During its lifetime, a road goes through a number of different stages; pre-study,inquiry of the road, work plan, documenting stage, building stage and operatingstage. The operating stage is the one that takes the longest time and costs themost. Those have a tendency of becoming unnecessarily high because the projectengineers don?t always take the management and maintenance prerequisites intoconditions.To decrease the management and maintenance costs, the Swedish RoadAdministration SouthEast has been in need of a work procedure that makes theroaddesign engineers take the management and maintenance of the road intoconsideration. This shall be achieved by a checklist where the most commondesigns that lead to increased management- and maintenance costs are compiledand listed.Through interviews with project leaders in management, the most commonproblems have been identified, analyzed and summarized under the headlineswinter-road, vegetation, road equipment and road designs.To elucidate the problem from several points of view, interviews wereimplemented with project leaders in investment and roaddesign engineers.

Utredningen kring avskaffandet av revisionsplikten har i början av april 2008 blivitpresenterad för den svenska regeringen. I denna utredning föreslås det gränsvärden som ipraktiken innebär att 96 procent av alla aktiebolag i framtiden kan välja bort revisorn ochrevisionen, så som den ser ut idag. Revisionsbyråer står inför en stor omställning därABL och revisionsplikten omfattar alla aktiebolag i Sverige och en stor del av dessabolag kommer i framtiden kunna välja bort revisionen vilket innebär att revisorernas rollkan förändras efter avskaffandet.Undersökningen är halvdeduktiv där författarna har haft utgångspunkt i teorin som stödtill intervjuerna med respondenter som påverkas av förändringen. Författarnas syfte medundersökningen är att ta reda på vilka konsekvenser och förändringar kan komma attpåverka revisionsyrket i Sverige. Uppsatsen har en bred empirisk undersökning sombestår av intervjuer med revisorer, banker och skatteverket.

The area of Järvafältet in the northern parts of Stockholm is one of the many large-scale investments into Swedish residency executed in the 60?s and 70?s, and which got the name Miljonprogrammet. Not until today these buildings have been restored, and frustration has been brewing in these areas for some time. Järvadialogen is the name of a communication program connected to the housing restoration in the area of Husby, which is a part of Järvafältet, and functions as a promotional and informational dialogue between residents in the area and those responsible for the communication program. The cultural diversity in the area of Husby is significant, and with theories on intercultural communication, change communication and power we study the performed communicative process and the manner in which it is received.

Denna studie kommer sig av författarens nyfikenhet på hur drömgrupper med Ullmans metod kan vara till användning för psykoterapeuter för personlig del samt hur det kan vara till hjälp att använda drömmar i den psykoterapeutiska processen i klientarbetet.Det finns mycket skrivet om drömmar och hur drömmar kan tolkas, men hur man kan få en praktisk träning och egna erfarenheter till detta har varit svårare att hitta litteratur kring. Det har visat sig att det är relativt sällsynt att drömmar används. Många gånger på grund av att psykoterapeuterna inte själva har erfarenheter att utforska drömmen. Syftet med studien var att ta reda på vad drömgruppsarbetet betytt för tre erfarna psykoterapeuter på ett personligt och ett professionellt plan.Den metod som valdes var kvalitativ metod där författaren intervjuat tre psykoterapeuter om deras erfarenheter av drömgruppsarbete och vad de uppfattat att det inneburit för dem. Intervjuerna har analyserats genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Av analysen framkommer att alla tre använts sig av drömmar kontinuerligt. De upplevde att de genom drömgruppsarbetet fått en metod att på ett strukturerat sätt intressera sig för klienters drömmar.

The purpose of this essay is to examine what literary heritage teachers communicate in the school subject Swedish at upper secondary school. The overall research question for this work is: Which authors and/or works are mentioned by the teachers in the school subject Swedish at upper secondary school? How well do these authors and/or works answer towards a multicultural perspective? Which factors affect teachers´ selections of texts? Based on this purpose and these research questions, the aim is to answer the didactic question of what.To accomplish the purpose of the study a quantitative method has been used. The survey was conducted in two medium-sized cities in central Sweden, and was answered by 17 teachers. The study shows that the teachers ascribe the Western and Swedish literature great importance.

The purpose of this paper is to form an understanding of how to use the demand for usability and accessibility. Requirements for usability and accessibility are available from several agencies, an example is Myndigheten för delaktighet. Through literature studies, I get answer to what are usability and accessibility and the demands that can be set on a public website. In this study of three municipalities you get a glance how local authorities have been working on their web pages and if they fulfill the requirements so that the disabled would consider that the page has good usability and accessibility. In the interviews conducted in one of the municipalities you will receive information how they plan, organize, implement, monitor and develop their websites.

Uppsatsen behandlar rättsläget på mervärdesskatteområdet efter EU-domen C-88/09 Graphic Procédé. I målet fastslog domstolen att framställning av tryckta produkter skulle betraktas som leverans av varor och inte tillhandahållanden av tjänster enligt mervärdesskattedirektivet 2006/112/EG. I svensk skatterätt är följden av domen att framställning av tryckta produkter inte ska betraktas som tjänster som beskattas med en normalskattesats om 25 procent enligt 7:1 st. 1 ML, utan att dessa ska betraktas som framställning av varor. Vissa tryckta produkter som exempelvis böcker, tidningar och broschyrer ska således beskattas med en skattesats om 6 procent enligt 7:1 st.

Introduction: The conversation is one of the main components of the nursing process in psychiatric care. The preunderstanding on this research field is described based on theoretical concepts that together form the basis for understanding the study; nurse's role in psychiatric care, communication and caring relationship, as well as theories of the caring conversation and person-centered care. Research on the caring conversation as a theory and how it is experienced by patients existed, however, no research from the nurse's perspective was found.Aim: The aim of the study was to describe nurses' experiences of the caring conversation with patients in psychiatric open care units.Method: Qualitative research interviews were conducted with six nurses working in outpatient psychiatric care in the west region in Sweden. The interviews were recorded, transcribed and then analyzed according to the qualitative content analysis as described by Graneheim and Lundman (2004).Results: Four categories with related subcategories were distinguished throughout the analysis: The caring conversation, The importance of the care plan, Limitations and Caring based on the patients narrative.Discussion: An uncertainty about what caring conversation is and what it should contain creates uncertainty in the nurse's work. This results in a need for training for the individual nurse and the further research to obtain evidence for the importance of conversation in caring work.

Inventories of epiphytic lichens on Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) were conducted at three sites in east central Sweden: along the newly build motorway (Road E4), along the old road (Road 600) and in a reference site, to compare the effects of traffic pollution on lichen diversities. At each site, species richness, lichen mean sensitivity value (MK), air quality index of the forest stand/sample plot (LKI) and nitrogen impact value (N) were calculated and it was tested if there was any difference between the sites. Twenty-four species were observed in total, and Parmeliopsis ambigua and Hypogymnia physodes were the most common species at all sites. At Road E4, fewer lichen species were observed than at the other sites and this might be due to the impact of air pollution. The species richness at Road 600 was similar to that of the reference site, which might be explained by the improved air quality.

Det här arbetet sammanfattar resultatet av ett examensarbete med syfte att utvärdera produktionsplaneringssystemet som används på vissa av linerna vid Scania CV AB:s motorbearbetningsavdelning, även kallat DM, i Södertälje, och att bedöma systemets potential. DM består av ett gjuteri och flera bearbetningsverkstäder. Den största kunden är Scanias motormontering i Södertälje, dit leveranser sker flera gånger dagligen.DM lider generellt av långa ledtider genom produktionen, långa omställningstider och framförallt en väldig stor variation i produktmixen. För att kunna hantera detta bättre infördes under 2008 ett nytt planeringssystem på kamaxelline, och senare även på vevaxelline, vevstakeline och cylinderfoderline. Systemet bygger på cyklisk planering, där kundernas behov jämnas ut under en arbetsvecka och visualiseras i början av varje line.

Sverige är ett av få länder i Europeiska unionen som fortfarande har kvar allmän revisionsplikt i samtliga aktiebolag. Detta innebär att alla aktiebolag, stora som små, måste granskas av en kvalificerad revisor. Revisionen kan i många fall vara för omfattande och kostsam för det lilla bolaget. Den nya regeringen har därför tillsatt en utredning som skall se över hur ett avskaffande av revisionsplikten i de små aktiebolagen kan komma att ske. Revisorerna har idag många mindre aktiebolag som klienter.

Lyckeby Starch AB is a farmer-owned company that produces products based on potato starch. In order to increase their production efficiency and their international competitiveness the company is investigating the possibilities of keeping their factories open longer. To achieve this, potato has to be stored for a longer period of time than what is practiced today. Starch potato is usually stored in large piles covered by straw and plastic, either in the field or on the farmyard. The objective was to examine in what way starch yield (starch content*tuber weight) in three different potato varieties was affected by storage in two different types of storage piles. The potato was stored for three months in total and starch content and tuber weight were controlled throughout the period. Stored tubers were also visually examined and prescense of mechanical damage as well as wet rots and dry rots was recorded. Bacteria and fungi were isolated and identified. In general, varietal differences were greater than differences between the storage piles.

Idén till denna studie uppkom efter att vi tagit del av en tidigare studie. Den tidigare studien behandlade bilder i årsredovisningar och de tog upp olika budskap ett företag sänder via dessa. Resultaten de kom fram till var att företag har förutsättningar för att arbeta medvetet med att skapa budskap genom bilder i årsredovisningar. Vår uppsats går ut på att undersöka om budskapen ett företag sänder via bilderna i årsredovisningen når fram till mottagaren. Problemfrågan vi har är: når de budskap ett företag skickar via bilderna i årsredovisningen fram till dess mottagare? Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka om de budskap som sänds via bilderna i årsredovisningar når fram till mottagaren.

Skatteflykt är ett problem som har funnits och diskuterats under lång tid. Det har diskuterats hur skatteflykt kan definieras och vad som ingår i begreppet. Frågan har därmed uppkommit hur det ska bemötas och vilka motåtgärder som ska eller bör tillämpas. Av central betydelse för diskussionen är legalitetsprincipen och att skatt endast ska tas ut med stöd i lag. Att hitta en metod som både är effektiv och rättssäker har visat sig svårt och flera av motåtgärderna har mötts av kritik.

Döden angår oss alla och vår kulturella bakgrund har stor betydelse för hur vi möter den. Palliativ vård fokuserar på att ge stöd och lindring till döende patienter för att öka deras livskvalitet. Av Sveriges invånare har var sjätte utländsk bakgrund och detta ställer andra och delvis nya krav på sjukvården. Syftet med studien var att belysa faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskans palliativa omvårdnad till patienter från andra kulturer. Studien är en litteraturöversikt där tolv artiklar analyserats utifrån syftet.
