De senaste åren har statistiken för barn som får diagnosen ADHD skjutit i höjden. (Danielsson 2011). I takt med att diagnoserna hos barn ökat har kraven för att få extra resurs i förskolan också ökat (Lindgren 2012). Det blir därför en utmaning för pedagoger och lärare när dessa extra resurser för barn i behov av särskilt stöd blir svårare att få i verksamheten. Utifrån denna bakgrund är huvudsyftet med studien att undersöka vad som händer i förskoleverksamheten efter att ett barn fått en ADHD-diagnos.

Denna studie har som syfte  att  beskriva, tolka och förstå ungdomsjobbarnas upplevelser  av  sin introduktion som  nyanställd inom särskilt boende. Frågeställningar i studien är  ?Hur beskriver ungdomsjobbarna den formella introduktionen?? samt ?Beskriver ungdomsjobbarna någon form av informell introduktion och i så fall hur beskriver de den??. Metoden är kvalitativ och datainsamlingen har skett med hjälp av intervjuer. I studien deltog 6 ungdomsjobbare som anställdes inom särskilt boende året 2012 i Umeå kommuns projekt ?ungdomsjobbare?.

Idag blir det allt vanligare och vanligare att företag inför miljöledningssystem. Det görs av flera olika anledningar. Det kan vara ett försök att trygga sin plats på den framtida marknaden eller så kan det vara ett direkt resultat av ett tryck utifrån. Men vad innebär det egentligen att införa ett miljöledningssystem och hur förankras miljöarbetet hos personalen. Det var några av de frågor som dök upp under praktikkursen på Miljövetarprogrammet under våren 2003 vilken gjordes på Danisco Sweden AB.

Case studies have been used for the collection and analysis of data concerning packaging logistics as I?ve chosen to consider only specific markets and packaging.Conclusions This thesis has highlighted the demands that are placed upon engine packaging throughout all concerned units and how these demands affect each other, positively and negatively.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Health Locus of Control, Exercise habits, Food habits and Self-esteem (Personal self and Physical self) between two groups of student teachers at a university in the south of Sweden. Is health such as exercise, eating and self-esteem something that is controlled by internal or external factors? Student teachers that participated in Physical and Health programme and student teachers that participeted in other programme were investigeted. The participants (N = 160) answered the questionnaire. The Health Locus of Control scale and Tennessee Self-Concept Scale were used.

Abstract The purpose of the study is to examine how children perceive the relation between play and sex and analyse it from a gender perspective. This by answering the questions: "Is the children?s choice of place, materials and company in play dependent on gender?" and "Is there a significant difference between the sexes and/or ages?" The study was done through twelve focusgroup interviews with three children in each group except two groups of two children in each. Eight boys and nine girls of six years old and nine boys and eight girls of nine years old were interviewed. Boys and girls were interviewed in separate groups and the questions were open ended and followed up.

Syftet med vår studie är: att belysa hur en skola i Västerås kommun arbetar med konflikthantering. För att nå syftet behandlas följande områden: vad en konflikt är, den vanligaste konflikten, skolans arbete med konflikthantering, resurser och likabehandlingsplan. Vi använder oss av kvalitativ och kvantitativ metod i vår studie för att få ett bredare resultat. Vi har intervjuat och gjort enkätundersökningar. Genom enkäter undersöker vi hur verksam personal inom skolan arbetar med konflikthantering.

Ett uttryck som ofta träffas på i skolvärlden är barn i behov av särskilt stöd. Barnens svårigheter förklaras med att de är i behov av särskilt stöd. Föreliggande studie syftar till att få förståelse och kunskap om vilka barn skolpersonal i en kommun, anser vara i behov av särskilt stöd. Studien avser att undersöka hur personal med olika yrkesbakgrunder från förskoleklass till år nio samt rektorer definierar och reflekterar kring begreppet särskilda behov. Målgruppen består av pedagogisk personal från förskoleklass till år 9, samt rektorer.

Målet med denna uppsats har varit att kartlägga vilken kvalité informationen som datalager tillhandahåller har för de beslutsfattare som använder datalagret. Vi har även försökt identifiera olika faktorer som kan vara viktiga att beakta för att uppnå en hög informationskvalité hos datalager. För att kunna genomföra detta har vi intervjuat olika beslutsfattare för att kartlägga hur de uppfattar den information som deras datalager genererar. Genom denna undersökning har vi kommit fram till att datalagren varit givande och framgångsrika för de tre företag vi genomfört undersökningen på. De har alla upplevt omfattande fördelar med det som de inte upplevde innan introduktionen av datalagret.

This study is about being manager in social care and social welfare organisations. Ten women managers participate in the study and share their thoughts about management. Such organisations are an area where women are most frequent, so we wanted to take part of experiences women managers in this area obtain. The study concentrates upon factors these women encounter and which they feel can affect them in their daily work. The study shows that the women we interviewed have a basic interest in humans and a strong commitment to working for human well being.

SammanfattningBakgrund Rehabilitering efter ett strokeinsjuknande ska påbörjas tidigt och vara målinriktad. För patienter som drabbats av mild till måttlig stroke rekommenderas i Socialstyrelsens riktlinjer vård på strokeenhet i kombination med tidig understödd utskrivning. Uppsatsen beskriver, analyserar och utvärderar ett förbättringsarbete där tidig understödd utskrivning med stöd av ett stroketeam prövades som arbetsmodell på en strokeenhet.Syfte Syftet med förbättringsarbetet var att patienterna skulle uppleva ett tryggt omhändertagande i samband med utskrivningen, samtidigt som strokeprocessen effektiviserades genom kortare vårdtid på sjukhus. Syftet med studien var att beskriva erfarenheter hos patienter, närstående och personal vid införandet av tidig understödd utskrivning från sjukhus med stöd av ett stroketeam för patienter med mild till måttlig stroke.Metod Förbättringsarbetet utvärderades genom mätning av vårdtider och mätning av patienternas upplevelse av trygghet i samband med utskrivningen. I studien av förbättringsarbetet insamlades data genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med patienter och deras närstående, samt i en fokusgruppsintervju med involverad personal.

The aim of this paper is to empirically examine the ideological trends and positioning of the Swedish liberal party with the Danish social liberal party. This paper also aims to analyze the reasons behind the trends. By examine the development in these two Nordic liberal sisterparties, this paper contributes to our understanding of why and how party change is initiated. The paper commences with an intuitive notion that the Swedish party has in fact, made a lurch towards the right, during the past ten to fifteen years while the Danish party has retained their social-liberal position in the centre of the Danish political spectrum. The questions then asked are: can this hypothesis be verified empirically? If so, how can this phenomenon of divergence, be explained?The method used in this thesis is process-tracing and the empirical material does to a large extent rely on interviews with central agents as they are specified in the theory of each party.

Knowledge is today one of the most important resources for an organization to handle. But knowledge can also be difficult for organizations to manage. The internet is still growing and new tools take form that allows users to effectively share information. The purpose of this report was to describe how organizations can make use out of internal social media to facilitate knowledge management processes. Three issues involving mapping, coding and dissemination of knowledge to were produced to answer the thesis. The study was limited to examining the identification, coding and dissemination of knowledge through the internal social media plattformen, IBM Connections. The theoretical framework emphasizes how social networks can promote knowledge sharing, how a knowledge mapping can promote knowledge dissemination and sharing, how knowledge can be stored in data sources and how important interaction is to spread awareness. The theory has been supplemented by descriptions of how the system IBM Connections works. Surveys were conducted on four companies that use IBM Connections as an internal communication plattformen. The four companies were selected to illustrate how they use the plattformen of knowledge management processes and we chose to interview the people who were responsible for the introduction of the plattformen. The study identified several similarities between the different companies and that although there were some technical and cultural recalcitrant units against this new type of system within the organization so favored IBM Connections knowledge in several ways. The built-in search automatic created a map of knowledge through the plattform's user profiles. Saved files and documents could be found even after the employees left the company, which encodes knowledge into the company knowledge resources. The opportunity to interact with one another, often over great distances, favored the sharing of knowledge. A comparison with the theoretical framework provided us with the conclusion that internal social media can be used in several ways to Knowledge management through automated knowledge maps, the ability to store knowledge within the company and to communicate knowledge across functional and geographical boundaries in interactive discussions..
