My final essay is a design proposal for a schoolyard that pertains to the senses. The proposal consists of an illustration plan and this paper. The design proposal takes start in sense stimulation to create a varied environment. The title leads to the concept ?surprisingly predictable?.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the Management Control System is affected by a change in the owner structure from family owned to not-family owned. The study also tries to identify explaining factors behind the possible effects to the Management Control System. The study is based on a comprehensive case study on the company Alcro-Beckers which, in year 2001, was acquired from the owner Lindéngruppen fully owned by Ulf G Lindén. The acquirer was the non-family owned company Kemira OY, a Finnish stock listed group. The empirical foundation mainly comes from interviews conducted with people who were/are directly connected to the company, either as employees or as representatives for the owner.

We performed our thesis at SCA Hygiene Products in Falkenberg. Our task has been to present a suggestion for a solution of the packing of giveaways that the company uses.In the current situation the work is performed manually, and the company wants to automate the process. In the following report, we present the different solutions that we have developed in our definite model. It includes a picking solution, a shaking table and trays. The product choices we have made are based on existing solutions.To help, we have used Fredy Olsson's books in principle and primary structure.

Composting is a process in which organic matter is mineralized by microorganisms. In January 2005 landfilling of organic waste was prohibited in Sweden. With this prohibition composting has become an important alternative to handle the produced organic wastes. One problem with continuous small-scale composting is the production of organic acids that will inhibit a further composting process. The aim of these theses was to study what effects temperature and dry matter content had on the production of organics acids, and what effect the organic acids had on the mineralisation of the substrate as well as the stability during storage of the product.

In process oriented organizations, it is important to have well-functioning work processes tosupport the work being performed. In order to accomplish this, the organization has to makecertain decisions regarding the design and usage of the processes. This master thesis is based ona case study of a work process that is being used for the industrialization of products at Ericssonin Katrineholm. The aim of the study is twofold. <p>This explorative study examines approximately one hundred electronic library homepages. It focuses on four aspects: form, content, structure and user support. Form relates to the presentation of information and is concerned with the relationship between text and graphics. Content refers to the type of information and services that an electronic library offers. Structure is concerned with the guiding principles that have motivated the grouping of information and services on the homepages.

Principles that guide how a classification system should be structured have existed for more than a century. Traditional classification principles can be of great value for the design of classification schemes directories on the web. Purpose: The purpose of this interview study was to describe the nurses? view of their experiences of interaction with other professionals to improve the elderly patient's nutritional status in municipal elderly care.Method: The study is based on qualitative interviews with nine nurses and was analyzed according to a qualitative content analysis method.Results: The main themes that emerged: Communication among the involved, To feel secure in their role, Lack of structure. The nurses worked closely with nursing staff and cooperated more with doctors about nutrition than with the physiotherapist and occupational therapist. The nurses felt they had the main responsibility for maintaining a good nutritional status of the elderly patient and described themselves as primarily responsible for nutrition while they lacked nutritional competence equal to the responsibilities they had during the whole nutrition process. The nurses had no community dietitian?s skills and felt that the dietitian had a great responsibility and the most updated knowledge in diet and nutrition.
