Många främre korsbandsskadade idrottare upplever efter operation en nedsatt tillit till knäet och är rädda för nya skador. Detta kan resultera i försämrad rehabilitering. Det är därför viktigt att kunna identifiera dessa patienter.Syfte:Syftet med den här studien var att klargöra i vilken utsträckning trippelhoppet, cross over-hoppet och sidohoppet avspeglar vilken tillit till knäet den korsbandsopererade patienten upplever 6-12 månader efter operation i samband med återgång till idrott.Metod:Urvalet bestod av 9 kvinnor och 9 män patienter som genomgått främre korsbandsrekonstruktion och som 6-12 månader efter det var på väg tillbaka till idrott. Deltagarna genomförde tre funktionella tester, trippelhoppet, cross over-hoppet och sidohoppet på sitt ickeopererat respektive på sitt opererade ben. Före varje hopptest skattades på en visuell analog skala ( VAS-skala) graden av tillit till knäet inför hoppet och graden av förmåga att ta i efter hoppet.

During 2007 the City of Stockholm installed five grid connected photovoltaic systems. The aim of this master thesis is to quantify the amount of produced energy and recommend routines to collect and analyse production data, to make production data accessible by the public and to gain experience for future installations.The total amount of produced energy until March 2009 is 227 000 kWh, with an annual rate of 150 000 kWh. The expected annual rate was 148 000 kWh.All system owners are positive about their plants and see economical benefits in scaling up such systems.The installations need very little attendance and maintenance, however it is recommended that an alarm function is installed for automatic feedback in case of a system failure. All future systems should be inspected during full operation to determine if the actual capacity is matching the installed capacity..

Denna rapport skrivs som ett fördjupningsarbete vid polisutbildningen i Umeå. Rapportens huvudsakliga syfte är att belysa hur ett förhör med barn skall genomföras ur polisiär synvinkel för att bli så tillförlitligt som möjligt. Rapporten inriktar sig på förhörssituationer med barn i åldrarna två till sju år och som misstänks ha utsatts för sexuella övergrepp. Genom att studera svensk lagstiftning, utvecklingspsykologi och förhörsmetodik har vi vidareutvecklat en intervjuguide för hur ett barnförhör kan genomföras på bästa sätt. För att fördjupa kunskaperna i praktiskt polisarbete har intervjuer med åklagare och barnutredare gjorts, därefter har det teoretiska underlaget jämförts med resultatet av dessa intervjuer.

Syftet med den här studien var att inventera möjligheterna för kommunala verksamheter inom Skellefteå kommun att stänga av ventilationen vid varningssignalen Viktigt Meddelande till Allmänheten. Inventeringen skedde med hjälp av enkäter som sändes till ett stort antal kommunala verksamheter såsom; förskolor, skolor, äldreboenden, badhus och bibliotek. Resultatet visade att kunskap om alarmsignalen Viktigt meddelande till allmänheten var låg. Några förslag på hur säkerheten kan förbättras, ifall en olycka inträffar, är givna i rapporten. Ett av förslagen som framkommer är att öka kunskapen om hur ventilationen stängs av.

The purpose of this report is to find out what different preferences forest owners have in the region where Norrskog have their operation area, what they prefer and think about Norrskog. The purpose is also to compare some of the questions to a similar study that was made in 2008. The study is made in cooperation with Norrskog which is a forest owner cooperative. Norrskog has about 13 000 members which is about half of all forest owners in the region. To get the answers from the forest owners, questionnaires were sent out by mail. 371 were sent out and 102 came back. There were more members of Norrskog that responded than it was nonmembers. The results indicate that the forest owners have long term perspectives, their priorities are to nurse the forest so they can get the profit later on.

The farming system is the basis of human existence through its production of provisions for man. By a continuous exchange of information, energy and material, between the ecosystems and the social systems, the farming system becomes an emergent property. The system's own properties, in the sense of farming methods, circulations and institutions, evolve through an adaptive process. Understanding this process and constantly learn from it, is the starting point for creating a sustainable development within farming systems. Thus, future farming system has to develop strategies that produce food provisions while at the same time takes into consideration the ecosystem's resilience and its integrity, but which also enables an ethical discussion. The institutions within the farming system are understood as links between the ecosystems and the social systems.

Social media has become an important marketing and communication tool worldwide, mostly through the largest social platforms Facebook and Twitter. With two-way communication via Internet companies has gotten the opportunity to interact and communicate directly with their customers. Facebook has been the focus point through the study because it has shown to be the most efficient and frequently used platform for communication. Our study aimed to confirm how communication via social media actually looks like. To be able to reach the best results, we have conducted the study from a phenomenological approach, which means; usage of qualitative semi-structured interviews to reflect the respondents experience on the phenomenon social media as a communication tool. Social media has shown to be a great way of communicating externally for companies who are willing to spend time engaging in the platform.

The main purpose of this master thesis is to examine how high school students think when they independently are evaluating information for a school assignment. We examine what types of sources they use, and what their reasons are. Besides that we also examine what sorts of criteria they use when evaluating if a source is usable, and if there are any other factors that can have an influence for their choice of material. We have done a qualitative study with 23 students, where the students wrote down their answers in a questionnaire containing wide open questions. We have created our own tool for analysing the material by extracting the most general things in our chapter of earlier research, concerning the three questions which our study is based on.

En operationssjuksköterska kan under sin yrkesverksamma tid förväntas att ansvara vid en operation där patienten konstaterats hjärndöd och det beslutats att organdonation ska genomföras. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva operationssjuksköterskors erfarenheter vid organdonation när donatorn är hjärndöd. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats, där forskarna strävar efter en helhetsförståelse av det studerade intresseområdet. Datainsamling utfördes via ostrukturerade intervjuer med öppna frågor. Sju intervjuer genomfördes med operationssjuksköterskor som medverkat vid organdonation när donatorn var hjärndöd.

The aim of this study was to explore and increase understanding of how a team of colleagues at an upper-secondary school in Sweden works with students with special education needs. The team works with a group of students where the majority have experienced school failure in elementary school. The focus of the study has been to analyze a project that the school undertook 2013 to improve students? results and improve their chances to successfully graduate from their program. Data was collected from relevant documents and interviews with members of the project at hand.

This report is about planning a demolition. The purpose of this report is that it should become a base for a demolition of house J at the Academic hospital in Uppsala, and also to make general help for planning a demolition. This report also contains a part about how a change in the work environment affects general people. The work started with studies of literature and design of the general part of the report and then continued with a practical study of house J. From the experience of the first two parts of the report a general help for planning a demolition was shaped.

Den här rapporten tog sin början i det faktum att många företag och organisationer idag inte är insatta i vad IPv6 innebär och hur de ska gå tillväga för att implementera IPv6. Det fanns vid tillfället ingen komplett metod för hur en analys av ett nätverk gick till, vad som var viktigt att tänka på, vilka tekniker som fanns tillgängliga och hur dessa implementerades.För att underlätta framtida övergångar till IPv6 bestämde vi oss för att utveckla en generell metod som användaren kan följa och läsa sig till vad de behöver tänka på vid varje steg. Metoden ger också exempel på hur användaren kan göra analyser och undersökningar som leder fram till en lösning som kan fungera för deras behov. Metoden besvarade frågeställningen ?Vad behöver ett företag göra för att kunna implementera IPv6 i en existerande nätverksmiljö??Övergången till IPv6 är igång och många tekniker är inte färdigutvecklade.

Utveckling och utvärdering av ett system för mätning av steghöjd under gång hos patienter med Normaltryckshydrocefalus Ett verktyg för analys av steghöjden hos patienter med den neurologiska sjukdomen Normaltryckshydrocefalus, där ett tydligt symptom är en försämrad gång med släpande steg, har utvecklats. Syftet är kunna utföra mätningar före och efter en operation för att på så vis avgöra om operationen lyckats. Det som eftersträvas med verktyget är objektiva och kvantiserade mätningar. Mätningarna kan på det här sättet jämföras mellan olika patienter och sparas som underlag för framtida undersökningar. Verktyget som utvecklats består av en mätenhet som fäst vid patienten, utan att påverka gången, samt en mjukvara vilken visar upp resultatet samt sparar detta på en närliggande dator. The aim of this case study was to investigate the role of leadership and interpersonal relations among staff during implementation of lean at a University Hospital in Sweden. The 15 respondents were leaders and staff members from different wards and clinics, who had started working according to lean principles. One of the methods used was explorative, low structured interviews. Other methods used for gathering information about the case was attending lectures about lean healthcare at the hospital, part-taking in the lean game and reading articles about lean and the implementation in both daily press and on the intranet of the hospital. The results showed that an open and accessible leader that coaches his/her staff and supports their work, helps the staff to develop a lean identity.

Delimitation: We intended to study the cognitive characteristics of the Swedish recruitment industry.
