Detta examensarbete handlar om huruvida aktiva kort kan användas som säkerhetshjälpmedel vid hantering av datoriserade patientjournaler inom sjukvården.Rapporten börjar med en beskrivning av informationssystemen och informations-säkerheten inom sjukvården. Därefter ges en beskrivning av aktiva kort, deras för- och nackdelar samt vilka säkerhetsfunktioner som kortet tillhandahåller.Fokuseringen ligger på om är det tekniskt möjligt för behörig personal att med hjälp av aktiva kort logga in på olika informationssystem och ge dem tillgång till den information som de behöver i patientjournalen och ändå hindra obehörig åtkomst. Gällande lagar och föreskrifter tas i beaktning samt hur aktiva kort kan användas vid digital signering av patientjournaler.Undersökningen har genomförts med hjälp av litteraturstudie. Först undersöktes vilka krav som bör uppfyllas när patientjournaler skall datoriseras. Därefter studerades vad som är tekniskt möjligt att utföra med aktiva kort.

This essay aims to examine how science fiction literature is supported and made available for readers at four public libraries. Each library has its own opinion of what a public library?s role in society is, and that affects how literature acquisition and media exposure is done at that particular library. Ever since the nation-state has existed identity has been a big deal, it is told that identity is a tool needed to be able to receive consensus from the people concerned on a certain matter. As the European Union is continuously shaped and reshaped due to changing geographical borders, as a consequence of new member-states the aim to integrate the Union equally across its surface has not been an easy task to solve. A lack of trust from the inhabitants in the European Union is a fact, and therefore the main duty of the Union has become to rebuild the trust from beginning to end, creating a Union which easily can be identified with. Since the process of national identity relies upon an excluding-including process and the use of the Other, the identification process on an European level has indeed had fierce effects on the inhabitants within and outside the Union.One of many things that this essay aims at showing is how mythmaking has become a way used by the elite in the Union to integrate a European identity, the myths refer back to a Golden Age when Europe was prosperous and in bloom. Among other tools used to integrate and create a European identity we find such as; unity in diversity, a cultural inheritance based on common denominators such as Christianity and Latin traditions, symbols and a European citizenship.

The idea to develop  a platform for a PID-controller came from the need to control the temperature in  an espresso machine in a more exact way than a thermostat could perform. In discussions with Syntronic AB the idea developed into PID-control for industrial use. Syntronic AB suggested that the platform should be based on a commercially available processor module to shorten the development time. The suggestion included the use of the microcomputer Raspberry Pi, which supports USB, HDMI, memory card and Ethernet.The work began with establishing a schedule for the 10 weeks of the projects duration, and after that a system specification listing all functions, implementation and limitations was made. When the foundation of the system specification was done, a preliminary system design took shape.Because of the Raspberry Pi´s lack of Analog-to-Digital converter, a circuit board containing Wheatstone bridges, differential amplifiers and a two channel Analog-to-Digital converter was fabricated.

Sociocultural, political and sociological and media and communication theories are combined.The work is made within a Habermasian tradition, but the importance of a hermeneutic methodology is stressed, along with the sociocultural perspective to reach an understanding of why citizens engage in politics. In contrast to much of the earlier research concerning deliberative discourses on the Internet, a more informal understanding of how people discuss politics is stressed.The questions are: What kind of civic role do the websites discursive dimensions address? What kind of civic identity do the users address in the websites resource dimensions?The empirical results are both discouraging and encouraging for advocates who put their trust in the Internet as a potential civic tool, in these times when neoliberal models of citiziens are prioritizing citizens as consumers, thus neglecting citizens as political actors. The study reveals that the websites show good results in general, regarding the civic roles and identities of the websites as both discourse and resource for the users.

The EU-funded project European Cultural Heritage Online (ECHO) aims to integrateresources from various domains within the field of cultural heritage, and make them availableon the Internet. To accomplish this integration it is necessary to describe the various resourcesin a way that will achieve cross-domain interoperability. This description of digital resourcesis commonly referred to as metadata. The most well known and used metadata standard is theDublin Core Metadata Element Set, a general standard developed for the purpose ofdescribing all types of digital resources. Syftet med denna studie är att få en insyn i vilket förhållningssätt fem verksamma grundsko-lelärare har kring användning av digitala verktyg i deras undervisning och hur det påverkar deras integrering. I Läroplanen för grundskolan, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet 2011 fram-går det tydligt att handhavandet av digitala verktyg är en viktig del då skolan ansvarar för att varje enskild elev efter genomgången grundskola kan använda modern teknik som verktyg för kunskapssökande, kommunikation, skapande och lärande (Skolverket 2011a). För att nå syftet i denna studie har vi samlat empiri genom telefonintervjuer som sedan har tolkats och analyse-rats utifrån fyra valda teoretiska begrepp, IT, IKT, digital litteracitet och MIK. Studien visade att samtliga lärare förhåller sig positivt till arbete med digitala verktyg i undervisningen där det används som stöd för elevers lärande. Vidare framkom det att lärarna arbetade med olika kunskaper och förmågor utifrån de teoretiska begreppen.

The purpose of this study has been to examine a few Swedish advertisment producers opinions on the subject of viral advertising and especially the ethical aspects of hidden viral advertising. The specified purpose of this paper is to:To clarify the underlying reasons for the use of viral advertising.To clarify the advertising producers ethical views on hidden viral advertising.The essay is based on a qualitive research metod of an abductive nature where the empirical data is derived from interviews with three advertisment producers. Through a stratified selection method we contacted agencies that in one way or another uses digital solutions as an advertisment method. All interviews were conducted via the digital chat room Skype, one of the interviews were conducted with both picture and sound and the other two with audio-only.The following points are the essential conclusions of our study:Hidden viral advertising is seen as a rare promotional method in Sweden today, however, the viral-spread effect is more commonly used.The economic factors together with the spreading capacity of the viral advertising is contributing to one of the biggest reasons behind the use of viral advertising. In addition to these, viral advertising is seen as an effective way to stand out from traditional advertising.Viral advertising where the sender is hidden or unclear is always seen as unethical.
