Bakgrund: Sverige strävar efter att nå en vision kallad nollvisionen. Visionen har tagits fram av Trafikverket för att nå noll dödsfall och allvarligt skadade i trafiken. För att nå nollvisionen kan inte endast staten inkluderat Trafikverket arbeta mot den, organisationer i samhället bör också sträva mot visionen. Genom att certifiera sig enligt ISO 39001 som är en standard för trafiksäkerhet kan företag hjälpa staten inkluderat Trafikverket att arbeta för nollvisionen. En certifiering enligt ISO 39001 hjälper inte endast organisationer med att utföra ett trafiksäkerhetsarbete, den bidrar även till många andra fördelar genom den kvalitetssäkring den innebär.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka Trafikverkets motiv till att stödja ISO 39001 samt företags motiv till att anta denna certifiering.

This literature study aims to examine the existence of cancer stem cells in breast cancer. The cancer stem cell theory states that there is a hierarchical organization within a tumour, in which a small subpopulation of the cells can initiate new tumours and maintain tumour growth whilst the bulk of the tumour cannot. These tumour initiating cells have shown to possess many characteristics similar to those of adult stem cells, which is why they are often referred to as cancer stem cells. Both cell types have the capacity of asymmetric division and have shown to possess mechanisms of resistance to both apoptosis and cancer drugs. The cancer stem cell theory elucidates many biological aspects such as the heterogeneity of tumours and the relapse of many cancers after what appeared to be successful treatments.

I tillverkningsindustrin har driftstopp ansetts som en stor inverkansfaktor på produktionens prestation. Driftstopp hindrar produktionen från att utnyttja sin fulla kapacitet. Ett sätt att öka den operativa tiden i en monteringslinje är att identifiera orsakerna till driftstopp och därefter eliminera eller reducera dessa. Nära noll driftstoppstid är det ultimata målet för producerande företag.Syftet med examensarbetet är att bidra till kunskapen om hur driftstoppsorsaker kan identifieras och reduceras i monteringslinjer.För att kunna besvara syftet har två frågeställningar formulerats.1. Vilka möjliga orsaker finns det till att driftstopp uppstår i monteringslinjer? 2. Vilka åtgärder kan tillämpas i monteringslinjer för att reducera driftstopp?Examensarbetet har genom intervjuer, observationer, litteraturstudier, dokument och en egenutformad felrapport insamlat data för att finna svar på frågeställningarna.

The starting point for the present study is that the physical environment can enhance the learning processes of children. We want to contribute to more focus being placed on this within library and information sciences. Our main aim is to illustrate how the physical environment can facilitate the learning of children. Kina har haft en exceptionell utveckling tiden efter den ekonomiska reformen 1979 då den kinesiska regeringen började öppna upp den interna marknaden för internationell konkurrens. Resultatet har visats sig i växande valutareserv och bytesbalans och framförallt i tilltagande BNP tillväxt. Under de senaste åren har det framkommit hård kritik från omvärlden (läs USA och EU) där budskapet har varit att den kinesiska regeringen skall revalvera sin valuta och därmed närma sin jämviktsväxelkurs. Den här uppsatsen undersökte vad den nominella växelkursen skulle ha varit i Kina när budgetrestriktionen är uppfylld. Detta sker när Kina möter sitt initiala överskott (underskott) med ett nuvärdesberäknat underskott (överskott).

This thesis examines the concept of righteousness in the Gospel of Matthew. The research explores the literal meanings and theological functions of the noun ?righteousness? and the adjective ?righteous? through a descriptiveand comparative study of all the pericopes which include these words. The research also includes relevant information about the historical context of the text as well as the central theological themes which relate to the subject.In the research on the literal meanings, it seems that both words primarily occur in ethical teaching and that the concept of righteousness in Matthew is closely related to humanconduct (e.g. Matt 5:20; 6:1).

The aim of this thesis is to compare two different classification schemes with each other and see what the differences and similarities are when classifying literature concerning film and television. One of the schemes is of general kind, Klassifikationssystem för svenska bibliotek (SAB) and the other is a special system, FIAF Classification scheme for literature on film and television. The focus of the examination is on comparing the structure, contents and division of firstly the main classes and secondly on comparing the notation and the auxiliary tables in the schemes. The theoretical framework of the comparison is based upon theory of classification but the conclusions drawn are though mostly of a more subjective character. In addition to the comparison itself interviews have been made with four libraries, two with experiences of SAB and two with experiences of FIAF.

The aim of this masters thesis is to examine the information access of female Ph. D. students in connection with their situation as women and researchers within the academic setting. In order to examine this, qualitative interviews with ten female Ph. D.

The purpose of this thesis was to find out whether the main class C (religion) in the Swedish classification system Klassifikationssystem för svenska bibliotek is well adapted to classify materials published in or imported to Sweden, and handled by Swedish libraries today. The questions we put to ourselves were:1. How easy to understand, and how useful is the main class C religion today?2. What, in the main class C, is satisfactory?3. What, in the main class C, is inconsistent, anachronistic or incorrect?4. What, in the main class C, is in need of change or renewal?The method that was used was a number of interviews with librarians and cataloguers. We have interviewed eight librarians from six different libraries, of different types, but all with a relatively large collection of religious materials.Though all of our respondents have expressed a feeling that all the major religions deserve equal treatment in the classification system and a similar division of space, after some pondering on the subject, our respondents have agreed that a larger space for Christianity is warranted considering the composition of the current collections and publication. Our respondents have in some cases expressed that there is a lack of instructions as to how the subdivisions of the main class C (religion) is meant to be used.

The essay deals with the idea of melancholia as an exclusively male feeling associated with geniality and eminence, as it is shown in the letters of three romantic men. These letters were written by the philosopher Benjamin Höijer, the poet P.D.A Atterbom, and the musician Adolf Fredrik Lindblad to their female friends Henriette von Rosenstein, Euphrosyne, and Malla Silfverstolpe. Romantic masculinity is a neglected topic that is in need of further research. An essential characteristic of romanticism is the appreciation of feeling. According to the traditional dualistic gender division though, women represented sensibility, while men instead were associated with reason.

How is the information received by the employees? Finally I will make a few suggestions on how the internal communication can be improved.Method/Material: The method used in this study is quantitative. The internal communication at IKEA Uppsala is analyzed based on the results of a questionnaire. 75 employees at three different divisions were given questions on how they appreciate the communication channels at IKEA in Uppsala. 50 answers were received.Main results: The results clearly show that even though the internal communication at IKEA seems to work well in general, a few of the channel needs to be improved.
