Vid extrema bergsaktiviteter som klättring och skidåkning ställs stora krav på utrustningen. Den här studien har fokuserat på skalplagg för alpin miljö. Skalplaggens huvuduppgift är att skydda mot vind och fukt samtidigt som de skall transportera fukt från insidan till utsidan. För att kunna designa och utveckla bästa möjliga skalplagg krävs det kunskap om vilken miljö produkten/plagget ska användas i, vem som ska använda det, hur mycket ska plagget användas, i kombination med vilka andra produkter/plagg och vilken kunskap har användaren? Det är också viktigt att förstå vilka materialkrav som ställs på produkten.

This thesis scrutinises the material on post World War II Swedish architecture produced by the Swedish Public diplomacy organisation "Svenska institutet" ("The Swedish Institute") during the period of 1945 through 1976. The outset is the dilemma encountered by every such organisation: how can the projected narrative of the own nation relate to as many countries as possible, without becoming too general? And how can the organisation address specific countries, without excluding others?By employing a two-sided model of interpreting the material, where it on the one hand is interpreted from the universal properties projected on the narrated architecture, and on the other hand from the particular ideological notions related to the same, the thesis suggests that the Swedish Institute continously relates the architecture to a West-European and American context by consistently connecting its universal properties to particular ideological notions orientated towards the West.The results underline the malleability in regard to ideological notions connected to modernist architecture. Earlier research in the Swedish context has focussed on how modernist architecture in Sweden, under the local tag "funktionalism", was established in regard to a Swedish audience as a particular Swedish architecture by relating it to a alleged continuos Swedish tradition, as well as to notions of a a progressive welfare state. By studying a similar material, though aimed towards a foreign audience, the thesis suggests that these allegations constitue an elucidatory example of how national and ideological narratives can form within the framework of technological-ideological dynamics of modernist architecture.

Barnmorskor har inom verksamhetsområdet mödrahälsovård ansvar att stödja föräldrapar inför förlossning och föräldraskap, för att gynna barns välbefinnande. Det regleras utifrån nationella styrdokument av föräldrastöd i grupp. Omfattande forskning finns angående föräldrars upplevelser av stöd i föräldragrupp och mindre av barnmorskors erfarenheter av föräldrastöd i grupp. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa barnmorskors erfarenheter kring att hålla föräldrastöd i grupp. Intervjuer genomfördes med nio barnmorskor på tre olika barnmorskemottagningar i väst Sverige.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and to analyse didactic considerations and decisions made by pre-school teachers in the context of a multi-cultural pedagogical environment.The basic theoretical perspective is social constructivism, but notions from Donald A. Schön and John Dewey's theories of thinking and reflection have also informed the study; even Hans Lorentz' definition of a multi-cultural pedagogical environment has been employed as an analytic tool.The empirical study consists of a qualitative field study at a pre-school, where participatory observation and a group interview have been used in order to collect data. Those who participated were teachers at the pre-school.The results of the study, when analysed in accordance with the method, shows mainly three things. First of all that the teachers at the pre-school, in their didactic considerations, make use of the following methods of knowledge formation: knowledge-in-practice, reflection-in-practice, reflection on practice, reflection on knowledge-in-practice, and reflection on reflection-in-practice. Secondly, that no reflection particularly on the learning conditions in a multi-cultural pedagogical environment takes place.

Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, is discussed and the question of how much responsibility companies should really take is frequently in the news. Companies tend to ask themselves how much responsibility they should take. CSR is a common concept of companies environmental and social work and a concept we tend to see here and there in our modern society. CSR includes companies? social responsibilities, both in terms of carbon footprint, working conditions, social responsibility and more.

Detta examensarbete redovisar en förstudie som genomförts med målet att belysa nuvarande hantering av tjälrestriktioner inom Vägverket, utforma ett förslag till en verksgemensam metodbeskrivning och föreslå en fortsatt verksamhet inom området för att komma tillrätta med identifierade problem och utvecklingsbehov. Syftet har varit att med denna verksamhet som grund belysa vilka krav som bör ställas på en e-infrastruktur som ska stödja verksamhetsprocesser inom transportområdet.Arbetet har genomförts genom intervjuer med ansvariga för verksamheten vid Vägverkets regioner och vid Vägverkets huvudkontor. IT-frågor har diskuterats med förvaltare av olika system och med ansvariga för utvecklingsprojekt i anslutning till området. Under arbetet har ett antal dokument insamlats och studerats. Analys av verksamheten har skett med stöd av metoden Förändringsanalys enligt FA/SIMM, främst verksamhets-, problem-, mål- och styrkeanalys.

?När ungdomar inom idrotten blir 13 år kliver de in i vad Riksidrottsförbundets styrdokument Idrotten vill (2009) kallar ungdomsidrotten, vilket betyder att det är legitimt att toppa ett lag och tävling och resultat kan nu ta större plats än tidigare. Det kan därmed uppstå ett pedagogiskt dilemma för ungdomsledare då de behöver ta ställning till hur laget och verksamheten ska bedrivas. Ska lagets resultat och prestation vara i fokus eller är gemenskapen inom laget och att alla ska ha kul det viktigaste med verksamheten? Syftet med den här studien var att belysa vilka pedagogiska handlingsstrategier som uttrycks av ungdomsledare och hur detta relaterar till teorier om ledarskapsideologier inom ungdomslag i fotboll.

Att direktimportera traktorer var tidigare enkelt. Oavsett om nödvändiga dokument medföljde vid köpet eller inte, kunde det alltid lösas när traktorn väl var i Sverige. Efter att en nytolkning av importlagen har blivit antagen är det numera inte möjligt att godkänna traktorer som redan finns i landet utan de rätta dokumenten måste finnas vid importen. Det dilemma importörerna ställs inför är att endast ersättningsdokument för redan godkända traktorer kan bli utskrivna.Syftet med denna uppsattas är att beskriva och lära andra hur man importerar traktorer. Baserat på den stora prisskillnaden mellan Sverige och andra länder är utländska traktorer prismässigt ett intressant alternativ.Dessutom kommer denna uppsatts att undersöka lantbrukares kunskaper och attityder till att importera traktorer på egen hand.Att ha goda relationer med återförsäljare utomlands är avgörande för att undvika att bli lurad i en affär.

Under 2000-talet har begrepp som E-Government och 24-timmarsmyndighet kommit att fo?ra?ndra offentliga myndigheters sa?tt att erbjuda tja?nster och interagera med medborgare. Att genom e-tja?nster erbjuda medborgare alternativ till de traditionella kanalerna a?r na?got som de flesta svenska myndigheter och kommuner stra?var mot. Skelleftea? Kommun tog redan i bo?rjan av 2000-talet initiativ att erbjuda service inom ramen fo?r begreppet 24- timmarsmyndighet och erbjuder i nula?get en rad e-tja?nster riktade mot kommunens medborgare.

Problemställning. Psykisk ohälsa identifieras och åtgärdas ofta inte hos äldre patienter, vilket leder till onödigt lidande och minskad livskvalitet. Sjuksköterskor borde genom sitt holistiska synsätt vara i en utmärkt position för att åtgärda detta, men i praktiken fungerar detta dåligt. Syfte. Syftet med studien var att identifiera faktorer som inverkar på sjuksköterskans förhållningssätt till äldre med psykisk ohälsa.

SammanfattningSyftet var att inom sluten barnsjukvård undersöka sjuksköterskors erfarenhet, kunskap och upplevelse av ansvar och skyldigheter vid misstanke om att barn de vårdat utsatts för barnmisshandel. Begreppet barnmisshandel innefattade i denna studie att en vuxen person utsatt barnet för fysiskt- eller psykiskt våld, sexuella övergrepp, kränkningar eller försummelse att tillgodose barnets grundläggande behov. Designen var beskrivande med kvalitativ ansats. Sex sjuksköterskor valdes ut och intervjuades med halvstrukturerade frågor. Intervjuerna spelades in och transkriberades ordagrant.

The aim of this study is to bring forward four teachers of Arts-education, their statements and reasoning concerning the condition and meaning of the subject of Arts-education along with their statements in relation to theory and earlier research, give voice and insight in their intentions according to what teaching of Arts-education should contribute to.The basis for the study is brought out of the dilemma that there, in the subject of Artseducation is ?crowding of matter? in the nine-year compulsory school, difficulties in selecting the importance of various subjects and different opinions between teachers, due to curriculum being modified in accordance with the development in society. The earlier research that this study relates to shows how teacher?s opinion of different subjects varies. My questions concerning the subject are the following;How do four teachers of Arts-education reason concerning the condition and meaning of the subject of Arts-education?What are the teachers intentions according to what teaching of Arts-education should contribute to?What are the similarities and differences between the statements of the teachers in this study versus the teachers' statements according to previous research?To find answers on my issues and questions I have made interviews with four teachers of Arts-education and have then put their reasoning and statements against theories , which  all concerns the creative process.
