Numera utgör Internet en självklar del i svenskarnas dagliga rutiner. Användandet av sociala medier och annan digital interaktionsteknik kan föranleda negativa konsekvenser för individen. Till följd av Internetanvändandet har en ny arena för kränkningar och mobbning uppstått. Tidi-gare forskning har i huvudsak studerat nätmobbning och nätkränkningar bland barn och ungdo-mar varpå föreliggande studie studerar fenomenet bland unga vuxna. Studien syftar i huvudsak till att undersöka förekomsten av nätkränkningar och/eller nätmobbning, via digital interaktions-teknik, bland unga vuxna, detta både ur ett förövar- och offerperspektiv.

Purpose of the essay: The purpose of the essay is to, from the view of the nurses working at the x-ray infirmary; see how the internal e-mail communication is working as the main digital communication method at the x-ray infirmary.Material/Method: The material has been collected using qualitative interviews with eight nurses working at the x-ray infirmary. The material has then been analyzed through a theoretical perspective based on The Media Richness theory.Main results: The results of the investigation have shown that the nurses see the internal e-mail communication as relatively poor. The information that is sent out by their superiors is often too extensive, this making the screening work an extra work burden. These e-mails are also supplied to the whole infirmary instead of being addressed to specific individuals. Seen through a media richness perspective, the e-mail is a mediumrich communication medium that well could be used in the everyday communication at the infirmary as the main communication agent.

Sammanfattning/abstract Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete är att få större förståelse kring hur mobbning utspelar sig i dagens skolmiljö, samt att göra människor uppmärksamma på vad mobbning via sociala medier innebär och vilka åtgärder som möjligen finns tillgängliga. Teori: I arbetet har Olweus (1999) teori om mobbning tillämpats och Dunkels (2007) teori om mobbning som förekommer via sociala medier. Metod: Metoden som använts har varit anonyma enkätundersökningar med elever i årskurs fem och sex på tre olika skolor, samt en enkätundersökning med organisationerna Friends och BRIS. Resultat/Slutsats: Resultatet som kommit fram i detta arbete visar bland annat att om man kränker någon via internet så kan man vara anonym, samt att det är lättare att kränka någon via sociala medier då man inte behöver se hur den man behandlar illa reagerar. Utifrån elevenkäterna kunde man tyda att eleverna vill ha bättre vuxennärvaro på internet, och menade bland annat att det ska finnas någon som har uppsikt om i fall mobbning förekommer..

The newspaper industry changes with the society. New trends and developments affect how layout and design are perceived. Therefore it is important for the survival of a news­paper to catch up with trends and retain contemporaneity. This demands that a daily paper frequently updates its appearance and sometimes even redesign the whole newspaper. Folkbladet, a newspaper in Norrköping, is currently in need of a new layout. The employees often deviate from the graphic guidelines that exist at the company today, due to that it doesn?t feel contemporary, but also because they don?t appreciate the appearance as it is today. This thesis is based on a study of the layout of Folkbladet and analyse: which tools can be used to create a distinct identity regarding layout, which tools you can use to create a clear structure and readability in a newspaper, and how Folkbladet can make use of these tools. To find out about the company?s situation today and their identity, interviews have been made with employees.

Advertisement is something that surrounds us in our everyday life. The two terms marketing and advertising are closely linked together and often considered as the same thing, although they are not. To be able to analyse the term advertisement it is crucial to separate it from the term marketing and observe advertising as a part of the complete marketing. We have two main focuses with this qualitative research and the first one of these is to analyse the changes in advertising when considering style, message and characteristics. The advertiser has a wide range of tools that he or she can use to make commercials follow the trends and changes in society.

Testing and analysis of measurement data is a major part of the workday for development engineers within the section Fluid and Emission Treatment to assure the quality of products developed by Scania CV. The ineluctable variation and therefore uncertainty of results can be quantified and discussed with the use of statistical methods.The overall objective of this study is to examine how the competence of development engineers can be improved within the area of statistics. This has been done by relating the concept of competence with the use of statistical methods to analyse experimental data and by investigating which factors that influence the competence of the engineers. Observations of the daily operations, interviews and a focus group with development engineers and a workshop with management personnel, has been used as research methods in this study.The results show that the desired competence, from the perspective of the individual, consists of knowledge, motivation and support. It is important that none of these parts are neglected when the competence of engineers is to be strengthened.

Sitka spruce (Picea sitchensis) is a tree species that have its natural distribution along the West Coast of North America, from Alaska in the north to northern California in the south. Sitka spruce is a typical coastal tree species that can reach heights up to 85 meters and occurs in single pure as well as in mixed stands. The main purposes of this study were to describe the Sitka spruce growing characteristics and the volume production in comparison to spruce (Picea abies). The possibility to predict future volume production by using prognosis tools designed to be used on spruce were also studied. The material that has been used in this study are permanent sitka trials established by the Faculty of Forestry fixed Sitka trials and also material gathered in this study. A literature study was also carried out in order to determine the Sitka spruce growing characteristics. Sitka spruce has a high adaptation and a high volume production on a broad scale of soil types. The tree species is a pioneer species that has a fast early growth and in combination with sharp needles it is less susceptible to animal browsing than spruce. The factor that is the single most limiting factor for where the Sitka spruce can be planted is frost. This factor can be limited by using plant material with a well-suited provenance. According to the literature, the Sitka spruce has an average total volume production that is between 20-40% higher than spruce.

When using the digital halftone proofing systems, a closer print match can be achieved compared to what earlier couldbe done with the analogue proofing systems. This projectwas started with the purpose to find a quality control metod for Colorcraft´s digital halftone proofing system(Kodak Approval XP4).Using a software who supports spectral measuring combined with a spectrophotometer and a control bar, a qualitycontrol system was assembled. This system detects variations that lies out of the proofing system´s natural deviation.The prerequisite for this quality control system is that the tolerances are defined with consideration taken to the proofingsystems natural deviations.

With increasing demands on enterprises development processes to be more safety and faster the need of DFSS arise as a product, process and service development concept in the organisations. Design for Six Sigma aims to improve and structure the development process of an organisation and consider the application of the innovation problem solving. The concept aims to leave the structure of the traditional Six Sigma concept and instead, from an innovative perspective, search for new solutions to existing problems. The concept constitute of a toolbox with a lot of quality tools that are divided into phases in a development model.

Syftet med min studie var att undersöka om problemlösning i matematik gick att förena med användandet av digitala hjälpmedel/program ur ett elev- och lärarperspektiv. Mina frågeställningar rörde hur digitala program som verktyg påverkade matematikundervisningen och hur elever och lärare såg på att arbeta på detta sätt. Det har visat sig i olika rapporter och bland forskare att skolan i Sverige generellt är dålig på att använda digitala verktyg i matematikundervisningen. I skolans styrdokument står det tydligt att moderna verktyg ska användas i undervisningen. Vidare visar rapporter på att matematikundervisningen fortfarande tenderar att vara tyst räkning. Forskare menar att om man använder sig av digitala verktyg leder detta till samspel.

The purpose of the study was to identify and analyse the implications of client virtualisation in company environments. The study chose to focus on the aspects of the current hardware, license management, application management, maintenance work and the implications virtualization would have on these. The work in the study was chosen to limit itself to a Windows environment.The background to the study was due to a growing need to be more flexible and mobile in company environments and in collaboration with the University of Jönköping a problem description and the framing of questions was defined.
