Omvårdnad i samband med Enhanced Recovery After Surgery, ERAS - anestesisjuksköterskans perspektiv

Bakgrund: Enhanced Recovery After Surgery, ERAS, är ett vårdprogram som omfattarett antal interventioner som syftar till att förbättra patientens postoperativaåterhämtning. God perioperativ kommunikation är viktig för utfallet av ett struktureratvårdprogram och för att försvara patientens intressen fyller anestesisjuksköterskan enviktig funktion. Tidigare forskning om ERAS ur anestesisjuksköterskans perspektivsaknas.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka anestesisjuksköterskans uppfattning omomvårdnaden av patienten i samband med kolorektal kirurgi då ERAS-konceptettillämpas.Metod: Blandad inbäddad design används. För att testa studiens design genomförs enpilotstudie omfattande 20 semistrukturerade enkäter. Data analysERAS med hjälp avSPSS och kvalitativ manifest innehållsanalys.Resultat: Respondenternas uppfattning om den anestesiologiska omvårdnaden vidtillämpning av ERAS kunde delas upp i fem områden: osäkerhet om information,omvårdnadsåtgärder, bristande kommunikation, standardiserat arbetssätt och avvikelsefrån ERAS.Diskussion: Det råder stor osäkerhet kring vilken information patienten fått preoperativtoch kommunikationen inom vårdteamet kan förbättras.

Beskrivning av patienters postoperativa vårdförlopp tre dagar efter kolorektalkirurgi enligt ERAS vårdprogram

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the post-operative care during the three first days for patients who have undergone colorectal surgery according to ERAS care programs with a focus on the variables nutrition, elimination, activity, type of analgesia and the number of hospital days documented in the patient record and patient log books. ERAS means "Early Recovery After Surgery" and the purpose of the health care program is to accelerate recovery after colorectal surgery. The study had a descriptive design and a quantitative approach, in which 51 patient records were included. Log books and patient records were reviewed postoperatively. According to the log books estimated most of the patients, who had documented, that they ate and drank very good or good.

Det preoperativa informationssamtalets betydelse för patientens delaktighet i sin vård inom kolorektalkirurgi

Bakgrund: ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) är ett standardiserat multimodalt vårdprogram vid elektiv kolorektalkirurgi, som syftar till snabbare återhämtning och kortare vårdtider genom ett tvärprofessionellt samarbete.  En vecka innan planerad operation träffar sjuksköterskan patienten för ett samtal om vårdförloppet. Syfte: Att identifiera och beskriva patientens upplevelse av sjuksköterskans ERAS- samtal och dess betydelse för patientens delaktighet i sin vård.   Metod: Datainsamlingen skedde genom kvalitativa intervjuer. Tolv patienter, nio män och tre kvinnor har intervjuats. De ljudinspelade samtalen har transkriberats ordagrant och analyserats med hjälp av tolkande fenomenologisk analys (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis). Resultat: Analysarbetet resulterade i fem olika teman; bli sedd, trygghet, tillit, ansvar samt delaktighet. Alla teman relaterar till varandra och illustrerar en positiv och en negativ sida av den upplevda erfarenheten. Tillsammans bildar en helhet av upplevelsen; ERAS- samtalet och dess betydelse för patientens delaktighet. Konklusion: Resultatet visar att patienterna känner sig sedda under informationssamtalet.

Sjuksköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta utifrån vårdprogrammet ERAS : inom gastrointestinal kirurgi

BakgrundEnhanced Recovery After Surgery, ERAS, är ett relativt nytt vårdprogram för perioperativ vård som framför allt används inom kolorektalkirurgin. Detta vårdprogram är beroende av ett multidisciplinärt samarbete där olika yrkeskategorier samverkar, och är på väg att spridas och implementERAS i flera andra verksamhetsområden inom kirurgin. Programmet består av pre-, intra- och postoperativa omvårdnadsåtgärder och medicinska interventioner som syftar att minska kroppens stressvar, påskynda återhämtningen och reducera antalet komplikationer hos patienten. En stor del av ansvaret för att ERAS följs och implementERAS är allmänsjuksköterskans uppgift, framför allt den preoperativa vården och inom den postoperativa omvårdnaden på avdelningen.SyfteSyftet var att undersöka sjuksköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta utifrån vårdprogrammet ERAS på gastrointestinala kirurgavdelningar.MetodFör studien har kvalitativ metod använts. Sju semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med sjuksköterskor på tre olika kliniker i stockholmsområdet.

Manliness in four Japanese samurai moviesThis thesis deals with the samurai and his portrayal in Japanese historic movies and what kind of messages he conveys in form of masculinity to theater audiences. Four movies were chosen, two from the 1960s and two from the 2010s. The reasoning behind this was to look at two ERAS of samurai movies and if possible try to see differences between them. The history of the samurai, being a man and woman in modern Japan, R.W Connell and famous Japanese authors from different time ERAS acted as tools to try to answer the questions in hand.

Since none of W.A Mozart's own cadenzas for his Violin Concerto no. 4 in D major have been preserved, and there is only one existing standard cadenza by Joseph Joachim, I have chosen to write my own cadenza, but in the end I decided to write three cadenzas. As a background to my thesis I analyzed and studied the different motives in the first movement, as well as four cadenzas from different ERAS. I made a comparison of these four cadenzas, looking at how the composers have used the different themes and motives from the concerto. I have also explained the meaning and purpose of the term cadenza.

Currently, there are no clear statistics on how the floor plan and room size in apartment buildings has changed over time since the postwar period. The statistics available is average area per apartment which can be found on Statistics Sweden's website. This report has the aim to increase knowledge about how the Swedish home have changed over time.The questions that the report will answer are:For apartment buildings, how has the living area been distributed since the postwar period?Why has the area distribution changed over time?A survey of the houses built during 1950-2014 was made before questions could be answered. A case study was also made which a total of 90 apartments were analyzed and divided into three ERAS, the people´s home, the million programme and the neomodernism.

Uppsala universitet: Institutionen för musikvetenskap, 2007.The main aim of this essay is to show how the artist Ulf Lundell presents himself as someone with an outsider's view of life. This also includes showing that this aspiration is a common one among artists in the rock culture.The aim was reached by studying texts, lyrics, interviews, articles of and with Lundell and then applying theories about authenticity and performativity on this material. In order to put this in a context I looked at a similar material but with a much broader perspective, artists from different countries, genres and ERAS is here included.The conclusion of this study is that a kind of norm system in the rock culture has developed and Lundell is acting accordingly to these rules. The outsider position has become an important ingredient in Lundell's persona and this position can also be seen as a given norm in the wider context.

Med samtidsperspektiv på äldre konst : en fallstudie av utställningen "Queer: begär, makt och identitet"

The aim of this essay is to study how older art can be used to illustrate our contemporary society with a critical view and also to contribute to the discussion of for what reason we keep our public collections.My essay is based on a case study of the 2008 summer exhibition ?Queer: desire, power and identity? at Nationalmuseum. The exhibition used art from different ERAS to show how the ideals, norms of gender, and how the symbols for power have changed throughout history. It also reveals how certain art or artists have been excluded from art history due to their sexual orientation.This study is based on three questions:-          How can older art be used to illustrate a to our society contemporary theme?-          How can a public museum make an exhibition with a clear and active message?-          How can a clear and potentially sensitive message be shown without risking to be provocative towards either the visitors or the person(s) it is about.My material is based on the exhibition, the work material from the museum, protocols, photographs, exhibition texts, and interviews with the creators of the exhibition.

The edge or the fringe of the city is often the first part of the city we encounter, and our perception of it will probably color the image we make in our minds of the city as a whole. Even though the fringe of the city is important to the image of the cityscape it has not very often been the direct object of attention either in planning, building or even in the heads of the masters, when big ideas were formed. More often than not the fringe seems like something that just happened over time due to separate landowners, businesses or actions of other financially strong operators. The aim of this essay is to try to describe the history of the city edge in Sweden, from the very first town in the 10th century until today?s expanding mosaic of different ideas and styles as well as to bring some clarity and order into some of the different ideas and ideals in the planning of the edge in different ERAS and to review how the edge has been shaped and used.

The perception of what literature and the authors to be affected varies between respondents, particularly the perception of the work about authors from Värmland.

Pedagogiska miljöer kan skapas överallt på skolan : En kvalitativ studie om hur lärare ser på samspelet mellan lärande och miljö i Svenska skolor i Thailand

It is extremely important that the construction of the environment where children and youngsters spend the majority of their days supports the progress of their mentality. That is why I in this study will investigate what a certain amount of teachers consider of the interplay between learning and environment and how they thought a satisfactory environment structure ERAS of learning and also what the teachers consider to be missing at this point.The schools where I gathered my material are located in Thailand but they use the Swedish curriculum as a starting point and the students at these schools are mostly Swedish speaking.An important element that I came across was the impact of the surrounding on how to shape and use the environment as a tool in the teaching. Thailand?s climate is different than the Swedish climate; I want to investigate if that has any effect in the teaching.The educational environment in schools includes not only the classrooms but also every other space closely connected. Earlier scientific research as well as those people that I used as objects for interviews agrees regarding the fact that a suitable and stimulating environment are one of the most impact on how well children learn.
