AbstractThe purpose with this essay is to get knowledge about the consequences that speech-defects bring for children in pre-school ages. I got interested in this matter when I, during my teaching practice, got in touch with children carrying this specific disorder. I chose to apply qualitative interview as a method to investigate this and as a starting-point I used these aspects: How does speech-defects affect learning, understanding, friendship relations, and development in general?I interviewed three pre-school teachers in two different schools. One school in a smaller District and the other one in a middle-sized town, in the middle of Sweden.

Med ett energikombinat vid Lillesjöverket vill Uddevalla Energi energieffektivisera samt sänka temperatur på återkommande fjärrvärmevatten, för att kunna utnyttja rökgaskondensorn effektivare. Uppdraget var att utreda mängden tillgänglig energi under sommarhalvåret och utföra en matematisk kalkyl som ska ligga till grund för val av tork. Valet stod mellan två alternativ av tork där storlek på värmeväxlararea och investeringskostnad skilde dem åt. Sedan följde dimensionering av fjärrvärmeledning samt cirkulationspump från fjärrvärmenätet till tork. Syftet var att ge Uddevalla Energi ett tekniskt beslutsunderlag för val av storlek på tork samt dimensionering av energiöverföring till densamma.

AbstractThere is a general perception that women are victims and men are the perpetrators of sexual offense. Female perpetrators of sexual crimes have been neglected in the research literature, because female sex offenders do not live up to preconceptions of female as motherly and caring. Females tend to be responsible for a very small portion of all crimes and are estimated to account for 1-2% of all sexual offenses. Theories use to discuss female sex offending include neutralization of behavior, mental health and feminist theory. The aim of the present study was to describe female sex offenders and examine the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim by analyzing court judgments.

Malmö, like many other bigger cities in Europe, faces a double undertaking when facing the challenges the future. Not only must the municipal be able to provide its citizens with welfare and a high standard of living, it must also establish a level of economic growth that allows the city to act as catalyst for the surrounding area. In order to provide the population with welfare and the economy with a qualified working force, these two challenges have been combined into one plan for the future called Welfare for Everybody. As part of this plan, new organisations have been created with the purpose collaborating with the social services office and support people in their transaction from welfare recipients to self-providing workers. The purpose of our thesis is to build on Michael Lipsky's classic work "Street-level Bureaucracy" and by conducting interviews with a number of front line workers study how they view their role, the client group and how they motivate the working line.

Distriktssköterskor kommer ofta i kontakt med patienter som lider och är i behov av tröst. Tröst är ett samspel som kräver att både distriktssköterskan och patienten medverkar. Studiens syfte var att studera distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av att förmedla tröst. Metod: En kvalitativ intervjustudie genomfördes. Distriktssköterskor (n=11) verksamma vid vårdcentraler alternativt inom kommunal hemsjukvård intervjuades om sina erfarenheter av att förmedla tröst.

The papers purpose is to examine how the Botkyrka and Huddinge municipalities implement their juvenile law offenders' programs. The paper briefly and concisely outlines the history of juvenile offenders and the social services programs dealing with them. We focus on how two municipalities?, Huddinge and Botkyrka, implement these programs. The municipalities belong to the same judicial District,?Södertörns tingsrätt?.

This study has been carried out in the spring of 2014 on behalf of PQR Consult AB in Stockholm. The aim of the study has been to analyse the energy usage of the building Skarpövägen 1 in order to explore the possibilites of saving energy by using appropriate equipment. These possible solutions have been simulated by using the programe IDA Indoor Climate and Energy, combined with a life cycle cost analysis. The laundry building, Skarövägen 23, has also been analysed due to its high amount of energy usage. The result of the energy analysis showed that the energy usage was much higher than the energy declaration.

Bakgrund: Hälsofrämjande arbete är en del av distriktssköterskans arbetsuppgifter. För att kunna erbjuda detta till äldre vårdtagare i hemsjukvården behövs ökad kunskap om hur distriktssköterskan utför det hälsofrämjande arbetet i sitt praktiska arbete. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskriva distriktssköterskans hälsofrämjande arbete med äldre vårdtagare i hemsjukvården. Metod: Kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med åtta distriktssköterskor. Materialet analyserades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

This report contains a study of replacing nuclear power with biofuel. The nuclear plant, OKG north of Oskarshamn in Sweden has been chosen and an extensive literature study about the nuclear plant has been implemented. The main aspect of this report is the availability of biofuels and whether it would be economically sustainable. Sweden?s most common biofuels are examined with regard to scope of use and potential.

The purpose of this study is to review the legal situation of the psychosocial work enivronment for principals. The purpose is also to get an increased understanding for how the principals work environment can affect people involved in the swedish school. The psychosocial work environment is explained through studying European law, national law and case law. The principals work situation is studied by different sources, for example from the Work Environment Agency and a report from the Swedish School Agency. The legal dogmatic method has been applied with the legal sociology method to analyze the material.

The focus of myinvestigation has been the municipality public libraries in Vienna,and mainly the three libraries in the third District of the city. Themethod I have used is literature studies, examining and analysingsource material from the internal archive of the public libraries inVienna. I have also used the qualitative interview method in orderto examine the situation in the selected libraries Rabengasse,Erdbergstraße and Fasangasse.As there is no common library law, there are significantdifferences in the library structure in different parts of Austria andeach municipality decides how they want to prioritize the libraries.Since the public libraries of Vienna are well organized together inBüchereien Wien, the library structure in the separate librarybranches is coordinated.

This diploma-work assess the public outdoor space. It has its starting point in, Ålidhem, a town District of Umeå. I have been studying public spaces in the outdoor environment. In this essay this refers to the spaces between the houses. What they are, what they contain, how they function and how they can improved.

This master thesis is an attempt to study the joint-use solutions between the public library and the public preschool in the local District Kristineberg in the community of Borås. The two main questions are; what kind of joint-use library is the activity at Kristineberg? What kind of advantages and disadvantages do the actors experience from the joint-use activity at Kristineberg? The analysis is based upon the interviews with eight informants with different connections to the joint-use library and public preschool. I also use documental analysis and literature studies. Relevant theories, such as Andersson´s and Skot-Hansen´s analysis of the role of the public library and Bundys, Imhoff´s and Dornseif´s theories about joint-use libraries are presented and later used in the analysis.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om vuxna styrketränande personer i Mellansverige hade kunskap om de kosttillskott de konsumerade samt att undersöka den vanligaste anledningen för konsumtionen. För att besvara detta syfte blev metoden av kvantitativ ansats med enkät. Enkäten som användes till denna studie kom ifrån två olika, redan gjorda, studier med redan testade frågor. De frågor som stämde bäst emot studiens syfte togs ur dessa enkäter och sattes ihop till den enkät som användes till denna studie. Tjugosju enkäter besvarades och av dessa kunde tjugo användas och analyseras.
