Uppsatsen är skriven med utgångspunkt i att understödjande förbands bidrag i operationer i stadsmiljö sällan nämns i reglementen, samt att förståelse för hur telekrigsförband uppträder och deras unika förmågor är generellt sätt låg inom försvarsmakten. Mitt syfte är att tydligöra hur en telekrigsenhet med dess unika förmåga kan bidra till lösande av uppgifter i en MOUT-operation. I min uppsats försöker jag med hjälp av ett teoretiskt synsätt svara på vad en telekrigsenhet kan bidraga med i en operation av ett MOUT-koncept. För att besvara denna fråga använder jag mig av en kvalitativ textanalys och intervjuer. Resultatet som framkommer är att en telekrigsenhet är en unik resurs som kan bidra med unika underrättelser och verkan, främst kopplat till stegen förstå, få bättre lägesuppfattning samt att kunna engagera motståndaren i en MOUT-operation..

Two different methods for measuring biogas production were used, gas meter and gasbags. The gas meters were electronic and counted each time a certain gasvolume passed through them. The gasbags collected the gas that hade passed through the gas meter until a manual measuring could be done. The two different methods gave the same result for a volume at three liters but for a volume around 0,2 liters they did not. Accuracy and precision for the gasbags was more exact than for the gas meters even if the method was difficult with a lot of different elements that could affect the result.

Speedledger is a company that is working to automate electronic accounting for businesses, organizations and associations.In the current situation bank data is sent from the users internet bank to Speedledger via a virtual printer driver. The driver transforms the web page into a PDF and sends it to a server for interpretation.The problem is that PDF is not created for this sort of data transfer and makes the interpretation of data is very problematic.The goal of the thesis is to study whether there is a possibility to develop a browser add-on that can retrieve information on the customer's banking page and send it on to Speedledgers server for interpretation. My task was to implement a add-on for one of the three major browsers Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then study the possibility of implementing it to the other two by reading the documentation.What I concluded was that it is possible to implement for all the three browsers. However, the techniques will differ slightly when developing these add-ons.  .

At the department of Electronic Warfare Assessments at the Swedish Defence Research Agency in Linköping one of the activities is modelling and simulation of the duel between a robot and a target. The aim with this Master's thesis is to develop a simulation model of an hovering helicopter. First a theoretical description of the forces and moments acting on an helicopter is given. Then the equations of motion are derived. These equations are simplified to be valid only for a hovering helicopter and the result is a mathematical model.

Rapporten behandlar en undersökning av SET (Secure Electronic Transacion) vilket är ett system för säkra kontokortsbetalningar över Internet. Min undersökning har inkluderat företag och banker som erbjuder sina kunder möjligheten att betala varor med SET. Rapporten tar upp vilka åsikter och erfarenheter parterna har när det gäller SET och dess framtid som betalningssätt.I rapporten behandlas Internet och dess uppbyggnad, elektronisk handel och olika sätt att betala varor som beställs via Internet, kryptering och vad som krävs för att ett betalningssystem skall anses säkert samt SET och dess funktioner vid betalning över Internet.Jag har genom litteraturstudier, intervjuer och enkäter kommit fram till att SET är en bra teknik, men som ännu inte slagit igenom hos användarna. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the difference in return between Swedish and Russian hedge funds while considering the risk taken.Method: This study is based on quantitative data on funds' historical returns from the electronic database Morningstar.se. Additional data is taken from the funds websites, the Swedish National Bank and Fondbolagens förening.Result and conclusion: All hedge funds, both the Russian and Swedish performed better thanthe index. The Russian hedge funds nevertheless performed better than their Swedishcounterparts in all three evaluation methods..

With the volume and availability of information increasing as fast as technological development in society a phenomenon called information overload has emerged. The purpose of our thesis was to investigate how university students experience this increase in volume and ease in access to information. In our study we concentrated our focus on the student?s use of electronic resources. So as not to prejudice our study group our questions focused on different aspects of searching for information.

Examensarbetet har gått ut på att uppgradera ett styrsystem och en operatörspanel för en centrifug i en kemisk industri. Projektets syfte är att centrifugen ska köras på ett mer automatiskt sätt med ett nyare system som har större tillgång till reservdelar.          Centrifugens äldre styrsystem från Siemens har bytts ut mot ett nytt Siemenssystem och den tidigare operatörspanelen från Siemens har bytts ut mot Beijer Electronic E1070 operatörspanel. Styrsystemet programmerades sedan i Siemens Simatic Step7 och operatörspanelen programmerades i Beijer Electronics E-designer.                Efter att programmeringen var klar testades kommunikationen mellan styrsystemet och operatörspanelen innan inkopplingen av det övriga systemet skedde.

The division of Electricity at Uppsala University runs a project called Lysekil project, they have designed a buoy that uses the waves to create electric power from a generator attached to the bottom of the sea.Uppsala University is closely connected with the company Seabased and the university makes use of their facilities in Lysekil. When they designed the buoy issues occurred, the geometric design was flawed, brackets with a short shelf life and it is generally uneconomic.A study visit was done in Lysekil on Seabased facility. With this visit the project started, which is to improve the design of the buoy and the attachment of wires leading to the generator. In this project we have chosen to use a beam system with three beams that are attached to the buoy. Then a wire attached to a plate that sits between the beams will be leading to the generator. Two proposals for construction are created, what distinguishes them are the brackets between the beams and the buoy.From these constructions, the design that is considered most optimal for our project is chosen.All parts of the buoy have been modeled and the drawings are designed in ProEngineer software.The two constructions are compared with each other, but the whole focus is on the second and final structure. The report begins with an introduction describing Lysekil project, and a task description of our project.The project aims to produce an optimal buoy that will be easy to design, materials restrictive with good durability and an economical solution.Wave power true function has been studied, mechanical and finite element analysis of beams, buoy and plate design.This has been presented in this report, where in the various chapters can read more about the processes. The purpose of this essay is to study the process of developing electronic subject guides for the Internet. Our focus is the content, structure and layout of the subject guide. The study has resulted in a number of guidelines that may be of help in the development of future subject guides. To achieve this purpose we have studied the existing subject guide at one of the faculties of the University of Lund, Sweden. We performed a series of interviews with the originators, and made a questionnaire for the users.

The vertical electronic excitation energies for the narrow-bandgap polymers LBPF, EP37 and EP62 have been calculated using Density Functional Theory (DFT). Also the vertical excitation energies for the acceptor unit of LBPF have been calculated using the Hartree-Fock (HF), DFT and Coupled Cluster (CC) methods. The calculations cover the visible and infrared wave length region and two strong transitions are obtained, one corresponding to the pi to pi* transition and one corresponding to the pi to Acceptor transition. The excitation energies obtained from DFT are below the corresponding experimental results and attempts have therefore been made to perform bench-marking calculations using a hierarchy of CC methods..
