Det här examensarbetet består av två delar som syftar till att generera en metod för hur man marknadsför dataspel till en målgrupp av tjejer mellan 16-18 år. Den reflekterande texten visar den teoretiska grunden för metoden, och verksdelen, en marknadsplan för ett fiktivt actionspel, exemplifierar den.Marknadsföringen behöver rikta sig till målgruppen om den skall kunna locka fler tjejer till att spela. Att inkludera dataspel i befintliga normer, som t.ex. att actionspel är spel som spelas tillsammans med vänner, samt visa avatarer målgruppen kan identfiera sig med, är två viktiga aspekter för en lyckad marknadsföring.Om tjejerna fångas upp när de enligt statistiken skulle sluta spela dataspel, finns det potential att bredda målgruppen för fler dataspelsgenrer. Branschen får fler personer att sälja spel till, och fler kvinnor får ta del av de positiva effekter dataspelande bidrar till..

The problem presented in this report is that of finding a method to calculate the lift force from a single-element airfoil of arbitrary shape. A number of restrictions are used in order to simplify calculations while retaining reasonable accuracy. The problem is solved for the two-dimensional case only and no finite-wing effects are taken into account. Furthermore, inviscid and incompressible flow is assumed. The method used to solve the problem is the vortex panel method, with vortex singularities distributed over simplified airfoil geometry.

I den här uppsatsen går vi igenom processen att skapa en applikation som kan strömma media i hög kvalitet till ett fåtal personer.Vi börjar med att gå igenom och undersöka olika typer av strömningstekniker som finns tillgängliga samt hur dessa passar vår applikation.Vi nämner även kort andra företag som idag redan erbjuder liknande tjänster, vad vi anser de har för fördelar och nackdelar och hur dessa kan inspirera oss. Sedan diskuterar vi olika utvecklingsmetoder och tillvägagångssätt för utveckling av applikationer som finns dokumenterade, och väljer en metod baserad på den diskussionen.Efter det går vi igenom, steg för steg, hur själva utvecklingen går till. På senare år har intresset för att föra in estetik i MDI-teorin ökat kraftigt. Insikten om att användares känslor inför interaktiva artefakter spelar stor roll för tillfredställelsen och användarupplevelsen har medfört ett fokusskifte inom området och flertalet teorier om användares estetiska upplevelser av interaktion har framkommit. Detta arbete har tagit som utgångspunkt de teorier som siktar på att stödja designers arbete med att utforma estetiska interaktioner genom att identifiera manipulerbara attribut i artefakters interaktionsestetiska gestalt. En explorativ användarstudie har genomförts med målet att belysa hur upplevelsen av hastighet och tempo förändras genom införandet av animationer i ett gränssnitt. Resultaten visar på att toningsanimationer i övergångar i ett interaktivt system kan leda till ett långsammare och mjukare intryck av systemet men även att långsamma animationer i vissa fall kan leda till att systemet upplevs som snabbare.

Steel is an excellent material to build with, but consideration must be given to the fact that unprotected steel corrodes, rusts, therefore, as a rule, the steel must be protected in some way. This can be done by reducing the tendency of the steel to corrode by using stainless steel or by treating the steel with a protection method. The two most common methods of protection are corrosion protection paint and zinc coating. To determine the method, the corrosive category must first be evaluated and this is done in accordance to EN ISO 12944-2:1998.Stainless steel is available in many varieties but only some of them have properties that make them suitable for use as construction steels. There are many factors to be considered in the design of stainless steel to prevent corrosion from occurring.

The first four AP-funds have a well-diversified Swedish portfolio, which is managed in similar way as the largest Swedish bank funds. Up until today, there has not been any comparable study that focuses specifically on this part of the AP-funds. Our aim is two-folded; First we will look at how well the AP-funds have managed their Swedish assets compared with Swedish funds of the four largest banks in Sweden during 2002-2006. This will be done by looking at some important key ratios and both absolute and active return. Secondly we will present a descriptive analysis of the management structure within the respective organisations, to be able to draw conclusions regarding the possible deviations in investment return.

During the last decade, there has been an increase in the use of technology-based self-services within the retail sector. The increase is particularly noticeable within the grocery market. The reason behind the increased use of these systems is partially due to the fact that companies within highly competitive retail markets continually look for ways of decreasing costs while upholding efficiency. The problem is that it is difficult to understand the true economical implications of investments relating to these machines. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka vilka emotionella omvårdnadsbehov patienterna hade innan operation och hur sjuksköterskan på bästa sätt kunde lindra dem. Metoden var en litteraturstudie baserad på vetenskapliga artiklar med dels en kvalitativ ansats (n= 5) och dels en kvantitativ (n= 10). Artikelsökningarna gjordes via sökmotorn ELIN och databaserna CINAHL och PubMED. Artiklarna var etiskt godkända samt publicerade mellan 2000-2010 och skrivna på engelska. De granskades med hjälp av granskningsmallar.

Detta examensarbete utfördes på Syntronics kontor i Linköping. De hade en idé om att göra en porttelefon med hjälp av ett kretskort som de själva utvecklat, Midrange-plattformen. Detta kretskort är till för att vara flexibelt och kunna användas till olika syften.De förutsättningar jag utgick ifrån var att fortsätta på ett annat projekt som hade undersökt möjligheterna till att koppla in en videokamera till Midrange-plattformen. Jag skulle således fortsätta med samma hårdvara som de valt ut och använt.Min uppgift var att utveckla en Android tablet-app samt ta fram ett protokoll för överföring av bilder/video från Midrange-plattformen till Androidappen.Resultatet blev en Androidapp och ett egendefinierat protokoll för överföring av bilder. Men då problem uppstod med användningen av den kamera som jag fick gjordes istället en simulerad version av Midrange-plattformen med inkopplad kamera..

Underdrainage is a costly investment but often a necessity to maintain rationalized plant cultivation, one can also see underdrainage as insurance to successful plant cultivation. Late ripening crops, low yield and difficult tillage cultivation are examples on an insufficient drainage. (Kvarnemo 1983) A drained field rise in land price and the scheme of the tiled drains is seen as a value item. The interest for underdrainage among the farmers follows with shifting economic situations within agriculture and has for long time been low. A big part of the Swedish tiled drainage systems is since 1930 and ahead. Many of these tiled drainage systems need to be replaced or complemented. The life length of one tiled drainage system varies with maintenance but can still remain in good function after 75 years with correct management.

The main purpose of a Flight Data Recorder (FDR) is to facilitate the investigation of incidents. In order to interpret the data that has been recorded in the FDR the data has to be visualized in some way. This can be done with software on a computer or with hardware that is specific for the model of aircraft that the data originates from.The aim of this project is to visualize data for six parameters from the FDR of Saab 2000 in an avionics rig. The avionics rig resembles the cockpit of Saab 2000 and the displays in it are identical to the ones found in the plane. All six parameters are shown on the same display.Due to safety regulation vital systems in aircraft are doubled, with one system on the left side and one on the right.

During the past 10 years Sweden has updated its penal code for sexual crimes twice. Despite this few are convicted for the crime of rape in Sweden. As the majority of perpetrators being male, this is a problem concerning women?s rights to respect for their bodies and personal integrity. A possible explanation, and this study?s point of departure is a potential discrepancy between the intention of the law and the interpretation of the same as the Swedish legal system rests on a foundation of legal positivism.

Through a case study, I wanted to find out what advantages and disadvantages local companies consider with scrum and what they think about its future. To find out what scrum is, I read the literature and scientific articles and then wrote surveys based on my thoughts. Further, I also wanted to find out if it?s possible to use scrum in a school environment and therefore I visited a high school class who used scrum in one of their projects. The result was good but could have been better as it requires more training of scrum to understand everything. The surveys were distributed to various local companies. After having received a lot of answers, I concluded that the clear priority was the most positive feature of scrum and the most negative was that it was difficult to get the rest of the organization to understand scrum, which creates problems. Both high school class and local companies believe in scrum?s future, even if they think scrum will be partially modified to adapt to the software-development in the future.
