Denna rapport redovisar den process som utvecklingen av OTWs nya webbplats har inneburit. Jag har arbetet med att skapa en ny design av deras nuvarande webbplats där syftet har varit att skapa en webbplats där man presenterar sig själva på ett bra sätt och ställer mindre krav på redaktionellt innehåll samtidigt som man följer konventioner för branschen och målgruppen. I utvecklingen av webbplatsen anpassar jag mig efter rådande designprinciper och riktlinjer för användbarhet så att webbplatsen ska bli så lätt att använda som möjligt. Utvecklingen av prototypen har skett i mjukvaruprogrammet Axure RP. Resultatet av projektet är två interaktiva digitala prototyper i form av en mobil version samt en desktopversion.

Syftet med denna rapport är att återge en del av den verklighet IT-forensikern står inför och vilka utmaningar som hör till denna samt att producera ett övningsmaterial som kan användas när IT-forensiker nyanställs.För att åstadkomma detta brukas en variation av Case-metodik. Mer precist används ett fiktivt brottsfall som grund för ett virtuellt operativsystem. I detta system planteras information som är relevant för utredningen av det påhittade fallet. Övningen i sig består i att eleven, utifrån givna ledtrådar, skall söka rätt på tillräckligt mycket komprometterande data för att kunna stödja en misstanke. Utmaningen är att skapa en miljö som står nära verkligheten.

This Master's thesis concerns the classification of compact discs according to the Swedish classification system, SAB. The purpose of this thesis is to critically study and discuss category Y of the SAB-system and its application in Swedish public libraries. The classification system has undergone great changes from the first edition in 1921 until today. In 1921 there were no musical recordings in Swedish libraries, today they are responsible for a large part of the loans. We discuss how the system's category Y has corresponded with the musical development.

Freedom of religion or belief is indisputable in Human rights discourse, more discussed is exactly what it is that is included in the concept of freedom of religion or belief (in Swedish: religionsfrihet). This thesis focuses on the freedom of religion or belief in a European context, in particular on the European court of human rights and article 9 in the European convention for human rights. Some criticism has been directed against the Court to the effect that its practice and verdicts don't answer to the pronounced desire to develop a pluralistic and inclusive form of freedom of religion or belief.My aim is to examine, analyse and test three different theories, which all try to develop alternatives to the expression freedom of religion or belief, in relation to six verdicts from article 9 in Europe convention. My basic purpose is to try to find new ways of talking about freedom of religion or belief that might lead to a more inclusive, pluralistic and equal interpretation of that concept.The three theories wich I use are elaborated by Richard Amesbury (associate professor at Claremont school of Theology); Hugo Strandberg (TD at Åbo Akademi) and Eberhard Herrmann (professor in philosophy of religion at Uppsala University); and Martha Nussbaum (professor of law and ethics at the University of Chicago). Ljus är så pass självklart att vi oftast inte tänker på hur viktigt det är för oss. Det finns teorier som menar att ljus har en stor betydelse för hur vi upplever saker. Därför kan ljussättning spela en viktig roll inom exempelvis film. Med hjälp av två ljussättningstekniker som används inom film har jag skapat två olika känslor inom en och samma digitala 3D-miljö, för att undersöka om det med enbart ljussättning går att påverka hur vi upplever stämningen inom en 3D-miljö. Sedan har jag intervjuat nio personer för att undersöka om detta är möjligt med enbart hjälp av belysning eller om det krävs fler moment att ta in i beräkningen.

Detta arbete har utformats för att besvara frågeställningen: ?Kan Game Approachability Principles (GAP) upptäcka användbarhets-, spelbarhets- och åtkomlighetsproblem i tidiga stadier av utvecklingsprocessen av ett spel??. Teorier om användbarhet, åtkomlighet, spelbarhet, olika utvärderingsmetoder och användartestning samt Game Approachability Principles studerades för att skapa en teoribildning inom området. Två prototyper av ett spel skapades: en hi-fi prototyp och en lo-fi prototyp. Den första representerar det senare stadiet i utvecklingen av ett spel och den andra representerar det tidigare stadiet.

This study concerns digital stories told by five young Romani students and one teacher from Roma Culture Class in Stockholm, Sweden. The theoretical framework draws from theories concerning identity, culture,Romanipe, the Romani value system and social semiotics. The material for the study is the digital stories that were analyzed qualitatively. The results show that the young Roma in the study demonstrate pride in their Romani background and culture, but also signs of changes and development in their culture. Some of the participants do not show external signs of Romani traditions, for example in the ways of dressing.

In public libraries there seems to be an unspoken consensus on what literary quality is. At the same time librarians are always eager to express the opinion that quality lies in the eye of the beholder. Quality is, it is said, something that you don t have to define. But at the same time it s up to everyone to decide what quality means to them. What I have been missing from the discussion in libraries about literary quality is a theoretical awareness about what it means to divide literature into higher and lower spheres.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur pedagoger använder sig av pedagogisk dokumentation med stöd av IKT vid synliggörandet av barns lärande. Forskningsfrågorna som ingick i studien var Hur synliggörs barns lärande? Hur används IKT i arbetet med pedagogisk dokumentation? och Vilken inverkan på barn och pedagoger har kombinationen pedagogisk dokumentation och IKT? I bakgrunden redovisas bland annat hur pedagogisk dokumentation med stöd av IKT kan användas. Studien har den sociokulturella teorin där valet inte står mellan huruvida människor lär sig något eller inte, utan fokus ligger på vad de lär sig av situationer de ingår i. I min undersökning har jag använt mig av en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer med pedagoger som arbetar aktivt med att integrera datorn och andra digitala verktyg med den pedagogiska dokumentationen.

This Master's thesis aims to investigate librarians' identity construction through the study of their narratives about themselves and their lives. We want to understand in what way the education in Library- and Information science contributes to shape the students professional identity and how these identities then continue to be transformed when they enter their professional lives. We assert that this construction of identity takes place through socialisation. We start with the reference work because we think this is a central part of librarians' tasks. Our theoretical starting point is constructionism, we mean that professional identity is a social construction that continuously is formed and transformed.We interviewed six former students at Library- and Information science at Lund University.

Organising knowledge in a corporate environment : a case study at the development departments of Ecophon ABThe purpose of this master's thesis is to investigate how three development departments of a technical firm could organise their collection of documents and information resources to improve their management of information. Three sets of questions have been posed: 1) How does the target group of engineers deal with information, and what problems can be identified in this process? 2) What does their collection of resources consist of, how is it organised, and what problems are apparent? 3) How can principles of knowledge organisation be applied in a corporate environment?The investigation has been carried out as a case study. Three main methods of collecting empirical data have been used: surveys, unstructured interviews and collection observations. The results of the study have highlighted three major problem areas: the collection's lack of structure and searchability, the absence of policy regarding how employers should deal with information, and the inadequate knowledge among staff on how to search for, use and disseminate information.By looking at previous research on knowledge organisation, we have been able to draw conclusions regarding how the target group could organise and manage its information and knowledge in order to achieve greater efficiency in dealing with information and carrying out work tasks.

Uppsatsen ämnar besvara frågor kring förändringar i antalet olycksfall som sker i arbetet. I examensarbetet har material från gruvföretaget Boliden Mines använts. Materialet är omfattande i avseende dess tidsmässiga och historiska omfattning samt i sin fullständighet och detaljrikedom. Metodiken utgörs av en sammanställning av blanketter från Bolidens arkiv och en statistisk sammanställning för företagets arbetsolycksfall åren 1931-1999 har genomförts. Detta jämfördes sedan med den nationella olycksfallsstatistiken.

Den Svenska Norgehjälpen bildades den 31 augusti 1942. Under de följande tre åren inrättades ett 700-tal lokalkommittéer runt om i landet, däribland Tunabygdens Norgekommitté samt Grängesbergs Norgekommitté. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka de två organisationerna, samt även aktiviteterna kring dess närområde. Materialet till denna uppsats är hämtat från de lokala kommittéernas arkiv samt från de tre dalatidningarna; Dalademokraten, Falukuriren samt Borlänge tidning. Det totala värdet av insamlade medel i Grängesberg uppgick till ungefär 60 000 kronor i kontanta medel, för Tunabygdens Norgekommitté uppgick värdet till ungefär 109 000 kronor.

The aim of this study is to examine how and in what way users of the public participate and affect the archival information that is to be preserved for the future through the examination of three archival projects involving public participation. The study seeks to examine if participation of the public could lead to increased democracy and diversity of information in the archives. The study will be performed through the examination of three participatory archives all tied to traditional archival institutions.The study is based on the theoretical framework of Benn and Gaus and their notions of public and private which they discuss using the key words access, agency and interest. The study also takes into consideration Laura Millar?s theories of social memory as a means for the public good.
