Ett sätt att ta tillvara på de anställdas problemlösningsförmåga och kreativitet är att använda sig av förslagsverksamhet. Förslagsverksamhet är ett system för insamling, bedömning och ersättning för förslag som kommer från de anställda i företaget. Förslagsverksamheten utvecklades kraftigt under 1980-talet vilket forskaren Göran Ekvall fångade upp i sina studier på Vattenfall och Volvo (1987-1992). Centralt för Ekvalls studier var att ansvaret för förslagsverksamheten delegerades till personer hierarkiskt sett närmare förslagsställaren. Ur Ekvalls studier har fyra dimensioner kunnat urskiljas: Bedömnings- och värderingsprocessen, belöningen, inlämningsproceduren och ledningens engagemang.SyfteI denna uppsats har vi undersökt på vilket sätt förslagsverksamheten har utvecklats i svenska tillverkande företag under de senaste tio åren.

This study examines how professional social workers relate to problematic computer and video gaming as an addiction. It is a qualitative interview study aimed to describe and analyze how professional social workers, who in some way work with problematic computer gaming, relate to the player?s problems in terms of a concept of dependency. The theoretical approach is based on social constructivist theories of discourses, normality, the definition of dependency and diagnoses. The study was conducted through five qualitative half structured definition interviews with professional social workers that work directly or comes in contact with problematic computer gaming.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka projektbeställares syn på relationen med projektledare.Detta skulle förhoppningsvis skapa en större förståelse för projektbeställarens roll i relationenmed projektledaren. Studien utfördes med Wisén och Linbloms (1993) indelning avprojektdirektivet i två dimensioner, kontrakt samt process, som utgångspunkt. Dessa tvådimensioner var utgångspunkter för studien där kontraktet sågs som det formella dokumentetsom upprättas i inledningen av ett projekt och processen som den öppna och ärliga dialog sombör finnas mellan projektbeställaren och projektledaren. Den öppna och ärliga dialogen deladestudien in i begreppen kommunikation och förtroende och studien fokuserade därmed på trehuvudaspekter av relationen mellan projektbeställare och projektledare: Det formella kontraktet,kommunikation samt förtroende. Efter att ha gjort denna indelning valde studien att benämnaWisén och Lindbloms term projektdirektiv som projektrelation, detta då begreppetprojektrelation syftar till en utförligare beskrivning av ämnet.

My thesis is based on a qualitative study. The purpose of the study is to investigate whether the educationalist at an especially chosen school in Stockholm promotes the students multicultural background in the education or not.This is due to the fact that the Swedish school to a considerable degree reflects the multicultural Swedish society. The socio-cultural starting point is when people come together and meet. The language is the tool of the socio-culture and it is the dialogue, discussion and sympathetic understanding that makes people meet.The cultural concept is diffuse and very wide. Everyone has their own definition of it.

DV01 is a bicycle concept aimed towards a contemporary target group, that considers the bicycle to be both a convenient means of transportation and a product with a high aesthetical value. A bicycle is for many people something that you attach to your own personal style, were not only the bicycles function but also its appearance plays a crucial role. It is also a product that consists of many different components and parts, which all affect the overall impression. The focus of the project has therefore been about finding a balance in the design. When form and function interact in a successful symbiosis, the result is often that the product may last longer and are more loved by its users..

This is a reception study on how the idea of Paneuropa, as launched by the austrian count Richard Nikolaus Coudenhove-Kalergi in 1923, was received by the political weekly magazine Tidevarvet, a product of ? and an opinion forming organ for ? the social liberal wing of the Swedish suffrage- and peace movements. The main purpose is to examine to what extent there was an existent Europeanism in the public debate in Sweden during the interwar period, and how that discourse was constructed through the conceptual pairings disruption/unity and parts/whole. The study is conducted mainly through discourse analysis, combined with partly new research into sources such as the parliament, the newspapers and civil society to try to initiate a mapping over the wider reception of the Paneuropa project in a Swedish context. The study finds that the subject of Paneuropa is present throughout the almost entire period of the publication, namely 1924?1936, and that the question of a federal Europe is closely connected to the pacifist attitude of the editorial staff in general and writer/editor Elin W?gner in particular.

Urban densification as a planning strategy is of interest in the planning context of today. It is also seen as a part of the sustainable development. Urban densification as a concept is commonly used in the discussion of a sustainable development. Thus, the question about urban densification is an important challenge in the current planning context. A deeper understanding of the process which urban densification has developed from is necessary, since planners then will be more able to manage this challenge.

The increasing competition is proving a challenge for companies to recruit and retain competent, talented staff. To meet these challenges, Talent Management was developed during the 1990s and supplies a new and innovative way to deal with personnel management. Due to Talent Management being a relatively new theory, there is at present no generally accepted definition of the theory.

This paper analyzes the content of eight Islamic Friday-sermons, held at Chalmers Technical University in Gothenburg in spring 2010, organized by Chalmers Islamiska Förening (CIF) (Chalmers Islamic community).The forces of globalization, the accessibility of information and the Internet have given rise to discourses and movements that know no national boundaries. The accessibility of these global movements and discourses through media, Internet, etc., affect the way Muslims in Sweden interpret and practice their religion. Thus, this paper includes discussions and descriptions of global Islamic revivalist-movements, and relates the contents of the sermons at Chalmers to these movements. In the sermons, the imams often discuss the concept of a global Muslim community, the umma, and their perceptions of the prescribed ethics linked to this community. They often relate this discussion of ethics to frequently discussed issues in the West such as equality, justice and ethical standards in war.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka arbetstillfredsställelsen hos personliga assistenter med anhörigrelation till kund. Studien genomfördes hos företaget OP Assistans med hjälp av en enkätundersökning. Totalt inkom 33 giltiga enkätsvar vilket gav en svarsfrekvens på 37.5 %. Resultatet visade signifikanta skillnader mellan könen i arbetstillfredsställesedimensionernaSäkerhet, Inställning till företaget och Kommunikation samt en stark tendens till skillnad i dimensionen Organisation, där kvinnor visade upp en högre arbetstillfredsställelse än män i samtliga fyra dimensioner. Vidare visade resultatet en signifikant skillnad i anställningstid i dimensionen Arbetet, där anställda som har arbetat mellan 6 till 15 år visade en högre arbetstillfredställelse i dimensionen än de respondenter som har varit anställda mellan 1 till 6 år.Nyckelord: Arbetstillfredsställelse, personliga assistenter, anhörigrelation.

This paper presents the result of a master thesis project at 30 Hp, master of industrial engineering at Luleå University of Technology. The project was performed during 20 weeks, spring 2014, in collaboration with ABB Control Products in Västerås. The aim of the project was to evaluate two half-automated assembly lines for a new generation of contactors, the NAFC assembly lines (New AF Conductor). The aim and purpose of the project was achieved by answering the following questions:? How are the ergonomic working conditions at the NAFC assembly lines during spring 2014?? Which areas at NAFC assembly lines can be improved for the work environment?? How can the ergonomic work conditions improve at the NAFC assembly lines?Literature reviews were performed from earlier research papers and articles of the ergonomic, musculoskeletal and work environment subject, from where a number of chosen methods and tools were used to perform the ergonomic evaluation.

Freedom of religion or belief is indisputable in Human rights discourse, more discussed is exactly what it is that is included in the concept of freedom of religion or belief (in Swedish: religionsfrihet). This thesis focuses on the freedom of religion or belief in a European context, in particular on the European court of human rights and article 9 in the European convention for human rights. Some criticism has been directed against the Court to the effect that its practice and verdicts don't answer to the pronounced desire to develop a pluralistic and inclusive form of freedom of religion or belief.My aim is to examine, analyse and test three different theories, which all try to develop alternatives to the expression freedom of religion or belief, in relation to six verdicts from article 9 in Europe convention. My basic purpose is to try to find new ways of talking about freedom of religion or belief that might lead to a more inclusive, pluralistic and equal interpretation of that concept.The three theories wich I use are elaborated by Richard Amesbury (associate professor at Claremont school of Theology); Hugo Strandberg (TD at Åbo Akademi) and Eberhard Herrmann (professor in philosophy of religion at Uppsala University); and Martha Nussbaum (professor of law and ethics at the University of Chicago). The role of religion, of religious individuals and organizations, is currently discussed within both a private and public sector of development. I have viewed documents from the World Bank and DFID where the religious presence is a growing fact and previous theories that religion would disappear with economic development have been abandoned. As a result DFID conducted a large study on the importance of religion for development work, RaD 2005-2011, under the directions of Professor Carole Rakodi. Rakodi (2011) concluded that religion was highly related to the success or failure of developmental projects, and to understand the values people had religion needed to be understood within its specific cultural context. She developed an analysis model to conduct this work.

Visitor Centers were first established at various national parks in North America. Most Visitor Centers were built in the ten-year period following 1952. The purpose of the Visitor Centers was to welcome visitors and enhance their experience of the national parks. Today there are Visitor Centers all around the world, connected to different places or attractions. Many of the Visitor Centers that exist today, especially those in the national parks in North America, were built during the information society.

Syftet med arbetet har varit att få en fördjupad bild av vad begreppet EQ, emotionell intelligens handlar om. Följande två frågor har använts: Vad är EQ? Hur ser lärare på begreppet EQ och arbetet med barns sociala och emotionella utveckling? Litteraturgenomgången innehåller förutom de fem grundpelarna inom EQ, också en del allmänna tankar runt begreppet, samt hur skolans roll i barnens utveckling ser ut och vad Lpo-94 säger oss. Den senare delen av arbetet består av en sammanställning av fyra kvalitativa djupintervjuer gjorda med grundskollärare som arbetarmed EQ i skolan. Min slutsats är att arbetet med EQ bör genomsyra och ingå som en naturlig grundtanke i dagens skolarbete.
