Bakgrund/syfte: Många patienter, varav unga vuxna(18-25 år) utgör en stor grupp, använder akutmottagningar [AM] av obefogade skäl. Problemet med icke-akuta patienter på AM har varit ett diskussionsämne sedan 80-talet i västvärlden. De långa väntetiderna och ökade patienttrycket på AM är associerat till en försämrad upplevelse av vården ur ett patientperspektiv. Primärvården har en nyckelroll i att styra flödet av patienter som söker vård. Föreliggande studie syftar till att undersöka hur unga vuxna (18-25 år) söker vård relaterat till kön, ålder, symptom och lämplig vårdnivå, AM kontra Närakuten [NA].Metod: En deskriptiv konsekutiv enkätinsamling genomfördes på akutmottagningen på Akademiska sjukhuset och på närakuten (Cityakuten) i Uppsala.Resultat: Kvinnor sökte mer vård i undersökningsgruppen och den vanligaste orsaken till besök på AM var buksymptom och på NA var det allmänna influensasymptom.

This Master thesis is about elderly visually impaired and their use of libraries. It poses the question how visually impaired elderly looks upon their local library. Their thoughts and opinions are mainly from two sides. One is what they think about the service that they get. The other is what they think about the information concerning this service.

The outset of this thesis is to raise questions on how we design for the mobile context and the capabilities of smartphones. Not only the presentation but also the use of input and interaction between a service and a user.This work evolves around sign up forms and answers the question: How does the sign up process affect the holistic perspective of a digital service regarding usability and user experience? The intention of the study is to investigate pedagogues understanding of physical activities in preschool. Should special activities be planned in order to stimulate children´s progress in motor skills? I also want to find out if pedagogues found the acitivities in preschool curriculum which says that the aim is to develop children´s body perception and teaching children how to care for their own health. I have interviewed seven pedagogues and focus of the question lied within motor skills and the joy of movement among preschool children. The result shows that pedagogues regard it to be important to stimulate motor activities and to encourage joy of movement in preschool.

The purpose of my study is to question the model service marketing triangle and propose an alternative ways of looking at service marketing. The study is based on a deep, qualitative research. In the research of the material an abductive approach has been used. The primary information sources are interviews with project workers, which are being analyzed together with the theoretical background in part argumentations in the course of the thesis. In the last chapter they are unified.

The aim of this study was to investigate how maternity and child care was carried out at Regional Hospital in Morogoro, Tanzania as well as how it was perceived by mothers and children. The study was conducted with a qualitative method through observation and interviews. The results of the study showed that the staff knew what they were doing and how they should treat their patients and that they helped them without thinking about preventive measures. The study concluded that people wanted to seek the care provided at the hospital and some people stated that they had confidence in the staff. The people that came to the hospital sought care for various diseases and conditions and they all got medical attention of some sort.

The issue that this study assumed is: How is language test in connection with admission to the certified health and social care courses for adults in Värmland? How well correlates intent of the use of the language test with the test's validity and reliability?The methods used to seek answers to these questions has been a combination of questionnaires and experiments.

The social network is of great significance on olderpeople's physical and mental health. Aim: The overall purpose is to examine the knowledgeof social network and the health of the elderly. Health and physical exercise has a become trend in today's society and the work with health promotion has increased in organizations. This is not only a way for organizations to get healthier and more efficient employees, but also a way to regulate the employee?s identity by getting them to identify with the organization.
