The market for security is one filled with great opportunities. The security services companies are numerous and diverse, the Swedish market is dominated by two large companies: Securitas Bevakning AB and Falck Security AB. In this study we have focused on the bigger of the two, Securitas. This report describes and analysis the security service branch and its surroundings in an involved manner. The target group of the result is mainly people within the security branch.

För en mindre aktör på detaljhandelsmarknaden krävs nya vägar att differentiera sig när större, väletablerade kedjor erbjuder likartade sortiment till liknande priser. Parfymeri L är ett familjeföretag med butiker i fem svenska städer som säljer selektiv kosmetik. De satsar på att erbjuda personlig service och uppger att personalen är den viktigaste resursen för ett företag i deras position.

The purpose of this thesis is to explore the experiences and views some users have of the library environment and services of the University Library of Halmstad. The main question to be answered in this thesis is what importance the users attribute to the library environment and services while pursuing their most recent library errand. To answer this question a study of relevant literature on the subjects of library environment, library services and user-surveys in other academic libraries was carried out and a questionnaire was distributed to 22 respondents in the process of visiting the University of Halmstad Library. The literature background and the results of the conducted study were interpreted and discussed and led to the following conclusions: 3 respondents encounters with the library environment and its services were negative in part and thus their experiences and views were relevant to the completion of their library errands. The other respondents? encounters confirmed their overall positive earlier experiences and views of the library environment and its services, but had no real concrete significance for the completion of their library errands..

The aim of this study was to examine the possibilities to enter the regular labour market for pupils and young adults with intellectual disabilities. The method used is tape-recorded qualitative interviews with; Two pupils with intellectual disabilities, studying the last year at a special school. Two young adults with intellectual disabilities, former pupils at a special school and at the moment in search of work at a Public Employment Service office for young adults with disabilities. Furthermore were interviews made with two professionals, one student counsellor at a special school and one representative at a Public Employment Service office for young adults with disabilities. For analysing the empirical data, Iris Marion Young's theory about Five Faces of Oppression, Crip theory and Dalrymple and Burkes theory about empowerment was used.

Detta examensarbete innefattar en kundenkätundersökning i Kalix kommun där 500 st slumpvis utvalda personer får medverka genom att besvara 47 st frågor som handlar bland annat om gator, parker, vatten och avlopp samt sophämtning i Kalix kommun. En viktig del i en kommuns trovärdighet gentemot medborgarna är att de får göra sin röst hörd. Ett sätt är att medborgarna får medverka i en kundenkätundersökning där de kan svara på frågor som gäller den tekniska servicen i kommunen. Med hjälp av denna undersökning kan kommunen ta del av medborgarnas svar och synpunkter och bemöta dem. Syftet med examensarbetet är att undersöka vad Kalixborna anser om kommunens gator, parker, vatten och avlopp och sophämtningen, och hur de kan vara med och påverka kommunens tekniska service och på det sättet underlätta för Kalix kommun till förbättringar inom dessa områden.

SyfteSyftet med intervjuundersökningen var att ta reda på om eleverna medverkar i planeringen i ämnet Idrott och Hälsa och vad de kan påverka. Delaktighet har olika innebörder i olika sammanhang, delaktighet i yrkeslivet kan handla om arbetsmoral och delaktighet i skolan om integrering eller elevinflytande.Metod6 elever i åk 4-6 intervjuades i en ostrukturerad intervjuundersökning där de först deltog i en gruppdiskussion. Från dessa sex elever gjordes ett urval där tre elever fick medverka i en personlig intervjuundersökning för att ta reda på hur väl eleverna kände sig delaktiga och vilket inflytande de hade i skolan i planeringen inom ämnet Idrott och Hälsa . Vid intervjutillfället användes papper och penna.ResultatEleverna ansåg att läraren bestämmer det mesta i innehållet i ämnet Idrott och Hälsa. De aktiviteter eleverna hade varit med och planerat med läraren var olika lekar och bollsporter.

E-handeln har haft en enorm tillväxt de senaste åren och börjar konkurrera ut detaljhandeln på marknaden. Internets utveckling har bidragit till att konsumenter idag kan handla enklare och billigare genom e-handel. Ett problem som företagen ständigt står inför är att identifiera vilka faktorer som tillfredställer konsumentens behov på bästa möjliga sätt.Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur faktorerna; avstånd, tid, pris, bra service och information i relation till varandra påverkar konsumentens val mellan e-handel respektive detaljhandel vid köp av mobiltelefon och böcker. Dessutom avser vi att studera likheter och skillnader mellan män och kvinnor.Resultatet från denna undersökning bygger på en kvantitativ enkätundersökning utförd med hjälp av studenter i Ekonomikum vid Uppsala Universitet. Studenter anser att pris och information är de viktigaste faktorerna vid köp av mobiltelefon, medan pris och tid är mest viktiga vid köp av böcker.

Kommunen har som mål i samhällsbyggandet att förnya och förtäta det bebyggda stadsområdet. De vill fortsätta med stadsbyggandet bland annat längs med Bäveån till Inre Hamnområdet. Kommunen vill även ha en blandad bebyggelse med bostäder, verksamheter och service. Att förnya och förtäta i befintliga områden, i det här fallet Inre hamnområdet, leder därför till korta avstånd för de boende till arbete och service. I och med en utbyggnad av Inre Hamnområdet kommer centrum att utökas mot sydväst och därmed få större vattenkontakt. En förnyelse skall stärka samt komplettera stadens centrum och attraktivitet. Inre Hamnområdet utgör med andra ord ett högintressant område med ett centralt läge med möjligheter till bra kommunikationsmöjligheter, service och attraktivt boende.

In today?s ever-evolving society the use of cash is replaced by digital services in the banking sector. Some local banks restrict manual cash handling while others remove it completely. This essay examines how management accounting is affected by restricted cash handling. The theory clarifies that management accounting strategies create guidelines and provides specific framework for employees and managers in the organization.

The aim of this study was to investigate which attitudes young men and women at gym have to doping and supplements in Gästrikland. Method: This study is based on a cross sectional study design where a quantitative approach was used by 60 questionnaires which were distributed at different gyms in Gästrikland. Result: It was found that the majority had a relative negative attitude to doping, those who used supplements had a slightly more positive attitude to some of the statements compared with those who did not use supplements. Overall, the results showed a positive attitude to supplements. Compared with previous studies, it was found in the study that a smaller proportion didn?t agree that it is up to each one to use doping substances.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyse the private researchers encounter with the Royal Library, national library of Sweden. The main focus is on answering the two questions: who is the private researcher and what is his/her impression of the Royal Library? These questions are answered from the vantage point of the following theoretical perspectives: library anxiety, Bourdieu, library architecture, gender studies and service management. The methods used are qualitative interviews, and textual analysis using the printout of these taped interviews along with notes and an earlier user study as material. The conclusions are that barriers with staff is the most frequent factor of library anxiety in the private researcher at the Royal Library, and mechanical barriers the least frequent.

The purpose of this study is to examine immigrants' experiences of social services' treatmentand their expectations of social services. In this study we have used the following questions:how immigrants have experienced the treatment of the social service, the way in whichimmigrants would like to be treated by social services as well as what kind of beliefs andexpectations immigrants have concerning the social services' duties and powers. We haveused a qualitative method in the study that consists of ten semi-structured interviews. Thetheoretical concepts we have used are culture, ethnicity, cultural competence, professionalismand social psychology. The survey reveals a majority of negative experiences, such as afeeling of being ?tossed around?, suspicion and discrimination by the caseworkers due to theethnicity of the respondents.

The purpose of this study has been to investigate which factors are important with foster home placing, to achieve a positive result for the child. The questions that we have focused on is the importance of the child's earlier experiences and relations, the foster homes attitude and approach, the social service organization and the cooperation between these concerned parties. We have also looked at the importance that the relation between the biological family, the child and the foster home can have. This study has been carried out using qualitative interviews with several foster homes, social welfare secretaries and a researcher in the area. We have also chosen to separate the foster homes on the basis of two foster homes only accepting teenagers while other accepting younger children.The theoretical concepts we have chosen to use are connected to attachment theory and the ecology of human development point of view.

They have been thinking of improving their way of work for several years but haven?t had the time to do so. Now they have realized they need to work more efficiently to able to grow further.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the ways in which emotion regulation and mood affects risk taking when it comes to decision making competence. Emotion regulation is an essential part of the attachment process, the development of an autonomous self and functional stress coping systems. Research indicates that there is a relation between a distorted emotion regulation and some psychological disorders like depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders and borderline (or instable emotional personality disorder). There is a definite need to analyze the relation between emotion regulation and decision making competence since it is relatively unexplored. A digital questionnaire was distributed amongst the participants.
