From policy to practice - a study of textile companies view about challenges with implementing CSR policies examine the textile companies awareness of which challenges there are with the implementation of codes of conduct in a global supply chain, as well as to analyze how the companies deal with the challenges. With increased globalization many companies have chosen to outsource entire or parts of the production in various developing and newly industrialized countries. However, the working conditions in these countries do not always fulfill the labor standards that are defined in various conventions. The society began demanding companies to take social responsibility. The social responsibility goes under the term Corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The strategy when you change the visual part of the brand identity is often referred to as Corporate rebranding and is seen as a good way to show that a company has undergone a change. Despite high risks and high costs, this strategy has become more common and there are companies today who make the choice to change an already well-known graphic profile. This phenomenon is what underlies this essay?s problem statement: Why does a company with an already well-known graphic profile choose to change it and how does the process behind the change occur? In what way have the company?s customers recognized the change and how has the company?s image changed in this context? The purpose of this essay is therefore to explore the process that occurs when a company in the sport and fashion industry changes its visual identity and to explore how the company?s customers have perceived the change.To fulfil the purpose of the essay a case study was carried out on a company?s Corporate rebranding process. The company that was chosen was the Swedish sports retail chain Stadium Sweden AB who decided to change its graphic profile even though their logo was one of the two most recognized in their field.

Most companies have a bottleneck in their production, that is a constraining re-source. When the demand is higher than the capacity in the constraining resource it is impossible to produce the demanded output. This problem leads to delayed deliveries, unhappy customers and ultimately to decreased revenue. Abstract The IT- business is a fast growing business trade. This expansive line of business continuously demands flexibility both economically and legally. It is, today, of great importance to have knowledge about your own trade especially when it comes to new agreements. Laws and regulations are seldom flexible and adaptable tools, this is due to the fact it takes time to create new laws and, above all, it takes time to create laws with the right effect. This is where standard agreements enter the scene.

This report treats whether it is viable to invest in solar heating to heat the therapy pool at Östersunds Rehabcentrum. The rehab center is owned by the county council of Jämtland and is located on Solliden in Östersund city. The solar heating where supposed to be a complement to the district heating that was heating the pool in the current situation. Later, it however showed that this was not the case. The pool is currently being heated by a radiator circuit that is being heated by the district heating.

Bakgrund: Caring (vårdande vård) är kärnan inom nursing (omvårdnad) och det sker i mötet mellan sjuksköterska och patient. Det bygger på en intim, personlig relation som på många sätt påminner och en vänskapsrelation dock skiljer sig denna relation från en autentisk vänskap då det ingår i sjuksköterskans ansvar att sörja för patienten. Att sörja för patienten på ett caring sätt och samtidigt upprätthålla en professionell distans är svårt och sjuksköterskor kan bli för engagerade med exempelvis utbrändhet som följd. Hur detta ska undvikas utan att förlora caring är dock inte utrett. Balansakten mellan närhet och distans är således komplicerad.

Inledning: Bandy är en vinterlagsport som innehåller både fysiska och tekniska krav. Till författarnas kännedom finns begränsat med vetenskaplig forskning om bandyspelares fysiska krav under match. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva manliga elitbandyspelares rörelseprofiler utifrån total distans, maximal hastighet, medelhastighet, speltid, hastighetszoner och acceleration under matchsituation mellan olika spelarpositioner. Metod: Datainsamlingen utfördes med tio hertz GPS-enheter på ett elitserielag i bandy från mellersta Sverige under säsongen 2014/15. Sex till åtta manliga elitbandyspelare studerades under elva matchtillfällen.

Denna essä tar sin utgångspunkt i två självupplevda händelser som speglar varandra i form av kaosartat spring inomhus och strukturerad rörelseaktivitet utomhus. Händelserna skapar starka motsatta känslor inom mig och jag undrar varför jag anser att det ibland är okej att röra på sig och ibland inte. Syftet med denna essä är att studera rörelse på förskolan utifrån olika perspektiv och utvinna kunskap om vad rörelse på förskolan innebär. Genom att undersöka flera olika perspektiv på rörelse har jag en vision om att skaffa mig tillräckligt med kunskap för att skapa bra förutsättningar för barns rörelse inomhus. Miljön ska locka alla individer oavsett kön och därför har jag även valt att undersöka vad tidigare forskning säger om pojkars och flickors rörelse. Frågorna som ligger till grund för studien öppnar upp för att distansera mig från dilemmat och skapa förståelse genom nya perspektiv.

This thesis is an evaluation of a new design concept for statorfeets in Gallejaur hydro power plant. Founder of the work is Vattenfall AB Vattenkraft. During the 70- and 80´s nuclear power began to be phased in to the Swedish grid, which meant that hydropower became an important source of rules. The generators began running in so called intermittent operations instead of basic operations, which meant 300-600 start/stop per year instead of one-ten numbers start/stop per year. In order to deal with the thermal forces that arise at every start and stop suppliers began to mount so called sliding joints, which is to take advantage of these forces and maintain the stator shape.

It´s important when you are about to build a new stable or just increasing your production that you choose the right housing system and that it fits your own farm. In this study I have put together facts about different housing system for fattening bulls in order to get a clearer picture of witch system is the most suitable for my own farm depending on the conditions I have. The background of this work is my own interest for breeding bulls and I will hopefully increase my own production. Due to this I wanted to learn more and increase my knowledge about different housing systems. Through a literature study I have found out the facts about the housing systems I find suitable for housing bulls.

I?ve tried to find the most effective and cost effective way to harvest straw for energy recovery.You can choose between round bales and big square bales. Square bales are the cheapest way to produce straw for fuel recovery because you can optimize the length of the bales so they fit the transportation equipment.In the Malmö area the average days of harvesting hay is 55. The effectively of transportation depends mostly of the speed, the distance and density of the bales. To increase the capacity of bale transportation larger loads and higher density of the bales is necessary.

Wooden joist slabs is a common type of floor in residential buildings. Higher demand and production of residential buildings increases the possibilities of profiting by optimizing the system of joists in a variety of areas. Spring and deflection is something most people can relate to since it?s not that uncommon to hear furniture rattle when you walk over a wooden floor. To remove the presence of those kinds of vibrations the system of joists have to be made stiffer than the standard joist construction that is used in today?s constructions.

Back problems are well noticed in horses, especially in horses used for riding. Kissing spines (impingement of the dorsal spinous processes) are often found at radiographic examinations of the thoracic spine. Kissing spines is a radiological diagnosis, indicating that parts of at least two adjacent dorsal spinous processes are in contact with each other. It is not uncommon that horses without clinical signs of back problems have some degree of kissing spines. It is therefore not sufficient with a radiographic examination to say that the cause of pain is kissing spines.
