AbstractThe aim of this review was to describe how quality of life is experienced among patients with diabetes type 2. Literature search was made in Medline and the keywords used were ?diabetes mellitus type 2? and ?quality of life?. Twenty studies were examined and categorized into four sections: Quality of life during complications due to diabetes type 2, quality of life during various treatments, quality of life during depression and quality of life and aspects in relation to the individual as well as social aspects. The designs of the studies were of a varying kind: randomized controlled studies, comparative studies, correlative studies and descriptive studies.

Dessa antaganden kan ha en stor påverkan på företagens finanservilket innebär en risk att de används i earnings management-syfte.Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka huruvida ett företags finansiella situation påverkar dess val av aktuariella antaganden vid beräkningen av de förmånsbestämda pensionsplanerna.De kvantitativa data som undersökningen bygger på insamlades frånårsredovisningar från 75 koncerner av ett ursprungligt urval av 272. Det material som hämtades utgjordes av aktuariella antaganden samt andra finansiella variabler som rapporterades i årsredovisningarna för år 2004 och 2005.

Revisorer fungerar som en agent mellan standardsättare och företagsledning, de ser till att finansiella rapporter är utformad enligt redovisningsreglerna. Som yrkesgrupp har revisorer både kunskap om hur standarder tillämpas och vilka svårigheter som kan uppstå vid redovisning. Tidigare forskning har visat att det finns incitament hos företagledningen att påverka företagets redovisade resultat i en sådan riktning som gynnar dem själva och/eller företaget, vilket innebär att de har incitament att tillämpa earnings management.Ett sätt att tillämpa earnings management är genom att använda vissa tillgångar och skulder på ett sådant sätt att de inte behöver visas upp i balansräkningen. Balansräkningen är en del av den rapport över företagets finansiella ställning som företagsledningen sammanställer och som sedan ligger till grund för värdering och ekonomiska beslut av exempelvis investerare, analytiker och långivare. Dessa intressenter får då inte alltid får se den rätta bilden av företaget, snarare en bild som är justerad för att visa upp det bästa möjliga, informationen och rapporten är inte transparent.

The importance of human capital in firm valuation is something Huang and Wang points out in there paper from 2008. We expand Ohlson?s valuation model (1995) in line with Huang and Wang (2008) to enhance a market value that includes proxies for human capital. By using human capital based market value and one of Francis, Nanda and Olsson?s (2008) version of Earnings Quality, we create a value table which aim to sort for undervalued and overvalued companies during the  economic upswing of 2003 to 2007 in the human capital line of business.

This dissertation was made since we wanted to investigate the conception called quality within the school sector. What it means and if there is something that can give an explanation of how they  at look at the conception within the school sector. This will be the benchmark through the dissertation, trying to find out the most important things which might be equal to quality within the school.To find the answers of our questions we will read literature according to the subject. To get an increased understanding we will interview some people within the school efficacy, and give students a survey to fill in.The most important results from our investigation is to look at everything in its entirety, not only look at what grades students get. Across Europe, countries that have undergone the same type of change demonstrate change in the quality of those recruited. The focus in this paper is how recruitment quality looks in Sweden after three years of volunteer based defence and if officers at P7 can see a change in quality on those recruited. This work aims to investigate whether soldier quality has changed from conscription recruited to voluntary recruited soldiers. The question that the work tries to answer is whether one can see a change in quality in soldiers and in that case how.The result can be summarized as one begins to see a change in recruiting quality but it is not something that is visible at the regiments.

Det andra alternativet är att kassaflödet är ett mått med högre värderelevans eftersom periodiseringarna ger möjlighet till earnings management och därför kan ge en skev bild av företagets prestation. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur mycket värderelevans periodiseringarna innehåller.
