies in the field of the late modern man and today?s youth culture,I?ve chosen to do qualitative interviews with eight young women in order to examinehow today?s society affects their process of identification. Lately we?ve been ableto see an enormous interest for books that deal with the vampire saga, and while thereaders are mostly young females, it brought me to ask the question why the combinationof teenage drama and vampires seems to be such a winning concept.We live in a time where most young females experience a lot of pressure trying to addup to the demands of society, and as the media keep producing images of youngwomen being thin and looking like supermodels, most teenagers feel a lot of pressureand anxiety trying to live up to such unnatural ideals that in the long run might lead tovarious health issues and Eating disorders.As a result of this thesis I?ve found that the vampire narrative answers to some ofthe existential needs we have as members of a late modern society.

Bakgrund: Det diskuteras ofta om vinsterna med fysisk aktivitet, men alltför sällan om de risker det kan medföra då det går till överdrift. Det skapar en komplex situation då träning och att vara ?hälsosam? i huvudsak framstår som något positivt. Dagens unga kvinnor tränar allt mer, och är den riskgrupp med högst sannolikhet att hamna i ett riskbeteende i form av ätstörningar, psykisk ohälsa och träningsberoende. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilka bakomliggande faktorer som kan identifieras för dessa unga kvinnor som tränar mer än rekommenderat.

Under de senaste decennierna har det skett en omfattande ökning i förekomsten av ätstörningar. Syfte: Att beskriva oral hälsa vid ätstörningar.   Frågeställningar: Hur påverkas den orala hälsan av sjukdomen AN? Hur påverkas den orala hälsan av sjukdomen BN? Metod: Designen är en litteraturstudie i området oral hälsa och ätstörningar.

Traditional retouching, where you make the body of a female model in a magazine thinner, has been common for a long time and is well known. Several studies indicates that showing ultra-thin images of female bodies in media can lower the body satisfaction of ?ordinary? women which in some cases can lead to dangerous Eating disorders. But in 2010 Swedish female magazine VeckoRevyn introduced a new type of retouching: Making some catwalk models bodies bigger instead, which we decided to call opposite retouching. This kind of retouching is aiming to widen the ideal picture that is sent out of how the female body should look like, and therefore having the readers reach a higher body satisfaction and becoming more at peace with the own body.
