The aim of this study was to examine if transformational leadership, transactional leadership, gender, educational level, income and age predict work motivation, referring to Herzberg?s motivation-hygiene theory. According to past research the factors above increase work motivation. The study was brought about with a survey based on the Multi Factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5X), Herzberg?s motivation-hygiene theory and demographic items.

This simplifies the ability to change team members in order to enforce creativity and keep clients on a long-term basis. In turn the final product/service improves, which creates long-term relationships. I denna uppsats undersöks hur användarna på det virtuella nätverket facebook väljer att framställa sig själva samt vad som ger social status därpå, och detta ur ett genusperspektiv. Facebook är ett socialt virtuellt nätverk som baserar dig på relationer förankrade utanför internet, och har på en mycket kort tid nått en stor spridning. Facebook är därför en social arena som möjliggör nya möjligheter men även begräsningar i presentationen av jaget. Uppsatsens resultat baseras på en innehållsanalys av statusuppdateringar och bilder från facebook, som analyserats utifrån relevant sociologisk teoribildning. De resultat som framkommit ur analysen tyder på att den framställning som görs av användarna på facebook är en idealiserad och ytlig sådan, där båda könen strävar efter att framstå som populära, framgångsrika och lyckade.

Sustainability is today a current topic and companies are more or less forced to work with it even though it contradicts the historical role of companies, which is to generate a profit for shareholders. In recent years there has been a rising interest from banks to work with sustainability but research has shown a growing Dissatisfaction among customers even though banks are spending a lot of money and time working with sustainability. The aim of this report is to give a picture of how attitudes and behaviours of owners of environment cars look like and how they can be influenced. The alignment lies on environmental cars which run on biogas and ethanol which both are renewable fuels. The starting point is to sort out if it is environmental thinking that controls the choice and use of an environmental car. The feeling is that there are many other factors that can be more controlling, for example the price and the quality of the car. The result of the questionnaire survey which is the foundation of the report shows however that those who buy an environmental car do it mostly because of environmental reasons.

IntroductionStatistics show a declining trend despite the many benefits of breastfeeding.AimThe aim was to investigate how new mothers experienced the care associated with childbirth, with focus on breastfeeding.MethodThe study included mothers who gave birth in a hospital in the middle region of Sweden during 2011, and who responded to an online survey (n?1000). The present study was based upon answers from the open questions concerning Dissatisfaction and suggestions for improvement and have been categorized using content analysis.ResultsMothers described failure in several areas, with a negative impact on breastfeeding. Many experienced that they had not been seen and treated like an individual, and that the healthcare staff had been unpleasant, impersonal, ignorant and stressed. We have found that the majors now are in the leading edge of music distribution due to technology and that is a first. We have focused this essay on if the consumption of music has changed the distribution of it or the other way around and found that people have changed their ways of consuming music over the years and the labels have always been forced to adapt.

In recent years, many efforts on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferations have been made by non-nuclear states and civil society. The hypothesis is that the amount of knowledge and application of this knowledge regarding sustainable development differs in the purchase process between large and small tour operators.This paper was carried out as a case study.
