Introduktion: Stress i arbetslivet har ökat i samhället och undersökningar visar att arbetsrelaterad stress är vanligare hos dem som arbetar med människor exempelvis inom hälso- och sjukvården. Tidigare forskning pekar på att det finns många olika stressfaktorer i arbetet som orsakar stress hos sjuksköterskor och distriktssköterskor. Att kunna hantera stress genom att använda sig av egna strategier kan bidra till att minska den. Distriktssköterskors yrke innefattar ett brett kompetensområde där många olika arbetsuppgifter inkluderas. Förutom att vårda och hjälpa patienter på olika sätt har hon eller han också ett ansvar att styra, organisera och förbättra arbetet inom det egna arbetsområdet.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att granska vetenskaplig litteratur med avsikt att undersöka vilka riskfaktorer som leder till utbrändhet bland sjuksköterskor samt hur dessa kan förebyggas..

Background:Studies show that when nurses are experiencing problems in the care of non-Swedish speaking patients, it is often due to obstacles in the communication. Studies also show that a prerequisite for adequate care is that there is a basis for a direct communication. Nurses perceive interpreters as an important link to the patient when they do not share a mutual language, the nurses perceive interpreters as a bridge in the conversation.Aim:The purpose of the study is to describe nurses' experiences of the quality of assessments done with the help of an interpreter.Method:The study was conducted through interviews with ten nurses, working at psychiatric clinics. Qualitative content analysis was used for the analysis, which resulted in five categories.Results:The analysis resulted in one theme: "it´s the interpreter who tells me and have not the feeling that the patient has" and five categories: "shades of the language", "conversation structure", "the interpreter's competence", "interpreting implementing" and "the interpreter's gender and origin". The nurses experience working with interpreters as a challenge.

Background: Corporal punishment has been banned in Sweden since 1979. Child abuse is known to exist in all cultures and social classes in our society. Therefore the nurse must be aware of this working with children.Aim: The aim of this study was to describe how nurses' can identify signs and symptoms of child abuse.Method: A literature review of ten articles containing six quantitative and four qualitative studies published between the years of 2000 and 2012. A content analysis was performed where similarities emerged in themes and subthemes.Results: The findings were signs and symptoms which concerns physical, psychological and social behaviors seen in child abuse. Additional findings were; an insecurity and lack of knowledge among nurses working with children.

AbstractThe aim of this study was to illuminate and collect existing research from the beginning of the 21 st century about nurses work environment in institutional and elderly care in Sweden.A literature review was made by analyzing eleven scientific articles. The result showed mainly information about nurses work load. The information dealt with high work demands, too much responsibility, shortage of staff, time press and stress. Furthermore nurses reported a lack of co-operation between staff and management. An important part in nurses? work was appreciation from colleagues, management, patients and relatives.

Introduction: In the past years children in primary school age has become increasingly sedentary. One of the school nurses' main task is to provide tools for students to make healthy choices. During the health visit, the school nurse gets the opportunity to inform and talk about health and physical activity with the students.Aim: To describe how shool nurses? work to motivate students to physical activity.Methods: The authors have conducted a pilot study that will form the basis for a large-scale study. Four nurses were interviewed using an interview guide based on open-ended questions and a qualitative content analysis was used when the interviews were analyzed.Results: The analysis revealed two categories and four subcategories.

The purpose of this essay was to examine female and male nursing students expectations and goals referring to the nursing profession from a gender perspective and examining the students reasons to apply for nursing school. A descriptive study with qualitative design was implemented. Data acquisition was made through interviewing ten nurse students, five male and five female. The interview material were analysed in accordance with Kvale?s method of analyzing.

Method: The authors have conducted an interview study with qualitative approach. The sampling method used was a convenience sample. The informants were recruited at a school after the authors received the principal's approval. Eight semi-structured interviews were performed with an interview guide for support.

Bakgrund: Alla patienter oavsett diagnos skall tillförsäkras en palliativ vård i livets slut på lika villkor över hela landet. Forskning visar att den äldre patienten inte alltid ges möjlighet att ta del av denna typ av vård. Det finns en tydlig trend mot att äldre människor i större utsträckning kommer att vårdas i sitt hem till livets slut. För distriktssköterskan innebär detta att ställas inför nya utmaningar i sin profession för att kunna ge dessa patienter palliativ vård. Den äldre människan i livets slut genomgår en transition.

För att ge föräldrarna i den svenska barnhälsovården ett bra och individuellt stöd är det viktigt att det skapas en god vårdrelation mellan föräldrar och sjuksköterska. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa de faktorer som är betydelsefulla för vårdrelationen mellan föräldrar och sjuksköterska i barnhälsovården i Sverige. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie. Nio vetenskapliga kvantitativa och kvalitativa artiklar granskades avseende vetenskaplig kvalité och analyserades därefter. I resultatet framkom fyra kategorier av faktorer som påverkar vårdrelationen mellan föräldrar och sjuksköterska i barnhälsovården.

Background: Sleeping is a condition that is necessary for all people because the body isgiven time to recover. Studies have shown that patients found it difficult to sleep during thehospital stay and it turned out to be several factors that disturbed the sleep during the night.The nurse should note the patient?s need for sleep and take into account environmental andother sleep disturbances to be able to implement nursing interventions. Purpose: The purposeof this study was to elucidate the factors that interfere with patient?s sleep duringhospitalization and nursing care to promote the patient?s ability to sleep.

In an attempt to prevent ground damage and to reduce harvesting costs, StoraEnso's districts Värmbodal and Fryken, selected a number of final felling areas where the base roads have been marked by planners in the districts. The parties involved in the experiment are mainly planners, harvester operators and forwarder operators. The purpose of this paper is to determine the findings of this trial and to find cost savings or lost revenue. This has been done with a sample of interviews from the involved parties who logged the chosen felling areas. Literature about the interview process has been used to facilitate data collection, interpretation and analysis of the material. If we look at profitability based on assumed income and expenditure, revenue per MWh would be 63 SEK.
