Sverige är det första landet som gav människor med transsexualism möjligheten att ändrajuridisk könstillhörighet. Den första lagen om ?Fastställande av könstillhörighet i vissa fall?infördes 1972 och krävde att personen skulle vara över 18 år, ogift, folkbokförd i Sverige samtsteril. Nu krävs endast att personen är över 18 år och boende i Sverige efter flera års politiskkamp för trans*personers mänskliga rättigheter. Steriliseringskravet är äntligen borta men är viframme än? Vad händer enligt svensk lag när den juridiska könstillhörigheten är ändrad? Finnsnågon risk för intrång i människors integritet och rätt till privatliv efter ett fastställande av nyjuridisk könstillhörighet? Vad händer med folkbokföring av släktskap? Min undersökningsynliggör juridiska dilemman för personer som har ändrat juridisk könstillhörighet.

Since the war ended in Bosnia and Herzegovina in1995 the country's economic and political crisies has grown dramatically. As in so many other Post-communist states the corruption has become a large problem for the whole society. The ethnic entities in which Bosnia is divided makes it possible for the national parties to operate and rule the same political propaganda that was the result of the war in the first place. However the international forces like the EU and the USA have made this kind of no non-centralised governmentship possible through the Dayton peace agreement, according to many experts this has to change in the constitution by any means possible if Bosnia will have a future. By the thesis of Professor Susan Rose-Ackerman the theoretical analysing tool should be followed for the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I och med att många saker digitaliseras idag, väcktes vår nyfikenhet kring hur vägledare ser på denna digitalisering och hur det är möjligt att arbeta utifrån den. Skype, Facebook, MSN och andra virtuella rum har tagit oss till en teknisk nivå där webbaserad vägledning är möjlig att utföra. Hur definieras då webbaserad vägledning av vägledarna och på vilka sätt använder de den? Detta är frågeställningar vi arbetat utifrån i det här examensarbetet. Syftet är att undersöka den webbaserade vägledningen ur vägledarnas perspektiv.

Ny teknik utvecklas dagligen och ger upphov till nya möjligheter för användaren. Med tanke på teknikutvecklingens framfart kan de etiska aspekterna ibland försummas. Syftet med uppsatsen är att lokalisera etiska problemställningar som uppkommer vid utövandet av yrkesrollen informationsarkitekt. För att lokalisera dessa utfördes en litteraturundersökning samt en etisk analys av resultatet. Litteraturundersökningen resulterar i tre teman: immaterialrätt, sociala nätverk och beteende och identitet på nätet.

Föräldraskapet innebär en stor livsförändring och medför både positiva och negativa upplevelser. Det är viktigt att föräldrar och barn får ett fungerande samspel för att ha möjlighet att utveckla en god anknytning. Bristande samspel har konsekvenser för barnets utveckling men även för hela familjen. Nyblivna föräldrar befinner sig i en sårbar period i livet och var tionde kvinna drabbas av en depression efter förlossningen. Familjen behöver stöd från omgivningen och BVC-sjuksköterskan har en viktig del i detta stöd.

The focus of this thesis is to examine posts on library?s Facebook pages and to investigate possible connections between posts and user response. The study examines posts published from thirty different libraries Facebook pages over a two week period to examine if any correlation between different subjects or types of posts affects the degree and type of response from the users.The findings show that photos stand for the majority of the published post concerning its type and that activities at the library was the most common subject of posts. After using eta as measure of association a tenuous connection between degree of response and the posts subject and between the degree of response and the type of post was found. The standard deviation, however, was high in the majority of the variables used.

To publish research articles by the means of open access is to provide them for free to the reader. An increasing number of universities around the world have begun to institute open access policies regarding their researchers academic output, requiring them to primarily publish in open access journals and / or archive their pre- or post- prints in institutional archives.The aim of this this thesis is to explore how the adoption of the open access policy at the Swedish Universi- ty of Agricultural Sciences in 2008 has affected how their researchers publish and if this has had any effect on how their academic output are cited and distributed online. To reach this goal a combination of bibliometric and altmetric methods were used as well as cross-referencing between Scopus, Altmetric.com, Google Scholar and the SHERPA/RoMEO database.The results points towards a mostly open access positive trend with an increase in articles published in jour- nals that allow archiving of both pre- and post-prints. There also seems to be a correlation between these journals and which kind of articles gets the most mentions in social media..

Syftet med studien är att analysera möjligheter och begränsningar med att använda programvaror baserade på öppen källkod för att förvalta en organisations e-post där utkontraktering inte är ett alternativ. Detta baseras på tio krav som identifierats som relevanta i relation till e-postlösningar. Inom studiens omfattning representeras OSS(Open Source Software)-lösningarna av programvarorna Zimbra Collaboration Suite, Citadel och Kolab Server. För att undersöka styrkor och svagheter hos dessa har hybridmetoden action case tillämpats. Genom ett interpretativt och iterativt närmande har representanterna ställts inför de identifierade kraven och deras förmåga att leva upp till kraven har analyserats.

The aim of this essay is to examine whether democracy in St Petersburg isconsolidated or not. Since studies of democratic transition have been rarelyconducted on post-communist cities, this study seems fruitful. Using the Linz andStepan theory, where democracy is considered consolidated when it has become?the only game in town? and Orttung's three criteria legitimacy, politicalpolarisation and policy effectiveness; this essay analyzes people's attitudes,political behaviour, the rule of law and civil society in St Petersburg. Theory isused to interpret the material mainly consisting of two interviews and newspaperarticles.

My work has been to create a magazine for iPad to explore this format, whichthere are mixed feelings about. Instead of seeing the digital format as an enemy ofthe printed magazine, I have chosen to see it as an opportunity.I have given myself the task of designing a magazine that can justify the useof the digital magazine. I have looked at the identity of the magazine, but mainlyexplored the format and its prerequisites.I was triggered to do the project when I saw people who are just making a pdfof the printed magazine and publish it digitally. I have during my work discoveredhow near or far away you can be from the printed magazine.The format of the iPad has multiple aspects to look upon; one that turned outto be clear in my project was navigation. Working with a spread has its problemsand opportunities; the same applies to an article that is larger than a screen.

Detta exjobb beskriver skapandet av ett system från grunden som digitaliserar och automatiserar allt pappersarbete för en motorcykelverkstad och på så sätt eliminerar all onödig arbetstid som går åt till att leta fram, ta kopior och arkivera papper dagligen.Resultatet är ett webbaserat system som kan användas genom dator, surfplatta och mobila enheter. Med funktionalitet för att söka, lägga till, ta bort, modifiera, skriva ut och hitta kunder, motorcyklar, serviceprotokoll och arbetsordrar där moms, kostnader och priser beräknas automatiskt.Systemet utvecklades med ramverket Django på serversidan och använder sig av en MySQL databas för att lagra data medan klientsidan utvecklades med ramverket Bootstrap. För att uppnå målen användes bland annat metoder så som intervjuer, wireframes, entitets-sambands-diagram och normalisering..

The aim of this study is to examine how European companies? stock price is affected by an announcement about foreign direct investment in one of the BRIC countries. Another aim for the study is to examine if the market reacts differently to the three modes of entry methods in a given BRIC country and to examine if the market reacts differently to different European countries. The study also set out to answer if there were any effects of the three modes of entry that was visible a short time after the announcement. To answer and examine this, the authors used the event study approach. The study was conducted with a sample of 47 companies from France, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Germany.

In today's society it is becoming more and more important with direct marketing. Some of the direct marketing is done through e-mail, in which companies see an easy way to advertise himself. I did this thesis work at WebDoc Systems. They have a product that creates web documents directly in your browser, also called CMS. The CMS has a module for sending mass e-mail, but this module does not function properly and WebDoc Systems customers are dissatisfied with that part of the product.

Forest biomass is becoming an increasingly important source of renewable energy, and thereby the demand is increasing. There is currently 213 000 km of forest roads in Sweden that could be suitable for biomass harvesting. Harvest of biomass along forest roads both provides biomass and maintains the quality of the roads. Currently, the volume of biomass along roads can only be assessed post harvest, chipping and industry deliverance. As the decision of whether or not to harvest should preferably be based on more than experience, the TJ-method has been proposed. The TJ-method is a subjective method to quickly determine the dry matter quantity with the assessment being conducted from the roadside.

Det finns tidigare forskning som visat att sexuallivet påverkats efter en stroke. Många studier kan påvisa de fysiologiska förändringarna som kan ske i samband med en stroke. I denna studie är syfte att få en djupare förståelse kring män och deras sexualitet post stroke. Deras syn på manligheten och tankar kring rehabiliteringen. Intervjustudien omfattar sju personer som alla drabbats av en stroke för mer än ett år sedan.
